What is important to note is that the previous plumber installed the drain pipe in the wall 3" off center and the wrong height for the vanity. John's clever installation made my Restoration Hardware vanity look great.

Young man, Mark, took time to explain to me what was wrong and even drew a diagram which helped a lot. He was very polite and efficient. Was late, but I was last call of day.

Anthony looked at the problem and found roots, pulled them out and the commode flushed. Okay!

Called this morning and had a tentative time for 1 pm. I got a call at 1 pm from Adriana letting me know that the tech was running late on the job he was at and a call back when he was on his way. Some jobs take longer than others so this did not bother me. Tony arrived shortly there after. The phone call updates were very much appreciated. He was very professional and replaced the leaking slip joint and flex line very quickly. He fixed it in a way that if there are any problems in the future, my husband would very likely be able to make repairs easily. I am not familiar with what is considered appropriate fees for services like this, but the price was where I expected it to be for same day service. I am pleased with the service and will very likely use them again for any plumbing needs. Tony cleaned up his work area when he was done. Thank you Tony for a job well done.

We initially contacted Will's Plumbing because of Angie's List "A" reviews. Other than some minor scheduling conflicts/issues, our overall experience with this provider was very good. The technicians (Josh and John) arrived within their scheduled window and were responsive, helpful, and highly professional. Their customer service was EXCELLENT! We will definitely utilize this provider again.

Marc and Herman were my technicians. All work including removing and replacing fixtures and commodes plus leak detection was professionally and expertly accomplished.

There was definitely a lack of communication between the office and the workers. Overall, I give the workers an A+, but the office staff receives an F. They were very polite, but we had a very difficult time getting answers. We asked 3 times if they were really going to start on Sept. 6 (Labor Day) and we were assured they would be there. Monday came and no workers. We called and were told it had to be inspected first. No mention of that before. Since the city inspectors were apparently getting a day off, they didn't come until Tues. Work, which originally, we were told would be finished by Wed. or Thurs. didn't even begin until Wed. Each time there needed to be an inspection, we were not told unless one of the workers mentioned it, and would expect workers who didn't show up. It ended up taking about 10 days to finish the work. As mentioned before, the workers did an excellent job, were very professional, fast and neat. It has taken numerous calls and finally going over to the office in person before we were able to FINALLY get our paid receipt and warranty. The few times we got something emailed to us, it was always incorrect.. They, also, had to be reminded to give us the Angie's List discount. I'm glad it's finally done, but not sure if I would hire them again due to the inefficiency of the office staff.

Tech was Juan. Very professional. Gave me tips to take care of my home and prevent future problems. Very punctual/timely. No hidden costs.

Tech was Juan. I needed a faucet installed, but found that I could not do it myself, I called Will's and the technician installed the right kind of cut-off valve so I could install the faucet.

Service was great. John performed all services as explained.

Problem appeared Saturday evening. Made emergency call to Will's Plumbing & Testing. Prompt response. Service Tech arrived fully equipped. Searched and found leak in interior wall behind Hot Water heater. Made small opening in wall in adjacent Utility Room, located leak, showed it to me, made proper repair. I am completely satisfied. This is my third use of Will's Plumbing & Testing. I highly recommend Will's.
