WINCO made contact in a timely manner and set up an appointment that would work with my schedule. They followed up to confirm and Mason showed up on time the day of the scheduled service. Mason was very courteous, professional and very respectful of my home and took great care to put things back in their original location after cleaning. We are a shoe-free home and he was very respectful of this - removing his shoes without complaint when working inside the home. The windows, inside and out, to include the screens look great and I am very happy with the service. He was also very communicative and shared some great tips with me. I would definitely hire this company again. Based on the service, professionalism and communication - seems to be a company with great integrity, care about the community, and the environment. I emailed for an appointment and received a call back to schedule the next day, They happily worked around my schedule. On the day of the appointment, arrival was 2 minutes early. The friendly young man doing the service was fast and efficient. He started work immediately. I had informed him there was one window I did not expect to be cleaned as it was blocked by the hot tub. He managed to squeeze behind it and cleaned that window anyway! This service was done by purchasing a Big Deal and I was both surprised and happy that I was not pressured to add any costs nor told something wasn't covered by the deal. Thanks Winco, you'll be hearing from me again.

It went well. I called the number provided and left a message and my call was returned very quickly. Because of illness and unexpected trips out of town we had to reschedule but that was not a problem and Mason was very understanding. On the scheduled day Mason arrived on time and did a great job. I had asked him to look at my shower door to see if it would help if it was cleaned professionally. He could have said yes and charged me but instead he said it would not make much difference and would be a waste of my money. I appreciated his honesty. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. In fact, he identified some windows that had problems. They're double-pane windows so we're having those replaced. He was very helpful.

Due to crazy schedules for both them and me, they came out on a Sunday. That was great for me. Mason did a great job.

Recently purchased a new home that had been empty for a couple of years and desperately needed the windows and screens cleaned. I did the ones I could reach but we have a two story house and I was unable to get to the windows on the 2nd story. Saw a Deal for Winco Home Window Cleaning and purchased it. I called and set up the appointment for the following week. I can't remember the young mans name but he showed up promptly on time and after showing him what needed done he got right to work. He told me he had grown up in our neighborhood and his parents live just over on the next block. He did a wonderful job of getting the extremely dirty windows on the second floor. I will definitely be giving them a call when I need more work done.

Mason did a wonderful job on my very dirty windows. We've been in this house nine years and the interior windows had only been cleaned on a hit or miss basis, the outside windows hadn't been touched by anything but rain. He arrived right on time, and went right to work. He estimated four hours and that was within fifteen minutes of his actual time on the job. He moved all the furniture out and replaced it and removed the screens as well. My windows absolutely sparkle. I am VERY happy with the job, price and execution.

I bought the coupon for $59.00 for window and screen cleaning services from Winco of South Texas when Angie's List offered it. It was a wonderful deal, especially as it covered all windows of my house. Some of those windows had become very dirty as they were higher up and had big screens that had to be removed before cleaning. With advancing age, I also do not like any longer to climb on ladders. I called Winco's office and made an appointment. On the appointed day and time, Mason arrived, looked and counted the windows and went right to work. I was amazed how quickly he could clean a window with mild detergent and a squeegee! It takes me usually quite some time to have a window streak free, but his windows were sparkling with the first washing. I knew Mason would need longer to clean the screened and especially dirty windows. However, he surprised me when he told me within a relative short period of time that he had finished the job. When I checked, I found all windows clean and sparkling to my absolute delight. I give high marks for the work this young man performed for me in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. I will highly recommend Winco of Southwest to all my friends and neighbors and will certainly use this company again, when my windows need special care.

It went very well. The guy was very professional. He was on time and as a matter of fact, he even gave me a break. The deal was supposed to be for twelve windows and we have fifteen. He didn't charge me extra for the others. It was very nice of him. I just paid the big deal price. He was very efficient. He had a little bit of trouble with my screens, getting it off. If it hadn't been for that, I know he would have been done a lot sooner but he started working as soon as he got here. He had to get through the bushes and rose bushes with thorns. He did it with no problem and without complaining and I would recommend him. The quality of service was excellent also. He did a good job. It was all good. He was on time.

The guy was absolutely wonderful. It was great. He's a young man and I don't expect that kind of professionalism in that kind of work ethic under the age of 40. He proved me wrong. He was here when he said he was going to be here. As a matter of fact, he was running 5 minutes late and he called me 15 minutes early and said he was going to be late which I thought was great. I've already recommended him to my friends.

It was a really really good experience. They sent me the coupon. They were really busy but a guy from the company came out three weeks ago. He did a really good job. He was great. We are renting a house in Texas and the property manager said that they never washed the windows. We had just moved in in May and they were filthy. I was like, "I am going to get them washed." And so, I purchased the big deal of $59 and he charged me $149 or something like that since we have a lot of windows. And he had to use a ladder to get to a couple of them. It is a one-storey house but one door has some of those really high windows. He was very friendly and a very nice guy. It probably took him an hour and a half at least. It took a long time. I would use them again. In fact, if the windows get dirty again at the end of the year, I will use them again. Their pricing was right in there, good and pretty much the same with other companies. The quality of their work was very good.
