Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

The main office was able to schedule me within 24 hours and provided an appt after 4pm to work with my schedule. I received a confirmation call on the day of service, then 2 updates on the plumber's estimated time of arrival. Very professional! Marc and his assistant arrived within the scheduled window and started to work immediately. They quickly found the problem, provided me a fair estimate of the repair and got to work. They were courteous worked without complaint (note, this was Good Friday at 6:30pm). They finished up in a timely manner, cleaned up/replaced sod in the area, and provided me with complete documentation to provide for my home warranty. No complaints!! Would definitely use again!

Marc and Eddie showed up, I showed them the area where the problem was located. They began digging to get down to the pipe to fix the problem. The problem was it took four different locations before they were able to finally find the pipe. It was 2ft deep and by a bush that was in the yard up next to the house. Apparently over the years the plant had wrapped its roots around the pipe and squeezed it causing the pipe to break. With it being 2ft down there was no telling how long the leak had been happening as the ground around it was totally saturated. After find and identifying the area needing repair they were able to fix the problem, it took them almost 4 hours from time of arrival to the time of finish because of problems finding the pipe. Marc and Eddie were great!!!! They were very professional and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. They can work on problems at my house anytime. Wills Plumbing is very lucky to have them as employees.

The problem was solved efficiently, and the cost was the amount that had been quoted at the beginning of the job. Will Shilling, the owner of the company was the plumber who handled the repair. He was friendly and positive about the outcome, even when the clog proved to be far into the line. He and his helper, Eddie, made us feel that we were in good hands. They arrived within the time frame that we had been given. Upon entering my home, they both put booties over their shoes. When I assured them that this was not necessary, Will responded that this was the company policy, and was intended to convey respect of our home.. We were provided a written estimate before any work was begun, and the procedures that would be utilized were carefully explained. They solved our problem, and we feel that the cost was reasonable and fair. We are definitely going to call this company when we have future plumbing needs. I must explain that the day before Will's Plumbing was called, we had another plumbing company in to address the problem. This other company was one that we had used for about l5 years (not a referral from Angie's List). The plumber was not able to clear the clogged drain. We didn't know what to do, so we turned to Angie's List. We chose Will's Plumbing from their list of recommended plumbing companies. We are very happy with the cost of the job, plus the friendliness and professional attitude of the staff of Will's Plumbing. We highly recommend them.

The plumber arrived at the scheduled time. I explained my concerns and he suggested a hydrostatic test. He checked the pressure throughout the house and found the test failed indicating a leak in the slab. He walked me through what he had done, explained the next step, a pin point and isolation test to find the leak, and suggested I contact my home owner's insurance agent.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8 AM. I got a call at 7:50 stating they would be here within thirty minutes. They arrived at 9:20. Once here they got right to work, testing each section of my plumbing to find the leak. After a few hours, they informed me they could not complete the test because my kitchen line was full of grease/ scale. They would need to hydrojet that line and do the test again in order to proceed. Marc showed me with the camera the leaks they did find and walked me through the house to help me visualize where those leaks were. I asked lots of questions about how to move forward, and Marc was patient in answering all of them. I asked for several different estimates, and Marc said he would need until Monday to "crunch the numbers." When I did not hear anything by Tuesday, I contacted the company to follow up. I was provided with the estimates Wednesday afternoon. I am unsure whether the price was reasonable. They do offer a discount for Angie's List members, and the test done seems labor intensive. On the other hand, they left for the day, instead of giving me the option of doing the hydrojet procedure and completing the pinpoint and isolation test that day. Now, because they will have to remove the toilets and all a second time, they will charge me the full $557 fee again when they return.

Anthony, the technician was early for the appointment and was able to complete the entire project within the day. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and resolved. I am overall happy with the service.

The removal was quick and clean. The reinstallation was tricky. The toilet went in smoothly but the sink my wife chose was not an exact fit. Will worked with me and eventually the bathroom was completed. The job was professionally handled and completed in a timely manner.

The technician was dispatched and arrived during the scheduled time slot. On the first trip out he immediately diagnosed the problem and explained the cause. After the parts were received, the serviced was performed as scheduled and the problem was eliminated.

Tech was Josh & Rosendo was the helper.

He arrived early and was courteous but his English skills were very hard to understand. We asked for an estimate but just got billed for the total. Very high level description of what was done with a recommendation to pump the septic. We had to call out another company to pump which cost us an additional $400. After the pumping, we discovered we still had the exact same problem we originally called about. We called Will's plumbing to give them the opportunity to stand by their work but they wanted to charge us for another service call. We ended up calling another plumbing company who determined that a root had grown into the septic line. He cleared the line for a total of $200. Will's could not diagnose the problem, would not stand by their work, cost us $577, and provided no value. Use at your own risk.

My experience was good. They were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the water heater the same day.

Josh was very prompt and courteous. Ran into some problems with a water leak and had to leave all water off through the night, but Josh arrived promptly at 7:30am the next day to make sure the repair held during the night.

I started by calling two plumbing businesses that were within 4 miles of my residence around 4 pm on 3/16/15 and the soonest they could send someone out to my house was the afternoon of the following day. I called Will's Plumbing & Testing Service and they said they could have someone out the first thing the next morning. At 7:30 am, right on time, I received a call saying they were on their way and should be at my house at approximately 8:15 am depending on traffic. Exactly at 8:15 am, Mark from Will's Plumbing arrived and immediately set to work. Mark gathered some verbal information from me and then he began his physical examination of the problem. Mark started with a pressure test of my water lines and confirmed there was at least one small leak somewhere in the concrete foundation. Within 45 minutes Mark had located the source of a leak. He then explained in great detail what he could do to repair the leak and what the cost of repairing the leak would be. Once I gave Mark the go ahead to begin repairs he began working on the problem. Mark repaired the leak within the time frame he quoted and only missed his estimate by $12 which I was more than happy to pay. He cleaned up after himself and throughout the whole process he wore protection over his work boots so as to avoid the possibility of damaging our wood floors. We were extremely happy with Mark and the whole process and we are already planning to hire Will's Plumbing for another job that we have in mind. The fact that we received a 10% discount for being Angie's List members was an added benefit. My advice to other members who may need a plumber is to hire Will's Plumbing and Testing Service and you'll be very happy you did.
