Good evening, I want to quickly give a positive review to a company "Xtreme construction " The team Javier and George were such professionals. They made an assessment for what was the best for my deck restoration. They were very honest and trustworthy. I was most impressed by their attention to detail and making sure to include me in on the process every step of the way. They did not disrespect me or mislead me as they did this project. They included me in the decisions that would provide the best outcome and give long-lasting results. Please hire this team. I asked them to reuse the wood and do what they could to fix a shifting deck. What I appreciated, was, they would ask me to come out to look at what the plan was with recommendations and only moved forward with my approval. Yes the repair became restorative but they educated me. They did what older so-called experts did not do....build a strong foundation on which the deck should rest. They are critical thinkers looked at the situation looked at the pros and cons and developed a plan with a goal. They communicated often and did not leave me with regrets or feeling of uncertainty. They take pride in their work and were measuring and leveling and ensuring as Javier would say " we are going to do this right ma'am " They did. So, yes I will be hiring the team again for other outdoor projects. I highly recommend you do so too. From what I can tell they have great carpenter skills, love what they do and came to work at sunrise with smiles on their faces. They accepted payment after the job was completed. Satisfaction is the goal. I am satisfied. They worked efficiently and systematically and the outcome is fantastic. Thank you for your time Anna Edwards N
