Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

On Sunday the 4th I contacted Will's Plumbing to ask about getting service on a water heater in my home. I spoke to the answering service at 9am and was told I would be contacted within 2 hours. I did not receive a call back from Wills until 2:30pm on Sunday. I did not call them back on Sunday, as I had other things to do later that afternoon. I contacted them again on Monday morning and was told someone would be out to replace the water heater. I told them when I called I wanted it replaced as it was 12 years old and it was not working. I was told that someone would be here between 2 & 4pm. I told them at the time if something would come up earlier I would be home around 12:30pm. I was contacted around noon and they said someone could be at my home between 12:30 and 1pm. I told them that would work fine. The company service person showed up right on schedule. He looked at the water heater in my home and told me he had nothing that would work. He left around 2pm to go search for a new heater. I was called later by Josh and asked what time I would be home on Tuesday, as he had found a water heater but it would not be available until Tuesday. I told him that would work so I scheduled additional time off on Tuesday. I was contacted by Will's Plumbing on Tuesday and told the installation had been scheduled for that afternoon. I told them that would be fine. I was contacted at 1pm on Tuesday and informed the installer was leaving to pick up the water heater at Lowes and then he would be here. Around 3:15pm the installer showed up. Joseph did the actual installation of the new water heater and was completely done by around 5:15pm. Overall I had and have no problems with the install. Things did not work out exactly as he thought they would but Joseph managed to get deal with the problems as they came up. I would be more than happy to use Will's Plumbing again in the future.

They did a great job. I actually had them two separate times and they were on time. They were awesome. The first time for the toilet, it was like $40 and the second time for the water heater it was $70. I liked that when they thought they were going to be late one day, they actually called to let me know that they were going to be late and that they scheduled another person to come out and they were on time. They were very reasonably priced and very punctual.

They were timely, professional and competent. They provided an accurate estimate and stuck to it. I appreciated being shown what was done and given explanations.

MY Tankless heater was not working, Anthony spent some time troubleshooting and discovering exactly what the issue was and gave me a firm estimate to fix. Within an hour my heater was running, the mess cleaned up and price he quoted was what I gladly paid.

Plumber arrived within two hours of calling company. Was very professional and completed repairs quickly after coming back with correct parts needed. We would use them again and the pricing was fair for the job done. Used 10% discount coupon on Angies List.

Josh came out during scheduled window and determined that T-P needed to be replaced. He gave us an estimate, but did not have the part so he scheduled to come back the next morning. Very courteous, gave us the water heater flush at no charge and showed us how we are supposed to do it once a year. Josh was 15 minutes late on 7/19.

She was super friendly & informative. He was prompt and explained everything to me along the wall.

The work that they did was fine. I thought that the price was high for the work performed.

Replaced hook up for ice and water on our new refrigerator. Also fixed the water pressure for our filtered water.

Perfect! They got someone to me immediately we had a leak and needed an immediate repair. h worked very quickly and had everything done in two hours.

I called them late in the evening. The on-call operator was extremely friendly. They even walked me through how to stop the water. The service technician arrived within 20 minutes and did a great job fixing the problem. Ian was installed a new braided supply line under the sink and was very friendly.

Very responsive, prompt and polite. The plumber, John quickly realized the softener was malfunctioning and needed a Kenmore service tech to fix. BUT...he shut it down, bypassed the softener so we could run water in the house and said there would be no charge. That was very appreciated.

My disappointment came when he handed me the bill. The young lady that set up my appointment told me that the price would be $69. I asked her if that price was the initial fee plus whatever needed to be done to clear the clog. It turns out that was not true. I paid Mike for doing what he came out to do, but was not happy with the charge.

I called another plumbing company and they took care of everything. Technician came an hour late. But, he gave me a free estimate. That was not only 30% less than the price quoted by Wills Plumbing also that price included the cost to fix the the ceiling and painting. Awesome. I won't recommend Wills plumbing if you are concerned about price.

John and Rob were GREAT. The service call price higher than others I called but glad I went with this company. I will call and ask for these two gentlemen again should I need any other plumbing repairs. Hopefully, not in the near future.

Signed up for Angie’s List – called and set an appointment for the afternoon. Mike was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was fixed right away. A really good experience! Thank you.

Was on site within 2 hours of after hours call, Robert diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes.

First and foremost, the installation crew (Joseph and Marc) were very professional. They arrived on time, removed the old water tank from the attic and installed new taps/lines to go to new water heater located in the garage. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner and we are very, very pleased with the outcome and the finished product. The new Rheem Marathon water heater (85 gal) is working fine and we now never run out of hot water, plus it's located in the garage now, so not chance of a major leak or flooding of the attic to ruin in home rooms and ceilings. Will's Plumbing crew cleaned up everything as if nothing ever happened, excellent job. This was the goal, and Will's Plumbing is the way to go! I would definitely use them again, if needed.

I was digging and hit my sprinkler line. I called him right away and he came out that same day. He repaired the leak and had me turn on the system to make sure everything looked good. He is very competent and we have used him before.

We were very happy with the service and our experience with this company. They were on time and did a great job in a short time. They explained every cost and did not push any service on us. In fact, they saved us money when they could.

Mark was very friendly & honest - they showed up on time, completed all work we discussed & kept the price we agreed on, even though the time it took them increased because of having to move some pipes at my request. Great service!
