Put C for the price because don't really know what to expect.

2 plumbers arrived on time after call from the office as to when they would arrive.

Josh and Robert did an excellent job! They were very professional and courteous. They replaced two hot water heaters (one in the attic). I am very impressed with the way they work together and the quality of their service.

Called service on Monday morning and was told they would arrive between 5 and 7pm. I told the woman taking the information that it was a badly stopped up drain in a complicated area and that we had already tried chemicals and snaking. At 2:45 they called asking if they could come out right then. My husband wasn't going to be home until 3:45 so he said it was ok to send someone at 3:45. She said she would, but then she called at 4pm asking if it was ok to send someone then. Serviceman arrived at 4:30 and used a 75 foot snake in a single attempt to clear the drain. When it didn't clear, he said he needed equipment that he didn't have and would have to reschedule. Initial estimate was $224, but the estimate to use the special equipment was $446. At this point we had not paid anything. We rescheduled for 2 days later at 4pm. After many calls saying that they were on their way, we cancelled the service at 6:45pm. We were told the driver would be contacted, but he arrived just before 7 hoping to start the job. We declined to have him START at 7pm, at end of what he admitted was a very busy day. Ultimately they were unreliable with appointment times and arrived unprepared to do the work that was needed, despite my informing them that we had already tried using a snake. UPDATE: Another plumbing service came, and on the first visit was able to use a snake and clear the drain. It just took a little time to investigate the problem first.

Initial scheduling call on phone was a bit frustrating, but they finally worked me in. It was a busy night with the cold weather. Josh, came to the house at 7pm and fixed the broken pipe. Very nice guy, did the job quickly and handled himself very professionally.

They assessed the problem and determined the best cost effective method to solve the issue. Initially, given an preliminary diagnose but with further investigation it was determined to solve the problem using a different method and it clear the pipes. They were focused and in control of the situation.

Will's plumbing was scheduled to arrive at 10 AM on the date of service. I had to take off work to meet them at my house. At 10:30 AM, they had not arrived, so I called the office. They said the plumbers were backed-up at another location and would be at my house at noon. They were not there at noon. I called again at 1:00 PM and was told that they were still at the other location and would be at my house in an hour. They called me back in an hour to say it would be closer to 3 before the plumbers arrived. I'm not overly irritated with the tardiness, but I did have to skip a day of work for this. I am irritated with what happened when they arrived at my house (at 4:00 PM). The plumbers looked at my leaky shut-off valve under the sink and said they don't see a leak. They told me that they didn't want to do any work if it wasn't needed. I told them that I have seen the leak and had a container under the sink catching the water. It wasn't a fast leak, but it was a real leak that needed to be fixed. The plumbers said they would "just give me a quote and we could all start our weekend a little early." The quote was written to replace both shut-off valves (hot and cold) under the sink, even though only 1 was leaking. I have no idea why they gave me a quote to replace both valves... especially since they didn't think he needed to replace either valve. The quote was for $440.79 ($220 each). I told them "no thank you." I went to Home Depot and purchased a valve and a flexible supply hose and did the job myself. It cost $15 and took me about 25 minutes. I have a feeling the plumbers didn't feel like doing the job because (a) it was a small job, (b) they were tired from working all day at the other location, and (c) they wanted to get their weekend started early. I am quite disappointed that I took an entire day off work for this.

They were late on the time. They had to reschedule for the next day because they didn't have simple faucet parts. Price was very high.

SO far,so good!! .I called Will plumbing for a second opinion after another company told me they had to break up my double wide concrete driveway to put down a new sewer line.Will found my problem was several feet from cleanout,which they replaced leaving my driveway intact.

I canceled and called another plumber.

Roger with Will's Plumbing contacted us the very next day to set up installation. They were very prompt and professional. Not only did they install the disposal that we ordered, but they also put a new washer in our dripping kitchen faucet, and checked the drain in our bathroom all at no additional cost. We have used Will's Plumbing several times and have always been very happy with their service. All the people are professional and courteous and their prices have never been out of line. We will definitely use Will's Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs

I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's primarily due to their technician Larry. We recently added a large outdoor gas fire pit and a vent free fireplace to our backyard. Will's sent Larry to run the gas lines to both. In addition to doing great work, Larry had a number of suggestions that improved the function and appearance of the fire pit that were well-received by the mason building the pit. Based on the great service he provided, Will's has been my go to plumbing company for all related work. On this particular visit Larry was replacing 2 faulty parts on the fireplace unit. While I don't believe Will's normally does this type of work, Larry was kind enough to complete the work after some troubleshooting and determining the problem was with the unit itself and not the gas line. He spoke with the fireplace company on my behalf when I called in the warranty repair and performed all of their recommended troubleshooting steps before they sent the replacement parts. The valve replacement was not an easy repair (I watched him do it) but the fireplace is working perfectly now. I have also used Will's for an a/c repair and as well as some plumbing work on a broken toilet and their other technicians are all professional and do great work as well. I highly recommend this company!

Called on Saturday at approxiamately 1:00 pm and problem was diagnosed and corrected by 6:00 pm. On Saturday!! Awesome.

I was told they would send someone within 30 minutes. Two calls and three hours later, someone came. He was polite, neat and talked through various diagnostic options to figure out the source of the leak we can hear and not see. I don't blame him for being unable to give a definitive answer. It's a tricky problem. I was even willing to try their more advanced diagnostics and forget the lateness. But I specifically asked him to check the hot water for being on before he left. He ran back to it saying he had forgotten. That's not great. But worse is that it is still off. I went to use my hot water hours later and it's off. The company says they can probably get him back here in 30 minutes. Frankly I heard that all morning, so I have no faith. It is the coldest day of the year and I need to get ready to go work a dressy event in an hour. I would have been better off to never engage this company to do anything today. My morning was spent waiting and calling them and now I cannot get cleaned up for work unless I do it VERY cold. I can't even afford to wait several hours to get the hot water back on before I have to leave and therefore may not have hot water tomorrow unless I can figure it out on my own.

Called the Friday after Thanksgiving. The plumber came on Saturday, was on time, wore plastic sheeths on his shoes to protect my floors, had the required disposal in his truck with him. He recommended a less expensive but adequate disposal based on our needs. Was polite, professional, explained only what he had to, and cleaned up after himself. Took about 2 hours total. I'm pleased with the service. The Angie's list discount given by the provider paid for my annual Angie's List dues. :-)

Josh was able to diagnose/confirm my diagnosis for the issue over the phone at 10 PM. Saved us from an emergency call and fee. Great experience.

Great came on some day of problem and fixed it promptly.
