We have used Will's Plumbing several times over the past two years. Ernest came to the house within the time frame indicated by the office and quickly diagnosed the issue. He repaired the toilet quickly and cleanly. I will continue to use Will's as our plumbing service for future needs.

We have a gas dryer and bought a house with only an electric dryer connection. I am trying to determine if I should just buy a new dryer or run the gas line. They wanted $39.99 just to come out. I've never heard of charging for an estimate. I told them to forget it.

The service men were on time and installed new Badger disposal.

Anthony the plumber was on time, completed all required repairs at a reasonable cost.

It went great. Anthony responded to our call with-in an hour of leaving it with call service. He came quickly to assess the problem, while we were trying to clean up water that was still draining from second floor water heater closet to kitchen. He worked quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate that they were able to help us on a Sunday. We are very pleased with the results.

For the exact same toilet and service their prices have skyrocketed from $368 on 9/30/2013 to $437.19 on 11/8/2013. They indicated that this increase in price had just happened and was for a regular toilet rather than the Kohler we got from them a little over a month ago. Rather than pay for the huge difference in price, I paid them their trip charge of $39.95 and will look elsewhere for another company. I just thought everyone would like to be aware of Will's HUGE PRICE INCREASES before scheduling them to come to their home for an estimate.

Called them to come in on a Saturday where I showed them the toilets that had to be replaced and the tub/shower that was leaking. He cut away the drywall in the linen closet (which he asked me if he could) which was behind the bathtub faucet and was able to find the leak. Josh told me they would be back Monday morning to fix the leak. I was called on Monday morning and was told they had double-booked and they wouldn't be at the house until later that afternoon. They arrived and replaced the toilets and fixed the leak. The worksmanship was very good; the only reason I'm giving them a "B" is because Josh didn't tell me that he wouldn't fix the drywall when he sawed into it and they didn't fix it. All in all, I was still very satisfied with their service and will use them again the next time I need a plumber.

The plumber did everything he said he would do. Work was done well and I am happy with how he left everything clean where he worked. It has been over a week now and all repairs and indtallation is working well.

When my wife and I noticed the house was getting warmer on September 27, 2013, and I noticed water leaking from the outside compressor, I checked Angie's List for a good A/C repairman and called Will's as a result of their good reviews. Cindy said they would have someone out within 3 to 4 hours. Because I suspected the unit had frozen up, she advised me to shut the system down so that the technician could test the system immediately upon arrival without waiting for the system to thaw. Carlos arrived as scheduled, and he and his assistant performed a thorough and professional check of the entire system, including the compressor and the attic air handler. He noted the system was low on refrigerant and added three pounds of Freon, which resolved the immediate problem for a cost of $268 (including the Angie's List 10% discount). Despite repeated tests, he couldn't detect a significant leak. He also noted that the capacitor was leaking oil but felt that I didn't need to replace it at this time. Note I had heard and read of a lot of A/C companies that pushed expensive and unneeded repairs, a large concern of mine. Carlos relieved that concern when he indicated a component did not have to be replaced, even though I could see some leakage on the capacitor. When Cindy called the next day to see if I was satisfied with their service, I responded that I was satisfied with the result, but I noted Carlos hadn't found the source of the leak. however, if it were another 18 months before I had to add more Freon, I guessed I could tolerate that. However, Cindy said she would, at no charge, send a technician in about a month to check the Freon level to gauge the severity of the leak. A month later, Carlos returned to check the refrigerant and noted the pressure was a little low, indicating some Freon leakage. Again he checked everything carefully, but this time he detected traces of Freon in the coil. He read the date on the coil and noted that the 5-year warranty on the coil itself had expired, but he realized that the compressor still had three years on the warranty. This is where Carlos earned his pay check that day as far as I was concerned. He noted that when the coil is installed as a system at the same time as the compressor, the coil's warranty would extend to the full 10 years of the system. My heat pump system was installed when the house was constructed 7 years ago. He checked with the manufacturer and confirmed the coil was still under warranty and would be replaced at no charge. Unfortunately, the warranty covered only the part and not labor. I made an appointment for the coil to be replaced at a labor cost of $305 . Robert, co-owner of Will's Plumbing, arrived at the appointed time and promptly began to do what was necessary to replace the coil. He removed the old coil and returned it to the distributor to pick up a new coil. He returned and then replaced the coil, activated the system, and everything seemed to be running smoothly. While he was cleaning up, he mentioned that the capacitor seemed to be leaking oil. I looked at it, and some jell-like substance was dripping down the outside of the capacitor. Although Carlos had seen this leakage on his first visit and thought it didn't need replacing at that time, I decided to replace the capacitor while Robert was here at an additional component charge of $140. I didn't want to pay a diagnostic charge next summer when the capacitor did go out. This visit cost a total of $445, but, looking on the bright side, I didn't have to pay for the new coil, probably an additional $750 or more charge. Now I have a system that shouldn't give me a problem for several years. (At least another three years, when the warranty for the whole system will expire and the compressor will undoubtedly go out.)

He did wonderful! Everything from the phone call to the promptness was great. He was very honest about what we needed to do, respected our wishes on what the next step would be and didn't push anything on us.

I contacted Will's Plumbing and Testing Service about 12:00 on Saturday Nov 2nd. I talked to Sam and explained my problem to her and gave her my contact information, address etc. She told me I could expect a return call from the techs when they were on their way between 4:00 - 6:00. I called back at 5:55 to insure someone knew I had called and got an answering service. I had to explain all over again, what the problem was and give my contact information to her. About 5 minutes after that call, the techs were at my door. I then received an estimate that I thought was excessive for what needed to be done. When I questioned the cost, the reply was 'That's the price in the book'. It was too late to try to contact another company and since we had not had any water all day, I didn't have much choice but to go ahead with the repair. Some insulation needed to be removed from the water line to complete the repair and needed to be replaced after the line was repaired. The tech asked me if I had any duct tape so he could put the insulation back on the water line. I then gave him some duct tape that I had to use. It was getting dark before the job was finished but they made no effort to improve the lighting for the work area, so I went into my house and came back with a light so they could see to put the soil back around the water line. I did receive a 10% discount for being on Angie's List, but I still think the job was way overpriced and the professionalism could definitely be improved.

I will be sure to get an estimate of charges before having Will's come out in the future. UPDATE 11/06/13: Hired a competitor plumber who repaired the dripping L for $87, so with the $40 fee charged by Will's I spent a total of $127, which was $235 less than the Will's charge.

It went really well. Everything was scheduled and completed efficiently by people who know what they are doing.

They are upfront on their fixed price. They give you the price before they show up and it always remains the same. They do the work great and are very polite and professional. They always do the job right the first time.

I was thankful that they were able to find the source of the leak. They found it very quickly. The other plumber from another company charged me almost $200 and never found the source. Unfortunately their shop was closed so they weren't able to get the part they needed to repair the issue with my toilet. Then for the follow up appointment to do the repair they didn't arrive at the scheduled date and time for the repair. They did call and apologize the next day so that's why I still gave an overall of a B. However, the next person from this company also could not get to the shop in time to get the part (not sure why he didn't bring the part in the first place) and I didn't hear back for a few days. Since I hadn't heard back and needed a working toilet again, I had to end up getting the parts myself from Home Depot and did the repairs myself for about $27 dollars. They were going to charge close to $500. It took several hours to fix and was a dirty and smelly job but I think the $500 price tag was rather high.

We have used Will's for plumbing and previous A/C work and were very happy with the work on both occasions. We contacted Will's on the morning of 10/2 and they were on site that afternoon. Within 30 minutes repairs had been made and the system was back in operation. Technicians found a burned wire in the compressor. Both the wiring and a capacitor were replaced. I considered the price to be a good value considering the age of our unit. We have some plumbing work on the horizon and will not hesitate to call Will's again.

I have had good plumbers before BUT these guys are beyond fantastic. I will be telling EVERYONE only to use these guys from now on. I have found the perfect plumbers and whatever I need done, I will be calling them and only allowing these guys to do the work around my home. They are clean, fast, professional and priced well. I have never been so impressed in my life with repair services like this. My plumbers were John and Jonathan and these guys are the BEST of the BEST. The work should be rated not just as an A but an A++++++++. These guys were unbelievable and I cannot thank them enough for the high quality, speed, and cleanliness. I'm very picky with my home and these guys very so careful not to let anything get dirty, they even take their shoes off at the door and they made sure not to leave any spec of anything behind for me to deal with and clean up. I was completely in awe at them. These two know what they're doing and they know the best as well as the fastest was of doing the job. I'm still in shock even 2 days later of how everything went. They even put a new drain cap into my master tub and I cannot believe how PERFECT it looks. Amazing--just absolutely amazing. I just want to make sure everyone knows to hire these guys because they will be getting the best service at the best price. In the near future I will be having John and Jonathan come back out and I will be hiring them to take care of my outside faucets. Thanks again guys, thank you to Angie's list.
