Was having electrical issues with outside unit not shutting off and Yeti came as soon as possible to resolve the problem. Samuel Sanchez was the technician who came out. He performed a thorough inspection of everything and discovered a faulty wire outside causing the unit to stay running ans not shut off. Thank you for your quick response and excellent service

I had a very great experience with Yeti Cooling and Heating when I had them install new bathroom fans and outside vent covers. They did a meticulous job of clean after the job as well. I would recommend them.

Paid for dryer vent to be cleaned, found out later that only part of the vent was cleaned. The very top part was not due to it being difficult? my dryer is now unable to fully dry on a single cycle. Paid for vents to be cleaned however the guys left black handprints all over my newly painted white walls. Everyone was nice though.

The Texâ s that came to my home led me to believe they were really professional. They did the work informed me of additional work that I need and told me when they get back to the office they would email me my receipt along with the other recommended work I need. Itâ s been over a week and Iâ ve never heard from them. I canâ t tell you there names because I donâ t remember.
