Will's Plumbing and Testing called me 30 minutes before they arrived to give me enough time to leave work and meet them. Will arrived and took a look at my system and got to work. While my tankless water heat was being flushed, I showed Will a small leak I had in my shower and he gave me some options for it. Will is a very nice man and didn't try to sell me anything - just gave me suggestions. Their service is outstanding. I will definitely use their services again.

Excellent. Company suggested I could buy the water heaters direct from wholesale / plumbing supply to reduce expense and just use Will's for installation labor.

They came out that to see my water heater the very same day. The service rep who showed up checked the PRV and determined it was bad. He visually inspected the water heater and said high water pressure was most likely the cause for the leaking tank. He told me the water heater was still under warranty and the price for labor to install a replacement was $550.16 plus $156.25 for a city permit plus $750.00 for the PRV and expansion tank, totaling $1,456.41 but , there were no water heaters of this particular brand available for another 2 weeks. He also gave me a price of $2,356.04 to replace it with a different brand and I can have it installed right away as they had those in stock. No other options provided other than wait the 2 weeks for a replacement or pay for a new water heater. In the meantime, he showed me how to slow down the leak; no other options provided. I called another service provider from Angies List as I was not satisfied with this outcome and paid only a small fraction of the price. As it turns out, it was a only leaking drain valve that was real problem. The tank and all other internal parts are working just fine. The PRV will still need to be repaired but there is no need to replace to replace water heater. I was also happy to find out that I do not need a city permit ( as previously quoted) as I live outside city limits.

Technician (plumber) found the leak at the main water valve, accurately estimated the time and cost to repair, and completed the service. Well, it turned out that Will's Plumbing's original diagnosis was wrong and because of that, I had to pay for unnecessary and very expensive work in addition to the work required to fix the actual problem. This cost me hundreds of dollars extra. I spoke with Mr. Shilling and asked him to be fair. He offered to refund me the money I spent for their incorrect diagnosis. After thinking about it, a few days later, I accepted his offer. He then backed out of the offer altogether, refused to reimburse me at all and would not take any responsibility for his plumber's mistake! Be careful with this company!

Josh arrived after dispatcher called us to let us know he was on his way. He was early as there had been a cancellation in his schedule. He quickly saw the problem - the water softener drain line had come loose and was spilling water during recharge - and he fixed it in about 10 minutes or less. He was very honest and only charged us the service visit fee - $39.95. Very nice guy. We will definitely call this company again.

Will's is a very professional company and we were fortunate enough to get Mr. Will himself as our technician. We explained our hot water issue with our 50+ year old house and asked for advice. Will spent two days conducting diagnostics and treating clogged lines. In the end, we have more hot water (and better water pressue) in our kitchen and guest bathroom. Will presented a range of options for addressing the issues, which we appreciated. Beyond the professionalism, the main reason to recommend Will's is that we've had at least five plumbing services here over the past two years trying to fix this issue. Will's dedication finally helped resolve it.

Excellent - service has always been great and today was no exception. Service was outside original quoted 2-hour window but appointment was made in less than 24 hours.

1. Called Wills Plumbing after finding it on Angies list. 2. Called and made an appointment 3. Dispatcher called me to let me know the window of time the plumber would arrive. 4. Marc the plumber showed up on time and was very professional. He was mindful of my floors and wore shoe covers. 5. He reviewed the problem with the toilet and gave me 2 possible scenarios. He gave me an estimate for both just in case. 6. The repair was more complicated, but he fixed it and showed me what he had done before re seating the toilet. He cleaned up the area nicely and made sure everything was working with the toilet. 7. He explained everything along the way too me so I could understand the type of repair he was making Overall, I was very impressed with this company and the professionalism of Marc. I would highly recommend Will's Plumbing & Testing Service to any of my friends. Great job! I think I found a plumbing company I can finally trust.

The home was built less than a year ago and there must have been some building debris deep into the sewer line. The owner Mr. Shilling himself came out on the service call along with an employee he was training. I have been using Will's Plumbing for years and they always do an outstanding job. Every technician I have ever worked with was extremely professional. Mr. Shilling made the repairs that were needed and everything is now working just the way it is supposed to. This is the first time I have met Mr. Shilling, both he and his employee were professional, courteous, and very competent. I highly recommend Will's Plumbing for all you plumbing needs.
