I have used Window Pros for three years and they are always thorough, prompt, and professional. They meet my scheduling needs and are easy to deal with. They always call to remind me that it is time for cleaning. Two very nice young brothers trying to grow a business.

Window Pros came to my house yesterday and the man who was removing the screens from inside took an entire bottle of my prescription medication that I *need* to take on a daily basis. Do NOT hire this company, they are prescription medication thieves with no regard for human decency. Scum of the earth. Since the owner of Window Pros has deleted their initial response to my review, I'd like to post it again in its entirety: and quot;I am the owner/partner of Window Pros. My partner, who was accused of stealing the pills, is the other owner/partner. We own, operate and are the only employees of this company. The home owner who purchased our service is not the one who accused us of stealing. It was her middle aged son who still lives at home. He was in the home overseeing our work while we were working inside. We work fast, efficient and professional in order to complete both the highest quality and quantity of work in a day as possible. If you look at any of our many pages online, you will see that this is the only negative review we have ever received. We are a family owned and operated business. This is how we support our families. We understand the importance of trust and mutual respect in order to do business with each and every customer of ours. Why would we jeopardize the integrity of our business with negative publicity by disrespecting, in any way, one of our customers? We are devoted Christians. We are hard workers. We are family men. We take pride in serving others with the utmost respect. Please ask any of our customers and they will happily tell you that we are trustworthy, loyal and only want to provide the highest quality service possible. It is sad that someone must feel the need to go to such lengths by accusing others of stealing to curb an addiction. With a little bit of research, it is obvious that this middle aged mad, who still lives at home, is only trying to get more pills prescribed. The easiest way to do this is tell the prescribing physician that his medication has been stolen. Unfortunately, we were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Not only did he post a negative and slandering review on Angie’s List, but our Facebook account was flooded with his negative comments in such excess that I was forced to suspend my account. I have filed harassment/bullying reports with Facebook, Google, Yelp, my personal business website and the San Antonio Police Department. Over the phone you claimed that you did not know anything about the medication that was taken, yet now you have apparently done and quot;a little bit of research,and quot; on this medication that you claimed to have no knowledge of. I have been prescribed this medication for nearly a decade and have not even once requested more than what was prescribed by my doctor. I have also never had a bottle go missing, let alone on the same day that someone was hired to work inside my house. Yes, I posted negative reviews of your business on every single one of your websites along with filing a report with the San Antonio Police Department and the Better Business Bureau (with whom you're not accredited.) If by and quot;flooding your Facebook page with negative comments,and quot; you mean that I replaced the one review that I made because you repeatedly erased it then yes, I did that as well. You can continue to try to remove my comments, but I am going to make sure that potential customers know that you are not to be trusted inside their homes. The fact that you are trying to describe this as though my mother had no opinion on this is also quite suspect. In fact, she was the one who initially called you to ask for my prescription bottle back, as I was on the phone reporting the theft to the SAPD. She mentioned that your employee/brother, Justin, who took my medication also begged her to not involve the police in this matter when he called to beg that I stop posting to your Facebook page. She is also of the opinion that you indeed removed the bottle of pills from the house. Our Angie's List account maybe under her name, but the entire family uses Angie's List in order to find reputable businesses. You'll find that none of our reviews have been anything but frank and accurate. For the record, I am a 29 year old college graduate with a full time job, a girlfriend and a two year old son. Your characterization of me as a and quot;middle aged man who isn't a contributing member of society,and quot; just isn't accurate in any way. It's a less than clever method of drawing attention away from the fact that you either condone or simply don't care that your employee stole medication from my home. You may be hard working, Christian, family men, but that does not give you the right to come into my home and steal medication then try to defame my character in order to draw attention away from the fact that you employ a thief.

This is a business started by two young brothers who work and go to collegeand gt; They were very promptand lt; courteousand lt; and professional. Justin Clark is the owner (one of the brothers). They were quick and thorough. They were very reasonable on their price. Showed up right as scheduled. Very pleased.
