Excellent experience. Service personnel. Knew what they were doing.

Perfection is this companies name. This is not my 1st experience with them and I would never use anyone else. These guys are – beyond fantastic. They have my business for life.

The plumbers were on time very polite & honest. Snaking the drains was expensive but they cut as as additional deal. Very happy.

I called - service was scheduled - they showed at the time set - did work - timing was great.

Jaime and Herman were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Another good experience with Will's Plumbing.

He tested our water heater, which was not working and found that the thermostat was broken. He was able to quickly replace both of them.

Came in explained options to solve our problem. Install was quick and clean. Was kept informed all along. Mr. Josh & Chris were fantastic from start to finish.

Smooth as silk! Techs came promptly, developed a clear estimate and replaced the old unit as soon as estimate was accepted. Techs were courteous & knowledgeable.

It did not go well. As soon as he walked in the door he wanted me to sign a paper for his service call. I felt he was more concerned about getting the money than doing the service that needed to be done. He looked at the problem and took a picture of it and showed it to me and then told me it would be 300.00. I do not believe that the job would be that much it is a small job.

Plumbers were on time, friendly and work performed quickly.

The technician was able to quickly identify and repair the issue. In addition, he answered my numerous questions, and helped me troubleshoot some questions I had about the plumbing installation in my house. He also recommended installation of a shut-off ball valve for my attic water heater. I will definitely be calling them to schedule a follow-up.

Overall went very well. James Herman was very professional and took care of business. Worked very efficiently.

The team arrived within scheduled time, performed diagnosis, explained the issue and provided last estimate. They even handled a non-call related issue for me no charge.

ULTIMATELY I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED FROM THE WORK DONE BY WILL'S PLUMBING. I WILL SAY THE THE OWNER WILLIAM A SHILLING DID COME BY THE NEXT DAY AND OFFER TO DO THE WORK AT NOVI COST, BUT GIVEN THE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH HIS CREW WE DECIDED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE BY ANOTHER PLUMBING FIRM. MR. SHILLING OFFERED TO PROVIDE THE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT HIS CREW BROKE AND WE WILL TAKE HIM UP ON THE OFFER. NOTE IF WE WERE NOT PROACTIVE ON THIS SITUATION WE WOULD BE STUCK WITH A BIGGER BILL/COST AND WILL'S PLUMBIING WOULD HAVE BEEN UP THE COST OF SERVICE EVENTHOUGH THEY WORSEN THE SITUATION. I WOULD BE VERY HESITANT TO RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.

They were on time, and did a great job. They asked if I had any sleeping children because at one point it was going to get a little loud. Fixed the problem and made the whole transaction easy.

Contacted them initially fix a gas leak. It turned out to be something was not as easy to correct as one would hope. The company sent their technician, Danny, out originally on the 12th to fix the problem. As it turned out every time one area was fixed anther would leak. once pressure was put into thee "old" pipes it would not hold the pressure. After working on the problem for about three days I asked Danny for other solutions to fix the problem. I decided to take the route of bypassing all the old piping in the house and opted to put new lines in the house. This fixed the problem and the pressure held. I cannot say enough good things about Danny. He worked with me to fix the problem, he came by late sometimes to work on additional ways to fix the problem and he finally got it working right and it passed city inspection. Not a good time to have to spend that money and not a good time to be without hot water and heat for almost two weeks but in the end it all worked out. If you use Will's and you get Danny assigned as your tech you will be probably as satisfied with his work as I am. Thanks Danny!!!!!

Scheduling was easy and they came on a Saturday all the way to Medina Lake. Trip charge was expensive, but our plumber Marc did and excellent job and was very thorough. I myself have rented equipment to clean out drain myself numerous times but was unable to really see the problem. Marc used his camera to locate multiple problem areas and cleared them all. Marc then showed us with his camera that the drain was clean. By far the best large scale plumbing company I've used.

Prompt, professional, thorough from the call to the office with the problem to the scheduling and to the repair - all was perfect. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous, cleaned up after the repairs and explained in detail what was done and why. Second time using them. Found them on Angie's List.

Great plumbers! Punctual, polite, honest. Used company manuals for setting prices. Company mark-up for permit excessive.

Starting at the water meter, they went from shut-off to shut-off to narrow the possible locations of the leak. Luckily, it was quickly located. They carefully dug to find the pipe that was leaking--carefully being the operative word since they also found our gas pipe, sprinkler pipes, etc. It turns out the leak was caused by a crack in a t-joint and an apparent botched glue job by whoever installed my sprinkler system. They also assessed that the ball valve on my side of the meter was rusted and virtually unusable. Anthony and Herman worked hard to ensure both problems were fixed and fixed right. The price seemed a little steep for less than 3 hours' work, but given the nature of the leak and their responsiveness, it was not over the top--especially since they actually fixed two problems.
