We have been Will’s Plumbing customers for over ten years. They have replaced several water heaters, a water softener, installed a new toilet and today William “Junior” repaired a water line leak in the front yard. I needed a new hot water heater and decided to go with a tankless heater. Needed either a filtration system to go with it and Marc was the Master Plumber who came by to provide an estimate. Marc was very informative and explained everything he would need to do with rerouting the water line, installing all items and the length of time it would take. I spent weeks researching tankless heaters, etc and calling Marc with questions. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The job was handled with care and Marc and his assistants took their time making sure the job was done correctly. Samantha, in the finance office, was very sweet and handled all the necessary work expertly. I am happy with all the work done. Experienced technician, Alfred, was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained easily the nature of my water break.

I had my water heater replaced recently by Will's plumbing and they did an excellent job fixing the problem. It was a short suspense job and they took care of the issue right away.

1st repair took less than 15 minutes and i had bought the supplies and the 2nd took 30 to 45 mins max. He replace about 2.5 1nch pipe add 2 -45's since the pipe was in little bind and switched out the PVC Value. The repairs were awesome and done correctly but for 1 to 1.5 hrs work and i paid drive time of $165.00 dollars - the bill was $1,100.00+ - it's a little expensive. However they did come right away to help me out because my cattle didn't have water for 3 days because of waiting on another plumber. Everything is expensive and they did good work but i really need to rethink it next time because a vacation day wouldn't have cost that much but i couldn't take off due to work. They are a very good company, did a really good job and respond right away so all in all really good company to do business with. Thank you for helping me out in a jam.

Alberto and his helper arrived on time and did the work. The cost was outrageous. $687.28 to replace the valve that was leaking leaving a hole in the drywall.

Marc and his apprentice did a great job. They arrived on time. Marc patiently explained the repair process and worked tirelessly until the work was completed.

Exorbitant charges ($333 after Angi 10% discount) for a simple, five-minute replacement of one, repeat, only one, hose bib. Half of those charges would have been reasonable. Updated 8/7/2023 Response from the Owner: If I could confirm who you are, I'd contact you personally about your pricing issue. I would hope that even if the price upset you, you would be pleased that our service was above average. I'm not sure if we did the hose bib replacement, or simply provided a quote, but $350 to install a brand-new hose bib with vacuum breaker is very reasonable for this market. Our work is also done by a background checked, Texas Licensed Journeyman Plumber. I appreciate the opportunity to service you. - Sam Gonzales Response from the Customer: Disagree. $350 to install a brand new hose bib with vacuum breaker is NOT at all reasonable for the SA market. Another local plumber charges $167 for a single hose bib replacement and an additional $8 for the vacuum breaker. Total charges would be $170, which include a 10% military discount and state sales taxes. Again, these charges were EXORBITANT.

Albert and his assistant came out on time, explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions that I had. Very knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing services needed.

This was not my first time using this company and this was not the same technician, but I was very satisfied and had a positive experience last time, so I decided to give them another try.
