Dispatch was professional, quick to response at midnight. John the technician was quick to respond, professional. explained everything in great detail. John got our water back on rapidly and the following day replaced the valve and installed the hot water heater bladder. Such a great job, already scheduled water softener replacement. Definitely recommend.

First, I must commend the call-taker. She was very nice and did her best to get a plumber out to me within a few hours. She prevented me from calling another Plumbing Service since I wanted to get someone out within a few hours. She was a big plus for the business However, it was all down hill starting with the Plumber's arrival-- First, the Plumber showed up at the wrong house, Strike One. I had to go and flag him down. He stated that the wrong address was given to him. However, when he later wrote up my estimate, he still wrote the wrong address down on my estimate, Strike Two! To provide an estimate for only two slow moving drains, he had to go and call the office?@!? Really!!?? It was at least 15 or 20 minutes before he was able to get back with me. He finally informed me that he is not allowed to get on my roof. So before he can clear my two drains, that he would need to install a clean-out. Total Estimate:$751.18 less a $75.11 Angies Discount. Strike Three!!! I paid him $40 cash and told him keep the nickel. In addition, I had to ask him to put some shoe covers on before he came into my home. So he had to go back to the truck to find some. In addition, I would have been afraid to let him on my roof anyway; he did not seem to be in the best physical shape, and it did not seem that he would be careful enough with my roof. He also did not strike me as one who would be very neat, conscientious, or competent with his work based on my overall assessment of him. In my opinion, he did not make Will's look like a high quality service company. However, to his credit, he was of good demeanor. In my opinion, this service guy would have been more suitable working a Plumbing parts counter, not in the field presenting himself to customers; the confidence and skill just was not there. Will's, I doubt that I am the first customer that you lost over this type of service. With the high ratings that you received on Angie's List, I was very surprised at the poor "first impression" that I received from your company. So long!

I had another company do the leak detecting, and my insurance company advised me to use. call wills plumbing to fix the leak in the copper line under the bathroom sink. Required that the tear out inside of cabinet and chip concrete from floor. The copper pipe had been leaking for a number of days and at first it took awhile to locate where it was in the pipe. both Anthony and his helper spent time trying to find where in the pipe the leak was. After a time it was a small hole in the line and the line was removed and replaced . They had alos done another job on 7/30/14 for replacing the metal flange for the toilet in the same bathroom. That cost $539. I use this company again .

This is the 3rd time I have used Will's and have been happy each time. They are actually coming back tomorrow to fix a noisy pipe (banging). They are prompt, courteous, and have done a very nice job each time. And the office is really great to work with also.

I was originally calling for an estimate to get a belly fixed in the hall bathroom line. Talking with the office personnel she believed that we just needed a hydro jet on the line. When the technician arrived and I explained the situation he came to the same conclusion since the belly was within 10 feet of the toilet. With hour of jetting the line was clear, they even put the toilet back in place. Marc and Herman were great!

John did an excellent job and is a very nice and professional person. I will definitely refer this company and John to everyone.

They arrived within the 2-hour window of time I had been given and went right to work. They were professional and helpful. They fixed the leak efficiently and effectively and I felt they were very thorough. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bottom line is, the technician acted unprofessional and wasted over 3 hours of my time diagnosing a problem that should have been a lot more simple. We had a strange smell coming out of our bathroom water faucet. Our appointment was from 8-9am, the technician arrived at 9:15, which wasn't bad. He could not smell the smell our whole family did. It was a unique smell, not quite sulfer, not quite natural gas, but something in that category (so it was hard to describe, you really had to smell it to know what it was). The entire ordeal took 3.5 hrs of him trying different faucets, going under the house, speculating about the many possible scenarios it could be, calling his boss 2-3 times, but not actually diagnosing the problem. When I asked him to keep trying because I didn't want to pay a trip fee for him to not diagnose the problem, he got impatient, raised his voice and said "if I can't smell it, I can't smell it!" Finally, after almost 3 hrs he asked me if it was only the hot water, which of course, I wouldn't have thought to consider (our faucets have the single handle that goes from hot to cold, so when you pull it up straight, you get a mix). With pure hot water coming out of the bathtub, he could finally smell it and diagnosed it as a bacteria in our water heater. When I asked if it was toxic, he said, again, impatiently, (as if I should know) "uh, it's just a smell!" (as if "just a smell" means it's not toxic.) He wrote an estimate for $375, but did not break down parts and labor, said I had to call the office for that. I'm glad I let him leave. When I called the office for the breakout, they said only the technician could tell me that. I later called the water heater manufactorer who quoted me $50 for the premium version of the part. Another one of my co-workers had a bad experience with Will's, but both of us relied on the good reviews on Angie's. This may have been an outlier incident, but there are too many plumbers in town to take another chance on them.

Angie's List was a bust on this one. In the past, I've had excellent results. This one burned me. I paid $35 for nothing. Better than a thousand for 2 running toilets. I'm totally mystified by the positive reviews for this outfit. They do have polite people handling their phones.

He was wonderful, Danny was professional from the start. He explained everything and took pictures. He took his time and turned around what could have been a disaster with the water/flooding.

Our water heater decided to die over the weekend. I checked out plumbers on Angie's List & narrowed it down to 3. Will's Plumbing was able to send someone out that day. The problem was diagnosed & a new unit was installed same day. The guys were very professional, courteous & left the area clean. Our unit is in the attic & they were up there quite awhile installing the new & removing the old. They kept a smile on their face, never complained or got frustrated. I stress this point because, do you have any idea how hot it gets in an attic, in Texas, in the middle of July?! All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! My experience with this company was wonderful from the initial phone contact to schedule an appointment to the completed job.

I had contacted WILL'S PLUMBING a/c & refrigeration SERVICE after seeing all the great reviews on Angie's List. They (Lorenzo) came quickly and performed some work but no system diagnostics (as I found out later when I looked for one). He advised me the Freon was a little low and to pull furniture away from the return registers. When I said we seemed to be losing Freon from one year to the next he went to his truck to talk to his boss on the phone. He returned with a proposal to run an electronic leak refrigerant test for a price of $750.00. This included a charge of $329.24 for 0 to 3 pounds of Freon. If we only needed one pound the charge is still $329.24. I was not impressed with this and said we wouldn't be doing that. I paid the $150 to WILL'S PLUMBING a/c & refrigeration SERVICE and Lorenzo left. The next day or so I had a call from Will's Plumbing asking how the service call went. I asked him for a copy of the system diagnostics report and he said he would get back to me. No one did so I called the next week and asked for it. That's when I found out that Will's Plumbing is out of the a/c service business! The service tech they sent (Lorenzo) I now see as one that goes out on plumbing jobs - no wonder their wasn't a more thorough job done. I am asking for my money back but haven't got it yet. Oh, and I found out what is wrong with the a/c unit. My Amana central air conditioning unit contains defective evaporator coils prone to premature rupture (there is a class action lawsuit on this defect). I had called Agee's AC when Will's Plumbing disappointed me and it took them just a few minutes to find the leak in the evaporator coil (didn't need to spend $750, how about that!). The unit is still under warranty so we're getting a new evaporator coil. So I'm sure Will's Plumbing is a great place to call for plumbing problems but THEY'RE OUT OF THE AC BUSINESS!

I had new a counter top and under mounted sink installed which lowered the bowls of the sink. In order to plumb correctly the main drain had to be lowered. I explained the scenario, in detail, when I made the appointment. The plumber arrived the next day only to tell me that he did not have the correct supplies and that the work would have to be delayed for two more days. He made me pay him $39 for stopping by my house and tell me exactly what I told the person that booked the appointment. Clearly the person taking my appointment didn't know much about plumbing or did a really poor job completing the work order. The price I was quoted for the job was $776 which seemed extremely high. I have an uncle that is a professional plumber in another state and sent pictures of the current plumbing to see if he agreed with the price quoted. His response was a "NO WAY, do not use them, that is way over priced". This morning another local plumber, who is highly rated on Angie's list, completed the job for $349 and everything look great. Update: The owner of the company called to thank me for writing the review and apologized for his tech showing up to my house unprepared to complete the work. It is nice to know that he takes these reviews seriously. The only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was tired to lay some canned response on me about why his rates are so high due all the hours of training that are required of Texas plumbers. I would consider his response as valid if I were to receive similar rates for other trained professional plumbers that quoted the job, but each of the two said his company bid was too high.

receptionist scheduling appt was very friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and they even called earlier in day to show early if we were available. John was knowledgeable and fixed it right, explained everything afterwards. Would definitely use Will's again.
