I am writing this to positively review this company and it's owner, Mason P. The tech who did the inside windows did a fine job but was unable to do the outside. The owner himself picked up where the tech left off and did a great job as well. He is committed to the quality his company provides. Not often found these days.

Winco did a great job! Thomas was the technician, and he performed a thorough, professional service on our grimy windows in our older home. Both my wife and I were impressed with the results. Some of our windows were older storm windows, which were harder to work on, but Thomas took it in stride and did a fine job. The Big Deal from Angie's List worked out just fine, with no hitches. All in all, it was a very positive experience with no problems.

I am very pleased with the work! Thomas came on time and we discussed the extra windows I would need cleaned since I had purchased a package through Angie's List for cleaning 25 windows and I actually have 43. The windows sparkle. He had to put in some serious elbow grease in the front of the house as our elevation on the lot causes a lot of baked on buildup of dirt/stone particulate. He cleaned all the tracks as well and wiped down all the screens.

From start to finish, a very pleasant experience. Mason and his team were very professional and I plan on having them back. Windows never looked better!

Thomas cleaned the windows and screens beautifully. He worked quickly and was very professional and polite. We had had our windows and those of my mother's house cleaned several times by another company. I had nothing with which to compare until now and I realize that the former company really fell short (including not telling me he broke the frame of a screen and placed it back in the track) and the price with the former company was much higher also. We will definitely hire Winco again for this job. I met with John Wallace-Bradley a Winco representative several days before to formulate an estimate for the next phase of the job where we discussed the roof sweeping as well as power washing our brick chimney. Two days later the roof sweeping by Daniel of Winco went well as evidenced when we experienced a heavy downpour that very afternoon. Our downspouts worked beautifully funneling water away from our roof and house as the debris was not providing unwelcomed dams. Daniel also did the power washing (including our brick mailbox which I added on when he came) where he used a solution to kill algae before the water treatment. I was under the impression the cleaning solution would not harm plants however it burned parts of several plants. No great loss to us, however you should be aware of this detail. Our deck which partially surrounds the brick fireplace was spotted with the overspray of the solution which did not get washed away in the heavy rain. Mr. Wallace-Bradley sent Daniel the next day who cheerfully power washed only with water that area plus the rest of the deck and the concrete surround. We appreciated the fact that this problem was remedied in short order without hesitation. In conclusion Winco seems to be a good and honest company.

My windows were filthy and I don't think the previous window washer offered to wash the solar shades, which were also filthy. Thomas, the young man who cleaned our windows did a marvelous job and our windows sparkle. Thomas was extremely respectful and courteous, even wore shoe covers while in the house.
