Mason did an amazing job..and on short notice!!! I will definately have him back...he works quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price!

I first purchased a deal for the same service with another company, but they never got back to me. Angie’s List swapped out the deal and Winco Home Window Cleaning honored it. One man came out to complete the work. The weather was not great so we had a mutual agreement for him to come later. They did a fine job with the work

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was awesome! He showed up when he said he would, he worked efficiently and effectively, it took him about an hour and a half, and the windows look great. He cleaned up after himself, he was very polite, and very professional. I was expecting all different kinds of mops, sponges, and all kinds of equipment, and he didn't seem to have a lot of things, but he took the screens out, and did everything that he said he would do. There were no extra charges. I think that's for 12 windows and I had exactly 12 windows to do. I told my friends it wasn't even worth my time to do it for that price. I just thought that was a good deal to have somebody clean the windows especially in May when it's so warm. This was the perfect deal to have somebody go around and he sweated like crazy doing the outside of the windows in May, but he did a great job.

I called and left a message and they never called back so I uses someone else.

Gentleman removed all solar screens (even those screwed to the frames) and cleaned all windows inside and out. He was very professional and did an excellent job. We will certainly call WINCO to do our windows in the future and feel very comfortabale recommending this company to all of our friends. Thank you for having WINCO on Angie's List.

The gentleman that came was prompt, friendly and professional. He stayed focus and got the job done without much interaction from me because I was on a conference call. My windows and window sills look great, I'll use them again!

Windows had not been cleaned on the second story in 10 years due to difficultly reaching many areas that had steep roof slope and large bay windows on the first floor directly below some second story windows. Some windows had hard water scale. Additional cost was required above the Angie's list deal due the number of windows and muntins on the windows facing the street. Muntin grids require individual cleaning of each pane instead of each window section...takes a bit more time. Please note: we have a large number of windows, most 6' and over. Mason Pilkinton arrived on schedule and immediately told me he would walk the house and provide a final cost before proceeding. We agreed on the cost and Mason began work, starting on the inside, carefully moving any furniture or items left on the window sills to reach the inside windows. Mason was careful to clean any water drops left behind on the wood and tile floors. Moving to the outside, I was very pleased that he hand cleaned the windows instead of pressure washing. Due to the difficulty trying to reach some second floor windows across lower level roof area that jut out away from the house limiting reach...Mason had additional staff join him to safely clean these difficult to reach areas. One area actually required him to remove the window from the inside to clean it. Bottom line, windows look great! Mason worked efficiently and safely for over five hours before walking me around to check the work. Would highly recommend Winco for anyone who wants a true professional to clean their windows. It was an excellent experience. They were much quicker than I thought they would be. I have had other window cleaning services out to my house and it seemed to take longer. But these people were pretty fact and they were good and easy to work with.

Arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. Will definitely use WINCO again.

I have already provided this information to you. I feel like they did a bad job with cleaning the windows, some looked streaked and others were not cleaned even though I paid them extra to clean the other windows. They left one young man alone to finish all the windows. Having used other window cleaning services, I know when a job is done well and when it is done poorly and they did a very poor job. I cannot recommend them. |

He cleaned exterior windows on first floor and 3 windows upstairs. Plus, window over the front door. He came relatively close to appointed time. Started immediately, and worked straight through till he finished. The windows, when he was done, were crystal clear. He also cleaned the associated screens. The work was well done and I would use this provider again.

It turned out just fine. A man from the company came out and we decided that we were doing all of the outside windows and none of the inside. He went about it and got it done in a very timely manner. The windows looked nice. Everything was fine and I would use him again. We had him scheduled one time and he got sick and then we had him scheduled two other times and I had to constantly try to cancel and reschedule and he was very nice about rescheduling. He got everything done when we needed to.

Mason was "above and beyond" expected courtesy and flexibility. Due to house situation, my wife requested only the outside of the windows be cleaned at this point in time. Although that was not the exact coupon service, Mason agreed to do the outside only...and ALL our windows. I appreciated his willingness to do our request; I expected to pay more; but, we did not. He did a great job! We are having him back to do the inside of the windows later.

Mason arrived as scheduled and checked how many windows, then got started immediately on the inside of the house. I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was at his work. He answered all my questions then went outside to do the windows. I have French Doors in the back and one screen was screwed into the frame. He got a screwdriver and moved the screen so he could wash the window then attached the screen back as before. We were both puzzled as to why the screen was screwed in. I later remembered that many years ago when I had purchased the doors, I had to special order the screens and when the contractors removed the sliding glass doors they discovered a problem from when the house was built. I had already explained to Mason what I went through with the builder of my house. So it was understandable why the contractors had to screw that one screen in as it would not fit properly but the other screen fit the other door just fine. Mason also informed me that the seals were broken on some windows. The way that the hot afternoon sun beats down on those windows it is understandable. I purchased this offer as a special on Angie's List for $59.00 and that is such a great deal for all the work that was done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again. I am in a wheelchair and have not been able to clean my windows for many years. It is so great to be able see things more clearly as I like to watch all the birds and squirrels in my back yard.

Great work! Cleaned 18 exterior windows to include very high second story and also the screens. Work was performed in a timely manner and he even killed a few wasp nests that were in his way! Would definitely hire WINCO again.

called before the apt to give me the option to reschedule when rain was forecast but was happy to come out at scheduled time when I wanted to go ahead with it. showed up on time and did an excellent job. was angies list "big deal" so got best price I imagine. did everything promised, was professional and friendly, will use again

WINCO came as scheduled and on the time agreed. He explained exactly what he was going to do and said he would start outside. He was very quick and methodical and had all the right tools to get the job done. After completing outside he started inside, making sure no drips were left behind. He cleaned the screens last. The screens were cleaned with a micro fiber cloth on all sides; no water. To my surprise they looked fairly clean after that. Overall he did not spent more than two hrs on the job. I should mention that I have a one story house and no ladder were needed fot any window. I would use WINCOagain and recommended to all my friends.

He was very courteous and professional and performed all the worked as included in the "Big Deal" I purchased.
