It was great after having another plumber come out ad tell me my shower and tub had to be removed and it turned out to be only holes in the pipe, I m very pleased very professional and knowledgeable.

Josh arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional and explained the work that needed to be done. He quoted me a price, which was exactly as explained by the office and then went straight to work. Work was done in an efficient manner all how my shower works!!

They did a really good job. We were pleased with them. It was a good price and I thought that they were fair. They had to order some parts and they were prompt. They were reasonable and courteous.

I called 2 companies from Angie's List and will's plumbing had the best price and appeared to the next day. It was a huge job, but they finished a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

We had terrible undetectable leaks - water coming out of the foundation slab and ruining newly installed wood flooring. It was in a small hallway and could have been one of 3 causes due to proximity to kitchen and bathroom: shower, sewer or icemaker line. I totally wasted several hundred with a leak detection company who charged and basically said they couldn't tell. Will's Plumbing came and detected the leak quite easily. It was the icemaker line to the fridge that had a pinhole leak. They fixed it promptly. These guys were great. Professional, easy to talk to, didn't waste time to increase billing. I would definitely recommend them. I also had them do some other stuff around the house, like replace the home-owners cutoff by the street, replace a cutoff in the laundry, etc. Go for them.

We had a leak in the tub, they were there within a couple of hours.

The serviceman (Josh) arrived at 9:54. He reeked of cigarette smoke. Extremely unprofessional. My house now smells like a bar. I received two quotes previously from other Angie's List plumbers and they are by far the highest. I will never be using or recommending Will's plumbing again.

The plumber was efficient and cleaned up everything. I am not impressed with quality of the plastic "flusher" or toilet seat lid.

I paid the service charge of 39.95. I should have asked for a quote over the phone as most plumbers will offer this - it was simply a swap out of the kitchen sink faucet. They actually wanted nearly 400.00 for what is usually a 25 - 30 minute job (I provided the faucet). Lowes will do the same job for 100.00 when you buy the faucet from them. If you want to use this firm and it is a simple job ask for a quote before they send out the plumber.

After several attempts he was able to extend the auger some 30 feet into the drain and it cleared.

Josh arrived and started work on the outside first. Did mot charge me for that (Thank you!). Then changed the valve on the water heater for the leak and advised me to change out the water heater.

Will's plumbing responded with-in 2 hours of our for call for help. Their crews located the leak in an hour. It was our in our main supply pipe fro the meter. The nature of our property allowed over 100 thousand gals of water to go straight underground. Will's workers recognized this, tracked the leak to the source, and affected repairs over a two day peroid. A few days later the water meter indicated a new leak; with-in an hour Will's folks were back. They tracked the problem to a failuire in another pipe caused by the greater pressure in the system when the first leak was fixed. This leak as fixed in a day. Problem solved. The work force was absolutely professional in every aspect. They and the company supervisors, kept us informed throughout their efforts. The final charges were right on line with the estimates.I recommend Will's Plumbing without any concern for any plumbing problem you have.

I got a call from the Utilities company while I was at work, informing me that water was running down the street from my rental property. The leak was on my side of the water meter. I looked up on Angies list and called Will's Plumbing. They were at the house in a little over an 1 hour, from San Antonio to New Braunfels. The leak was fixed right away! Very pleased. I can't say if it was a good price, I didn't have the opportunty to get estimates. The price did sound fair and they were there to fix it right away. They did give me discount for being an Angie's list customer. The plumber advised me the pressure coming into the house from the city was too high (85) , and they could not guarantee the fix unless the pressure was below 80. Tried to up sell me a pressure reducer. I called the city and advised them my pressure was too high, they were willing to install the pressure reducer for free. When they came out and tested the pressure it was right at 80 (fluctuated a little, up to 82 but right back down) so they would not install the reducer.

My Sweet Heart noticed water on the bathroom floor, coming from the base of the comode. Went to Angies List. Selected Will's Plumbing based on customer reviews. Spoke with a very courteous gentleman who gave me an appointmet of between 3pm -- 5pm, stating that if technician finished his present job early they would reroute him to our home. Received a call shortly thereafter from secretary that Joseph (technician) would be arriving in approximately 45 minutes, and did so. After introducing him self and assessing the comode problem, Joseph explained in detail the problem and the repair needing to be done, giving us an approximate estimate at this time. Once the repair was completed, Joseph explained exactly what he did to restore the the comode. Joseph remained professional throughout and did an excellent repair, and the final amount due turned out to be less than the original amount quoted ----- Yeah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Joseph and Will's Plumbing - would not hesitate to call your company for any future plumbing needs.

Cindy provided me the information needed to document an undisclosed latent defect. I did not buy the house and I was able to get back my earnest money.

Had a leak under the kitchen sink and thought we'd need to replace a lot of the plumbing. Service tech on the first call said he thought he could fix it with just tightening things, did so and only charged me about $30. Unfortunately, the plumbing really did need replacing, which they did on the second visit for about $600. I appreciated that they tried to save me a lot of money, but it was an inconvenience to have to have two service calls. The final bill was steep, but probably not out of line for all the work they did. The final repair has been fine, with no more problems. They were prompt, professional and neat in their work.

Wills plumbing is the best. Josh came out and was very professional, very patient, and I can say I was impressed. did not pressure us for anything and was determined to fix problem and stayed until he finished and fixed the problem. I am an extremely satisfied customer and would use them again and again!! highly recommend them!!!

The digging crew of Will's Plumbing & Testing Service really tore up my yard. They also had to come back three times before I was satisfied with their work. We still don't have grass over this huge stretch. They had a pile of rubble and dirt, probably 18 inches high and they were going to leave it that way. Their management came out and looked at it and gave us a discount and an apology. Their plumbers were wonderful. The problems was with their digging crew, the people who came out to uncover the sewer and cover it back up. That was frustrating. They came out immediately. We were without power for one night because we had a totally clogged line but they were out here on a Friday night after dark with six people to get it finished and get us going again.
