Pipe broke about 4:30 Saturday afternoon. Will's was the first plumber on the list with key word "emergency" that actually answered the phone (locally, also tried Roto Rooter, but was a Maryland dispatcher that answered, the local office didn't answer). Dispatcher for Will's said there was one technician out, but since we were losing approximately 2 gallons per minute we would be moved to the top of the list. Was told they would call when the technician was on the way, but the technician arrived in about 40 minutes with no call. He asked if it was okay to turn off the water, I said "yes," and he began work. He estimated about 30 minutes work but $350 with 10% Angie's List discount. He explained that he was going by the "book" for the price. Thought it was expensive, but we needed the work done. He took a little longer than 45 minutes to fix it, used maybe $15 worth of material to fix the leak. Sometimes I think I went into the wrong business. Bottom line, they came through when we needed them, though it was expensive.

Josh and partner provided an estimate on the same day of inspecting our problem, and were able to install with a week of the estimate. Services were speedy, efficient, and very trustworthy/friendly people. I def recommend Will's Plumbings for future.

Ernest was professional and friendly. Was on time and explained the problem and the solution twice, once to me and the second over the phone to my husband, patiently. It is quite apparent why they are #1 on Angie's List!!

Josh came out, described options and we settled on tankless water heater. Throughout process he kept us well informed and installation was completed without any stress on our part. Very pleased with final product.

Both Morgan and Brian were pleasant and professional. Given the high rating of this company, I was very disappointed in the outcome. No call, no show, no record whatsoever. We were left scrambling to schedule someone at 1 pm on a Saturday.

They diagnosed that a new disposal was needed. Fixed tub clog problem.

I drove 75 miles one way to meet him there, he was a no show. I called Will's Plumbing to find out why he had not shown up after I drove the distance to meet him. Their dispatch had told him to do another job before he arrived at my site which made him late. When he arrived 2 hours later he was mad at me for calling in to find out where he was. He had a real attitude with me the entire time. He looked over all the items I needed done then left. I didn't hear back from him or Will's Plumbing, so finally I called them. They didn't give me an explanation when I made the call, they finally called back to tell me that the plumber had quit his job. They called the next day to say they had found his estimate on his desk and told me how much it would cost. I decided after all this I would not do business with them. Didn't want to push my luck.

Will's Plumbing was excellent. They came out the same day, asked if I could send them digital photos so they knew which supplies they needed before coming out. I plan on using them for additional work.

I gave them an F because they never called back, they never had the plumber call me so that I could talk with them, and they never suggested that they could come out to verify that indeed it was installed correctly or incorrectly to refute the inspectors report which I sent over to them.

Fast assessment. Good, clean, thorough work.

They came to inspect cracked toilet tank located a replacement and brought it right back to be installed.

While I feel the price was too much for 2 1/2 hours of work, they did a fantastic job and very professional.

Our water heater went out, so we needed someone right away. Called and they were here right away. Everyone in the office and the plumbers themselves were extremely nice, responsive and professional. I was especially impressed with how communicative Josh was in explaining the process and would call me directly to me for the inspection! Wonderful company!

I had a pretty good leak under my sink, and when I saw the Angie's List deal, the image and description led me to believe they would replace the PVC pipes under the sink, which would have fixed my leak. They were 2 hours late, but that's beside the point. When the guy installed the disposal he told my wife there was a leak and that he wasn't going to touch that side of the sink. He didn't suggest it be replaced or God forbid, re-tape and tighten the pipes so the leak would stop. Nope, he just installed the $80 disposal in 45 minutes for $360, adding abosolutely no new PVC pipes, which was specifically mentioned in the add. When I contacted the office, they said "sorry, I was mistaken" and offered to have the serve guy call me back with an estimate on fixing the leak. I said fine, but I was not happy. They never called back. Way overpriced and will not make up for their oversites.

The two men did a very fine job, were very professional and performed exactly what was asked of them. The owner never called me back as he had promised. I gave him a week to make the call and he didn't after I called twice and his office manager said she would remind him. I would never call this company again. Not prompt on committed service times. Twice! A charge that is ridiculous. 2 men 2 hours = 4 hours divided into $700 equal s $175 per hour.....take into account overhead and it's still ludicrous. But the main reason I would never call this company is there owner cannot be trusted. When you commit to a customer you probably should follow up. He didn't and I won't give him the other business I have which is by far a much more complex task.

It went well. On one of the toilets the technician found the plastic nut on the floor bolts had come loose. He repaired this and also replaced the cutoff valves on both toilets with quarter turn valves that are much easier to close. The other technician replaced the wax seal on the other toilet. All appeared good until several weeks later we noticed the second toilet had a leak and it was worse. I found the tank was leaking. The same technician came out again and repaired the toilet. There was no charge for the second visit as we agreed this was likely the problem all along.

All things considered they did a good job on the repair. I felt the price was somewhat high....but it needed to be done. I would have liked them to have showed up on time or at least given us a courtesy call regarding the first set time for appointment.
