Sunday night the water had all but stopped flowing through the faucets. Monday morning, around 7:15 am, I called Will's Plumbling to request service. Within two hours two men were at my house, ready to work, and I was very happy to see them. The price quoted for the job seemed fair. It was a muddy wet day but not much rain. One gentlemen put shoe covers on before entering my house and unplugging my water heater at my request. The other gentleman had to lie flat on the muddy ground to do at least part of the work. He dug through the mud down to the pipe near my side of the water meter box. I'm not informed on any aspect of plumbing, except for how to use a plunger, so I'm not sure how to describe the problem with my water line. It seems a cap came off of a pipe and the water was flowing from it and out into the street. At least until the city shut the water off last night. I believe he replaced part of the pipe. Anyway, he fixed the problem and recovered the hole. And he did a much neater job of it than a previous plumber I've used. It took about two hours to do the job. Both gentlemen were friendly, polite and professional as was the woman I spoke with on the telephone. I was very impressed by their quick response and prompt arrival. I plan to use them in the future and give them two thumbs up.

After finding Will's Plumbing on Angie's list, I scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The scheduler was very professional and friendly, explaining the details of the appointment, including time and price (which is credited toward the cost if there is work done). and I was notified by phone when the plumber was on his way. Marc inspected the old water heater, and gave me a written estimate, which I accepted. We set a time for the replacement as it was too late in the day to do the repair right away. On the scheduled day of the repair, Marc was on time, professional, friendly, focused while taking time to explain what he was doing and answer questions, both from me and neighbors who stopped by. Upon completion, he checked all of the faucets and work, and left the work area clean and neat. I definitely recommend Will's Plumbing.

Came later than originally planned, but not a problem, due to excellent communication updates. Did an excellent job cleaning up all the insulation that falls out of the attic when anyone goes up there.

I had an underground water leak. Another company (who had done work for us before) came and said it was a slab leak and it would cost over 1000 to identify the problem, and then additional to fix the problem! It was so expensive that we decided to get a second opinion. We checked on Angie's List and contacted Will's Plumbing. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She arranged for the plumber to come that night. (I was initially concerned because they said there was an unreasonable travel charge even though we are only 5 miles outside 1604). The plumber arrived after a full days work but was helpful and pleasant. He took very little time to identify that the problem was NOT in the slab but under the ground because he checked around the pooling of water and said that he could hear the water flowing. He dug up the area, found the leak, and repaired the damage. | |I was very thankful that they responded do quickly and that they were able to find and fix the problem. And, in the end, they did NOT charge the unreasonable travel fee. Thanks for great work at a fair price!

It went great and was very reasonable for the amount of work involved in removing the 1920 plumbing parts and going through the back wall to install these new parts. Great job. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional.

The work was priced very well and all my options were thoroughly explained. Warranty info was aggressively pursued by the technicians.

They arrived on time and where very accommodating. I have recommended them to others. Another company said it would cost six thousand dollars and that they would have to replace the entire line. Will's did a great job and it cost us so much less and we have had no more problems.

Initial appointment to look at existing water heater. Was available same day and appointment to install new one and PVR was next day. Marc and Herman were polite and professional and explained process completely.

For one of my rental properties they put in a new toilet and gasket/seal on one that was leaking. Tech was dressed professional and arrived within the time frame that was set. It took a little longer to remove the old one, but new one installed quickly and no more leaks! :) Great service and very happy!

The technician showed up on time and resolved the issue in 30 minutes overall.
