There were other charges aside from the $59 big deal. I spent an extra $100. I do not know what grade to give them because they said they were going to clean the screens as well, but they did not clean the screens, but I do not think that he meant to do that. I think it was an accident. This was the first time I have used them. He was very friendly and professional. He did the job well except for the fact that he missed the screens. I think he missed the screens because we are selling the house and that is why I got the service. I told him to take the screens out which was what he was going to do anyway to clean them, but he took them out and did not clean them. 7:15-7:17. I would recommend them to a family member or a friend. For quality, I guess it was a mistake.

They needed to reschedule due to in climate weather. They were prompt, honest and did an awesome job. Windows look great!

The Winco rep arrived a few minutes early and came prepared to work. He was polite and efficient. The windows are the cleanest I have ever seen them, even since moving in. I will be using them again in the future for sure.

Called scheduled appointment.....arrived on time......service completed as requested.

They came exactly when they said they would for the estimate and for the work. Their total price was in line with the other two estimates we got (some charged more for windows and less for power washing). The work was performed very efficiently and they actually did more than the contract called for -- they cleaned off our roof and gutters and a skylight. Very pleased with their service and will plan to use them regularly.

We hired Winco of South Texas to clean our windows we were so satisfied we contacted them to paint the interior of our house. Then we hired them to clean our 3000 sf roof, John and his Winco team arrived and worked hard to remove and protect our roof from the black algae.I thought we needed a new roof it looked so bad but after the algae removal it looks new and to my surprise they even cleaned the gutters.They were very professional and courteous.

On July 10th Winco of South Texas arrived at 10:00 am as promised to clean the windows inside and out of our two story house. I followed him around for a while because it was amazing to watch how easy he made window cleaning look and he even cleaned the dirty window track... I love clean windows it brings the beauty of the outdoors in.

I had set up an appointment with Winco to clean the windows at my home. They called me to let me know they had an opening and if i wanted to move my appointment for an earlier time. When I got home I saw the great work they had done. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and excellent work. Thank you Winco of South Texas.
