They had very good customer service. They returned calls quickly. I had some problems with my check, but they were really understanding, and we got it taken care of.

Not good! FIVE days to fix simple water leak. Called problem in on Sunday 08/18/13 & requested Monday service. Plumber arrive Monday Afternoon. I explained problem and he did his investigation of leak and determined the toilet was leaking @ base & needed new O-ring. I told him the O-ring had not been in very long as we had replaced tile on floor about year ago. And, maybe it was something else & suggested he cut sheetrock in garage to see where water was coming from. He still believe it was toilet, so he pulled toilet & replaced O-ring--flushed toilet and said no leak. He wrote his bill for $278 and left. Tuesday evening after my wife showered & washed her hair, water was on the garage floor in same place as before.Call plumber back on Wednesday, they could not get to me until Thursday; they arrived Thursday afternoon and found(after cuuting sheetrock) that water was coming from main copper intake pipe. They traced the leak to the shower and thru elimation decidede it was a leak in the shower head connection to main intake. He did not have part(and did not go get one); so he headed to another call & returned Friday and fixed in 45 Minutes. In summary---not diligent in determing leak; over charged as i do not believe toilet was problem and five days to fix leak while serving other calls.

I called at about 1:00 after discovering a bad leak in my water heater. I was told that a plumber would be there a 4:00. Josh got there at about 3:50. After inspecting the heater he told me it would need to be replaced. I was expecting that after observing to internal leak. The job was finished by. 4:50. Every thing was cleaned up. Overall a fast efficient job. This is the 2nd time i used them and will do so again.

Excellent service. Mike was honest, prompt and professional. His expertise solved my A/C solution until it worked - even as additional problems arose.

Josh worked very well. On time with right parts and equipment. We're very satisfied.

Thorough test. No leak in pan but found some "holes" ion the grout that might be4 causing the leak

Crew was professional, polite and informative. The only disappointment was mix-up my the office staff as to when a city inspector had been called.

I was able to get quote on same day I called to ask about services. Work was done the following week as promised in contract.

Mark diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak. I had told him that that was the main thing I needed until I could afford more to fix it so that the shower will work. He was very polite and explained everything. He even set me up with a company to address the mold created by the water.

Yesterday after work when I pulled my car into the garage, I pulled too far forward and pushed an object into the water softener. Next thing I knew, it was "raining" in my garage. I'd severely damaged the softener's "manifold" and connections. Finally my neighbors and I got the water turned off, but it was too late to call my normal water softener company. First thing this morning, I tried calling, but they do not open until 10 a.m.! I called Will's based on positive feedback, but they couldn't get someone here until 4 to 6 p.m. I was willing to chance it -- again, based on the positive feedback. Great move on my part! Better yet, I got a call later in the morning that someone was on the way after all. Josh arrived and was awesome. He didn't try to sell me a whole new system, but went right to work repairing the damage. Then he made sure everything worked properly. Even better, he only charged me $39.95 for the service call, and then asked if there was anything else I needed done or that he could do to help -- he is my new hero! I just wish I had checked Angie's List last night because Will's Plumbing is available 24/7. I wouldn't have had to bathe in the pool and make do without water all night. Thanks a million, Josh. Will's Plumbing is now on my speed-dial for the next time I have a plumbing issue.

The technician was right on time, very friendly and helpful. He gave me tips on how to make my AC more efficient. He checked the prices with me before doing any work so there were no surprises. This is my second time to use Will's Plumbing, AC & Refrigeration Service, and I will use them again. Excellent customer service!

Overall, the service is very good. Ian and his workers (Marc and Will) are friendly, courteous and answered all questions. Also very diligent at keeping us informed of their timeline (water off/on, gas on/off, end-of-day info).

We were out of town and had afriend spear the repair. They did a great job.

They showed up early after a panicked 0645 phone call after a miserable night without AC. They were amazing, worked quickly, and got me out of 90-100 degree heat. Very informative.

Josh came on time real nice fellow. He knew exactly new what to do and did promptly & efficiently. I am very impressed, very professional.

Mark and his helper showed up at the agreed time. The scope of work was reviewed. Mark prepared a written estimate for the work, including discounts where available. The necessary upgrade to the gas supply line to the water heater was fully explained. We agreed on the location of the wall penetration needed to re-route the water heater pressure relief line. After a brief run to get parts, the various systems were back on line in less than three hours. While working he shared that his wife was having labor pains. Next morning when he came back to tidy up, turned out it was false labor. Both workers seemed competent and highly professional.

I was told by the person over the phone that because my water heater was only three years old, and that because will pluming was a carrier of that brand repairs were covered under warranty. When the guy came out and fixed it he said that the part that I needed for my water heater was not covered and that it would cost 200 dollars. He had no answers to why it was not covered, took payment and left.

It went very well. There was an additional leak which they could have fixed by removing the entire shower upstairs, but they were able to get to it another way which saved us a substantial sum of money in labor.
