John and Marc were phenomenal. They were punctual, professional, and did a great job. The job was done for 25% of what 2 other plumbers quoted me. Plenty of common sense applied. Didn't try to sell me on extra things, offered me alternatives that saved me over $700! Excellent!! Thanks John and Marc!

The company was responsive to my call for an estimate. The cost was $69.95 which would be applied to the installation cost. The technician was Joseph. Out of the 4 estimates I received Joseph was the only one who actually got on the floor to look to see where the old heater was leaking. The installation went smoothly. Old (20 years old) hot water heater was removed and new one was installed and brought up to code. Joseph was polite, friendly and helpful to give me info on different brands of hot water heaters. I have no complaints about anything. I would call Will's Plumbing for any plumbing need.

Joseph came and problem more difficult than described on phone - needed more precise tools and equipment. Came back next day. Job done efficiently and Joseph very courteous.

Found the problem quickly and fixed the same day.

Josh was not able to come on Monday as scheduled so they sent Joseph. Joseph didn't know what Josh had planned and was not prepared. So I rescheduled for Thursday when Josh could return because he was familiar with the planned work. Josh showed up with a helper. He made NINE huge holes in my kitchen to run the line through the ceiling. He had told me four or five and that he did not tape and float. Nine huge irregular holes were left with insulation hanging down. Then they couldn't turn the water back on after they turned it off. He instructed us to call SAWS and left us without water. I called the office and no one ever returned my call. SAWS did not turn the water back on till after 2 AM. The next day I discovered both connection sites were leaking. I called the exchange twice before someone returned the call. Mark came out but had no parts or tools to fix the problem. He blamed one leak on the helper. Then said he would do the other connection another way. He returned the next day and fixed the problem so far. I also explained I had no hot water. He said it was off and said I needed a new hot water heater. I believe the guys the day before turned it off. I had the drywall repairman, Mark and his helper and the refrigerator delivery people here all the the same time. The drywall repairs cost another 325.00. Before leaving Mark pointed out several things that needing to be done on my hot water heater and told me my house could explode. My hot water heater is only five years old. I told him don't bother on a quote because I would not be using them again!!

I called Will's plumbing to change out a garbage disposal. They gave me a quote on the phone and after I told them I was an Angies list member, told me about their coupons on the site. The office personnel were friendly and helpful. Joseph came to install our disposal, he was prompt (the office called and told us he was on the way and his name, so we knew who to expect) and very professional. I LOVED how he wore covers over his shoes when he entered my house and closed the door every time he had to go to the truck to get anything. He worked quickly, but ensured everything was working before he left. Over all I was very impressed with the company and Joseph himself!

The technician was on time, friendly, courteous and efficient. He's very conscious of being clean. He has covers for his feet and he apologize when he got water on the floor. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out how it would work exactly the way I wanted and when it didn't, he did it all over again. He was pretty diligent about it. Overall, he's a good technician.

Great service. Technician called ahead, was on time. Ice maker was replaced quickly. He took a quick look at another appliance I was having problems with and answered additional questions. He actually saved me the trouble of an additional service call. I highly recommend Will's and will use them again.

They are knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel oversold. I recommend them to other people. The staff is great, I've never had the same plumber twice but everybody that has come has been very knowledgeable, very considerate, and very helpful.

Josh was awe some extremely friendly knew what he was doing arrived on time. Completed work and cleaned up after self. This is the 3rd project using will's plumbing. They are our company of choice for all plumbing & a/c needs.

Mark the plumber was about 2 hours late, found what was causing the leak, parts had to be ordered, said it take about 3 or 4 days for the parts to come in, the customer service rep. Roger called to say, as soon as the parts came in he would call to make an appointment for the plumber to come back and repair the leak, it was taking so long, I called to see what the problem is the rep said the parts did come in, could someone come out that day Friday? I told the rep. Monday would be better which is today, all this took 2 weeks approx., the plumber did apologize for the delay.

Very prompt, stayed to answer my questions about some other aspects of sump pump, and gave me some ideas for a better configuration to prevent this from happening again....Very impressed with this company

Our old disposal was leaking, so we were in a bit of a bind. I called Will's plumbing up and they came out the same morning. I was even able to take advantage of a deal on Angies list for a discount on a new garbage disposal. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Will's Plumbing for anyone to use.

Spent about 6 minutes trying to light the pilot and would not light. At this point the tech informed my that they only worked on Sear's Electric water heaters. Seems he should have said something before starting. Charged me 69.95. I think this is a little high for 6 minutes and did not fix the problem and there was a problem. The water heard was flooded due the past 24 hours of heavy rains which flooded our garage. I called another company later and they came out and tried to fix the problem and explained several things to me as to why they really couldn't and would not want to work on our Sears heater and at NO CHARGE Not really please with the service.

Mike came out diagnosed the wiring issue quickly and resolved the issue.

Mark was a pleasure to work with the work that needs to be performed has not been complete as of this will thing. But will be very soon.

The company came on an emergency call our systems were backing up. The plumber was timely, professional, we are very pleased.
