Went well. They were punctual and efficient

X Outpost came on time, and did a good job spraying for insects. I also had been hearing something in my attic, the wonderful technician went into attic and found some possible problems but he was not the expert. His supervisor came out immediately and found evidence of a raccoon. They offered economical remedies and other possible future actions if the problem continued. I think my “roommate” has left, now. I will definitely have them come back to close up entry points, now that he is gone. These guys were great!

Answered quickly, price and timing were what we needed.

X Out Pest Services were quick to respond to my request on Anji and they came out the next morning to spray the house, treat the outside, and clear away the annoying wasp nests. We’re paying about the same as our neighbors for their pest control services. We’re happy with the service.

I recently found out that I have a terrible rat infestation in my attic, and I was at my wit's end trying to figure out how to get rid of them. I reached out to X-Out Pest Services, and they sent out a technician the very next day. Joel was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the problem. What I found exceptionally helpful was the walk around the house. Joel took considerable time to point out all the entry points the rats are getting into my house. He set two rat baits and recommended that I seal up the identified entry points two weeks later to allow the bait work and draw the rats out before dying. I truly appreciate the advice as removing dead rats out of the attic is never a pleasant thing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. They were prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a rat problem and beyond. Update: I have since spoken and worked with two other X-Out Pest service members and every interaction has been just as amazing. Comes to show this is a 5-star company that takes great care of their people and their people take good care of their customers. Thank you Joel, Andrew, and Josh.
