It was great! John the technician was very nice and helpful. He didnt try to oversell anything, just fixed issue and was very polite and quick.

Plumber could not get it fully installed, had to call the electrician because the electrical power would not stay on the washer. Electrician diagnosed the problem by phone, informing that the plumber had simply not pushed the plug all the way into the outlet, which prevented the plug from fully engaging. Because of this simple problem the dishwasher was not t fully installed while the plumber was present.

I had two backed up toilets at a rental property. I called Wills plumbing early in the morning. The girl that answered the phone was very nice and scheduled me on the list. I told them the name and number of the tenant and I told them to call him to schedule. Later that morning I got a call from another lady who wanted to schedule. I had to remind her that they should be dealing with the tenant and I would be paying for the service. She was nice and apologized about the mixup. A little while later the technician called me and told me what he saw, what he recommended, and the price. The price was outrageous but he was already there and my regular plumbers were not available that day. I told him to proceed. I am not sure but it sounded like "menu" pricing. It was so much to pull a toilet and so much to snake the drain. My regular plumber would have just charged by the hour and have been less than half the price. I then had to call the office and tell them I approved and send an email saying I approved. Kind of a pain. Anyway, he called back in about an hour to say it was done and that it was draining correctly now. I called the office back to request that they mail or email me a receipt. Its been almost two weeks now and I have yet to receive an invoice that they promised to send. All in all, I was pleased that they answered the phone and got the job done the same day. I can forgive the scheduling mistake and the fact that I have not received an invoice yet (I have not followed up yet). I cannot excuse the price. I feel the price was unacceptable and I cannot use them again. I would only recommend them in an emergency.

Perfect from start to finish. The call to Will's Plumbing was for a second opinion on an estimate I had received 2 months earlier from another company to resolve recurring blockages. I was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours of my call which was quicker than expected. The technician, Marc, was very thorough explaining what it would cost to inspect the line with the camera. He showed me on the screen where the blockage was and what he could do to fix it. I agreed to his estimate and he began work immediately. Within a few hours, he was done. Marc was honest, polite, and trustworthy which was much different than the other company I had give me my first estimate.

Wills Plumbing has serviced most all of the Heaters at our area locations. Their work sets a standard that I have not found with other companies. Josh and his crew have attention to detail with every job, they will do exactly what you ask, but will tell you and show you if they find other issues with the job. I have worked closely with Josh on the jobs both on the phone and on location. Samantha, Andrea and Morgan the office support for Wills plumbing will help set your appointments, the the crew to your site on time and handle any administrative item necessary to help complete the job you asked to be done. Wills Plumbing has done several other jobs beyond the tankless heaters for my company, and just as they have done for my heaters they have done for for many other plumbing issues we have had.

Marc tried to clean the water mixing valve with vinegar but ended up having to replace it. We now have hot and cold water :) Service was prompt, friendly, and professional.

The kitchen drain started to slow down. It never fully stopped, but obviously needed some attention. I checked the immediate drains and ran a snake about 15 feet. That did not seem to correct the situation. Called Will's Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment on the exact time I requested. I liked that they called to confirm, and called when the plumber was on the way. He arrived approximately on time and decided the drain needed a power auger. He removed the access from outside the house and ran both the auger and a camera down the line under the house for about 20 feet. He felt it had been cleared, but pointed out that there were some low spots in the pipe which held water. While it would, according to him, continue to drain I should avoid adding any grease to the drain. He explained that in order to correct the low spots in the drain tunnels would be required at a very high cost. We agreed that as long as the drain worked, he had repaired the problem. After 7 days the drain started to slow again. On day 8 it stopped completely. I called Will's Plumbing and they agreed to send the plumber back to check the situation and there would be no cost for "diagnosing" the problem. The plumber arrived and immediately told us that there was no warranty on his work during the first visit. He said that the stoppage must be from the low spots in the pipe and he had told me about this before. He agreed to re-open the drain with the auger as he had done a week before, but would charge me another $200! This was not what I wanted to hear. I said good-by and they left without comment. After the second visit, I started pouring hot water down the drain. After a few attempts the drain opened and started to work as it should. Overall, I am not impressed with the service I received from Will's Plumbing and certainly will not use them in the future. I can not recommend them to Angie's List.

They came back a week later to help me with a master shower. Mark came out on both calls and did a great job. He is very professional and explains everything he does in great detail. I would recommend Wills for all your plumbing needs.

a leak occurred in the floor in a pipe that went from one sink to another. They determined that the best opportunity would be to reroute the pipe up the wall and over to the other sink. They also separated the pipe from the shower from the original builders specs. This allowed more water pressure for the shower. They did a great job and were very fast and most courteous. I would bring them back for any job as they kept me up to date with everything they were doing. Great JOB!!!!

I bought a coupon to another plumber this morning for this leak that was out of control as the leak was now affecting the ceiling downstairs in my washroom. Unfortunetly Ben Franklin Plumbing couldnt come out today and I was panicking. So I decided to call Will's Plumbing as I used them for a complex job this past June 2014 which cost me a lot. No problem with Will's Plumbing! I called at 11:20am, they said the Technician voild arrive at 12:30pm! Then they politely called back at 12pm and said the Technician will be delayed 30 minutes and wont arrive till approximately 1pm, is that ok? Perfectly fine w: me. John came and did a great job, snd I hot my Angies List 10% off and they guarantee job for 1 year. In June Danny replaced the valve and shower faucet and did a super job. Will's Plumbing does a great job and their very profesdional, but are a little more expensive. Dear Angie's List can I get a refund on tbe that Ben Franklin coupon of $25??

From the first email to Josh leaving the house everyone was very friendly. I mostly worked with Samantha or Sam and she helped coordinate everything for me. Josh who is Sam's brother and the service manager was the one to come out to the house. I wanted to have an expansion tank installed as most codes require it. If you're outside of San Antonio city limits mose home builders won't add one to save on cost but I highly suggest you research why you need one before brushing it off. Josh was great to work with and very courteous. He also thoroughly enjoyed my wifes brownies which is a plus. Josh also checked to see if we had any plumbing issues the builder needed to be aware of before our home warranty expires and he found none. A little added bonus would be the fact that Josh helped me to replace my 20" Big Blue water filter. I had the filter already just had not gotten around to replacing it. Josh was able to help out and I really appreciated the extra touch. Would recommend highly.
