They arrived on time for the initial estimate. They were very professional and did not try to sell me other services or add ons to the work that was required. For the installation, they showed up on time and completed the work within the schedule they had quoted. The price was also as quoted with nothing hidden. I would recommend them to others in the area.

The experience was smooth and straight forward, Price given often a few moments and job was done quickly clean an neat work.

I confirmed the appointment with them the day before. I had received a bid on Saturday and the work was done on Tuesday. They called first and arrived on time. I showed them what needed to be done and they started right away. They ran the line, made the connections, insulated and secured the pipe. Danny then checked the water pressure and it was quite high. So they adjusted my Pressure Regulating Valve to achieve the correct pressure. Their price was less than half what I had been bid by a competitor.

Eddie gave me the protocol, I signed the agreement, they surveyed the main line. Gave me an estimate, which I signed, they processed to clear the line.

They were courteous, professional and obviously, very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be performed. A+ They arrived earlier due to being able to work us into their schedule. I was happy to know that they kept me in mind when another appointment opened up, they did call of course! :)

Danny encountered unexpected problems & stayed all day he was efficient explained everything and completed all work. He left the areas clean & ready yo use.

3 bathroom faucets were leaking this Will's Plumbing replaces them.

We were out of town when we received a call from the house sitter Friday 6/13 that there was water gushing out of a broken pipe near the street in front of the house. It turns out the county's tractor mower had ran over the water meter and broke the main water line to the house. The water company was called out and turned off the valve to stop the water. However, when we returned home on Saturday 6/14, the house had no water. We called Will's Plumbing around 11:30 am that Saturday. First of all, how refreshing it is to reach a live person on the first call. Past experience with other companies seeking various services has always resulted in a game of phone tag. Brian from Will's Plumbing was awesome. He took a genuine interest in our predicament and worked their Saturday schedule to fit us in to fix the problem. He followed up with phone calls to let us know the status of the dispatch. He assured us that this would be taken care of that same day. Eddie, the dispatched plumber arrived around 3:15 pm. Eddie was extremely professional, courteous and experienced. He did an excellent job of fixing the problem. You can just tell by looking at the finished work that it was done right. Of course, water was restored to the house and everything is working perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased with the service that Will's Plumbing provided. To take care of a short-fused problem like this on a Saturday no less was impressive. Thank you Brian and Eddie for everything. Will's Plumbing is definitely a go-to company for plumbing services.

Techs: Josh and Herman came in and looked at the old tank. They then left to go purchase the new tank, this part I didn’t like because they didn’t tell me how long they would be gone and I could have gotten a few errands run. But when they returned they were very efficient and professional and very pleasant and I wouldn’t mind having them back if I need other work done.

They came out right away, even taking the time to troubleshoot over the phone first. Our water heater is about to go out and they got it working and they gave us info to research different models for when it goes out for good. Friendly, reasonable and informative. Great experience!

On Saturday, 28 December, 2013, I noticed water on the garage floor. Eventually, I found water leaking from the bottom of the water heater which was in a garage closet. I consulted Angie?s list and decided to go with Will?s Plumbing due to its? high rating. I originally spoke with Joanna at 11:30 a.m. and was told that a technician would call me within one hour. I therefore rearranged my schedule so that I would be home throughout the day. By 2:30 p.m., no one had called back. I called a second time and was told by Josh that there was a backlog. A technician could not come out until the following day sometime between 9 to 11 a.m. I was disappointed and thought about finding someone else to help but opted to wait. Going just one day without hot water did not seem too bad. The following day was Sunday and promptly at 9:00 a.m. a technician named James called to gain entry into the community. I would have appreciated a call informing me that he was on his way so that I could have prepared better for his arrival. Luckily, James was awesome. He did a very thorough inspection of the water heater, and all aspects of the plumbing. He was very detailed in his explanations of everything he was doing. He described exactly what needed to be done and all of the associated costs. I was informed about the upgrades that would be required by code such as an expansion tank, atmospheric vacuum relief valve, sediment trap, and a special ball valve. I was surprised to learn that everything imaginable that could possibly be associated with the replacement of a water heater was itemized in a company fee schedule book. James was not just pulling big numbers out of his head. Now desperate for hot water, I agreed to have the service done. The existing tank was removed for disposal. I overheard James call Samantha who confirmed that a 50 gallon AO Smith water heater was available. I therefore anticipated that a new unit would soon be installed. James left and stated that he would return to do the installation that day. However, at 1:30 p.m., I received a voice mail message from Samantha that the tank was not actually available and that one could not be installed until the next day between 11:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. I was not happy to think that my family would have to go another day without hot water but I felt committed to having Will?s Plumbing do the job. On Monday, James showed up promptly at 11:00 a.m. without warning as before. Once again, James demonstrated superb professionalism and great skill with the installation. He explained the internal workings of the water heater in detail and the required routine maintenance. The total cost, including disposal, permit, tank, upgrades and an Angie?s List discount came out to $2072.34. Otherwise, the cost would have been $2302.61. This experience left me with the overall impression that Will?s Plumbing is a well ran family business whose employees take great pride in the company they work for. James proved to be a very skilled and knowledgeable plumber. However, though very prompt, I wish that he would have called and given me a heads up about a half-hour before showing up. The delay in receiving any service and the mistake with tank availability did cause a great deal of inconvenience but was tolerable. I would like to assume that these problems were attributable to reasonable causes considering that it was during a weekend. I would therefore recommend this company to anyone who is willing to pay a premium for high quality work.
