Winco Home Window Cleaning

Mason was very prompt in returning my call to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule the appointment within the week. (May have even been the next day -- I can't remember.) He arrived on time and proved to be very personable and professional, as well as a hard worker. The $80 I paid was in addition to the Angie's List Deal I had purchased, which covered 12 windows, so the extra charge was for 8 or 9 windows. I don't recall what the Deal cost me; I believe the value was $120 but I'm not positive. My windows were extremely dirty, which Mason didn't know about until he got there, so I know he had to spend more time than he expected cleaning them and had to use a stronger solution, I think, to get them clean. Yet he didn't change his price or do a less than professional job. The windows looked beautiful after he was done, no streaks, even though he was working against the heat of the day in July. I would recommend his services.

Mason arrived promptly at the time specified. He introduced himself, and I was impressed with his kind, professional manner right away. I then showed him the windows I wanted cleaned. Some I only needed cleaned on the outside. Others I asked him to clean both inside and out. He figured it equivalent to the Big Deal offer of 12 standard windows. He was very methodical and organized in his cleaning. I could tell immediately he was doing a great job. He spent approximately 2 hours, working the entire time. When he was finished, the windows looked wonderful! As I told him, they had never looked that clean! I have had four previous window cleaners, and Winco (Mason) is by far the best! I bought the special deal to have 12 windows cleaned inside and out along with screens. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and Mason showed up a few minutes later than the scheduled time. He was very quick and efficient and the whole process took probably an hour. We had a skylight that needed cleaning as well as a French door and he charged an extra $15 to clean the door because it was probably the most time consuming of all the windows due to the individual panels. We were very pleased with the streak free, shiny clean windows when he was finished. Would definitely use Winco again!

We played phone tag for a while but that is understandable in modern cell phone times. I had to move (military) prior to scheduling so that was a minor issue, but I just gave the info to schedule to my realtor and he handled it. No major problems, I'd use this provider again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They came right away. They did what they said they were gonna do. It was no problem at all. I had more windows than what was in the deal so I paid an additional amount.

They were good. They were thorough and quick. They did inside and out. They were excellent!

I purchased the "Angie's List Big Deal" for window cleaning, provided by Winco Home Window Cleaning Services. Mason was the tech that was sent out. Mason arrived on time, he was personable, courteous and did an outstanding job. This was the first company that I have had people out to take care of my windows and did not have to go back after they finished, to touch up their work. I had extra windows that went beyond the deal I paid for. When I called Winco's office to pay the balance over the phone, I spoke with Linda. Linda was also wonderful. I plan on using Winco again and highly recommend them to Angie's List.

He showed up early! and began cleaning all the windows inside and then moved on to the outside. We have about 25 windows and it took him a little over 3 hours. All the furniture that had to be moved to access the windows was but back in place.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job. They were timely and very proficient. They charged me about $60 more than the Big Deal price because I added windows. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Mason showed a little bit late but got right to work. He cleaned all the windows I asked him to clean, including 15+ more than the ones included in the deal. Most of these were too high for me to reach on my tallest ladder. Some of the windows hadn't been cleaned in quite a long time (years) and really needed a good scrubbing. He did an excellent job! I will definitely call them again.

Mason arrived earlier than scheduled after contacting me to see if I was available. He was very courteous and professional and cleaned my windows inside and out, as well as the screens and sills. I was amazed at how fast he worked, yet did a very thorough job. I made an appointment for him to come back in a couple of weeks to clean out the gutters and will use the company again in the future for other cleaning and maintenance.

It was excellent! The guy also cleaned the screens and he was very positive, it shows that he loved his work because birds were flying into my doors. I thought that was a very good and reasonable price.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to a transportation emergency. Mason called well before the appointment time and we rescheduled. On the day of this appointment, Mason arrived on time. He cleaned 12 windows - 2 stories - inside and out. I have solar screens which I asked him just to brush. He was done in about 90 minutes, and the windows looked great! The solar screens even seemed to sparkle now that dust had been removed. In the past I have cleaned all the windows and it took me much longer. This was a special Angie's deal - half off, but even at the $120.00, it would have been worth it. I would recommend Winco Home Window Cleaning.

I have 20 windows and he did a professional job as well as efficient. We just bought this house and the windows were filthy. They did a great job and I will have them back.
