Description of Work: They installed a water softener. They seem very efficient and fast.

Description of Work: I had a dripping faucet in the Master Barthroom which Larry fixed first and managed to solve the problem, although he forgot to turn on the hot water tap when he finished. I managed to find that error myself and corrected it. He secord task was to install a new shower faucet in the master bedroom shower. I specified a bronze finished Moen fixture to match other faucets in the bathroom. Larry returned with a chrome Delta faucet and said "he couldn't find a Moen bronze finished fixture - they were all special order". I wasn't given the opportunity to say "Order One". Larry installed the shower fixture and had to cut a large approximately 6" by 8-10" hole behind the shouwer wall to access the water connections. He finished and left and said everything was working fine. That night when I prepared to take a shower the shower handle would only turn half way from cold to hot and water was luke warm. I call Larry back the next day (first mistake) and he obviously had no idea what was wrong. Nor did he have the instructions from the box to guide him and nor did he bother to call anyone for assistance. In the process of "playing around with the innder workings of the shower head" he managed to drop a major component down between the wall and the floor which necessitated cutting another hole with a knife of box cutter to retrieve the dropped part. I now have two nasty holes that have to be repaired by someone else because plumbers do not do dry wll repair. Larry finally managed to get the shower head working by breakng off a small piece of plastic on the inner workings of the shower head components (a move that I thought was not really kosher) but the shower handle now rotates from cold to hot with ease and I have a hot water shower for the duration of my shower. Larry also checked my water heater thermostat and found it to be set at 100°. He increased the water temperature to 145° which now gives me pently of hot water (probably the only positive thing he accomplished).. However, based on Larry's inept knowledge and unprofessional manner I will NOT be using Will Fix It for any further indoor plumbing needs because of their unprofessional and unknowledgable personnal, and their lack of responsibility to clean up the mess that Larry made with my plumbing job. I will now have to change both my sink faucets to chrome fixtures to match the shower fixtures because Larry didn't bother to take the time to find the Moen bronse fixture that I requesed. And I've aleady paid $245 to have the dripping faucet fixed. A total wast of my money.

Description of Work: Put in a new water line. Did work on time and filled in the trench dug for the new line. They were careful to not kill my crepe myrtle or flowers.

Description of Work: The AC stopped working , the drum had to be replaced but it was under warranty from manufacturer .
