Winco Home Window Cleaning

He was very accommodating to our schedule. When he came out there were a certain amount of windows that were covered by the Big Deal. I thought there were several larger than the standard size, but he didn't charge me more. He did the interior as well as exterior windows, and they cleaned the screens.

Very impressed with work performed!! We knew Winco's excellent reputation for large commercial building window washing, but had no idea they also were in the residential home market!! Having used a different company two years ago with very unsatisfactory results on our home windows, I can whole heartily recommend Winco for residential window cleaning. Our windows have not looked this good since they were first installed 11 years ago! Mason, who performed the work was on time, quick and very conscientious. We have over 50 windows in our home and I will no longer dread washing them. Winco is the company to use!!

We were very pleased with the job and the individual who came to do the work. I would highly recommend.

The windows very streaky and two of the most prominent windows close to the front door had not even been touched. I called them back and told them how unsatisfied I was with their job. He apologized and came right back out and re-washed every window. The 2nd job was very good. I did appreciate that they were professional and came back out to make sure I was satisfied. It is unfortunate that it took two trips to get the windows clean. If you use this company make sure you are present and visible to the worker and inspect the job before he leaves.

Wonderful, will definitely use again. They have a customer for life.

They were on time and very courteous. They did a great job.

They did a beautiful job (see photos on their website which are a true example of their work). They had to come three times before the stubborn stains would disappear and cheerfully and efficiently continued to work in spite of dismal working conditions due to weather. They were very neat and left the job spotless.

I used a Groupon coupon for Winco window cleaning. Mason called a couple hours before scheduled appt. He was available to meet at that time if that was convenient for me. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet until our scheduled time. He was fine with that and showed up as planned. I showed him all the windows and he immediately started to work. It was interesting to watch his work; he made it look so easy. My windows were very dirty, inside and out, and I could never get them sparkling when I did the cleaning. Mason had a special tool that cut through the baked on sediment and now my windows look fantastic. I had a sick family member in one room and Mason was excellent at not disturbing any more than necessary. Some repair people come into your home and, even though they are very good, they are disruptive to your home life. Mason was incredibly light-footed. It impressed me. I'll definitely have him back on a regular basis.

I originally scheduled service for the end of January, however due to bad weather it was not going to work. We reschedule for a week later and once again bad weather made it impossible to get windows clean. We reschedule for March 5th. Yay!! beautiful weather finally! However, no one showed I called Winco and I was told I was scheduled for the afternoon. I informed Mason, after a lengthy discussion we agreed on this day in the morning since I was not going to be around in the afternoon. He called back into the main office and discovered his receptionist made some scheduling errors. With this he advise me to request a refund and would do the service for free. Mason was very apologetic for the error and came out immediately to clean the outside windows while I went to work and will come back on Saturday to finish the insides. I am very pleased by Mason's integrity and customer service to make sure I was taken care of.

Took some time to be able to schedule an appointment (they are quite booked), but once here, Winco did a great job. Fast and efficient and great work and much more affordable than other services I've used in the past.

Fabulous! Mason did an outstanding job--quick and thorough. There was no mess, or splashes like other window companies. He was also accommodating for furniture in front of windows. Outside screens were cleaned along with the windows without opening them.

They were so clean that it looked like there was no glass in them. So happy to look out clean windows!

The technician did a terrific job. He was punctual, professional and very courteous and respectful.

Overall, it was not a bad experience. The owner of the company came out one time to let me know he could not do it on the day we scheduled. There was a cold, cold front coming through. We scheduled another day but it turned out to be a bad time because we were in the process of showing our house and it was not convenient for the potential buyers and agent. I want you to know the gentleman was very nice and wanted to do the job but it was just too difficult at that time.

Mason brought the gear and started work as planned. He walked through the house, told us the price and we authorized the work. It took him most of the day -- we have a lot of windows and he worked alone. But his work turned out just fine. Our glass is clean with no streaks.

Mason contacted me to schedule a time for the service. He called that day to see if it was okay to arrive 15 minutes early--yes, it was. He arrived and cleaned the interior/exterior of the windows, the screens and wiped out the window/screen grooves. Mason was very efficient, cleaning the windows more quickly and probably better than I would have done. I now have sparkling clean windows and am very happy. Thanks Mason!

I could not have asked for a better job.

They've never done it. In the beginning, we had an appointment scheduled and we had to reschedule it several times because I have to fly up to New Jersey to get my mother. When we came back, we had to reschedule it again because we have all bunch of junk in the house at that point in time. I called them one more time to tell them that I'm ready for them to come and do it but they never called me back after that.

We purchased an Angie's list special, but because of the number of windows we have I needed to get an estimate from Winco before going ahead with the deal. They came out the same day I called and gave me a very good price for cleaning all windows inside and out. On the day they were scheduled to come out they got here on time went straight to work and did a great job. We have some windows that are pretty tough to get at so I was definitely impressed with their quality on every single one. Great deal, great company, I will use them in the future.

Severiano came on time and promptly went to work, cleaning all windows. Some windows had solar screens, and were carefully removed and replaced after cleaning. All in all, a great job. Would highly recommend.

He was very nice and professional, but after he was done calculating the cost it was about $350, inclduing the $59 we already paid for the deal. We already have a window cleaning service that does all the window for $200.

Did a really GREAT job. Would recommend to anyone.
