Marc was very prompt. Corrected the problem. Came out on a Sunday so weekend rates applied. I thought the cost was a little high, but otherwise I was satisfied.

The best thing about Will's is that all of his plumbers are background-checked and licensed, and they pull city permits, which require inspections, where applicable, to ensure everything is up to code. This gave me the peace of mind I needed since I had purchased my own unit that was not a well-known brand, and because my house was built in 1930 so I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Their rates are not the lowest, but they were 100-200% less than what their other highly-rated Angie's List competition quoted me. And based on the peace of mind factor mentioned above, I thought Will's price was fair. The installation went well, and I am a happy customer with plenty of hot water coming out of my new tankless water heater!

Was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Received timely service and all issues were resolved. Received 10% discount for being an Angie's List subscriber. Will definitely call again for future repairs.

Everything went smoothly. I was notified me that the workers were on their way, on time. The office staff is incredibly helpful, professional (& sweet!) The cast iron drain: matching the existing curves at either end in the line were a challenge but Marc & his assistant rose to to the occasion. The 80 year old toilet flange had risen in height with time & been jury rigged by previous plumbers. Perfect fit & flow now! Marc is very knowledgeable about old house plumbing & was very respectful to our property. They left the house & grounds as clean & tidy as when they arrived to do the work. We plan to hire Will's Plumbing to do an even more complicated old house project that they have submitted an excellent bid to do.

He arrived right on time and listened to my problems with the water heater the inspected the water heater and determined that the problem was a lower thermostats.

The plumber, Danny was on time and very professional. My pilot light would not stay on. He replaced that part and while he had the opening to the underside of tank he used his phone camara to take a picture of the tank. The tank had calcium residue - which had to come from a leak. But, it was not leaking then. Danny call water heater manufacturer and sent pictures. He was able to have manufacturer replace my water heater because it was still under warranty. Danny went above and beyond!

He did excellent work but our first service date got came had because of a customer’s gas leak. I had to work an extra day but he was very apologetic.

All was good from 1st contact to completion of the job. No issues at all.

Saw leak 6:45 am, crew showed up saw after, very professional, fixed problem.

Josh and Chris consulted on those undone project ok came up with creative shutdowns to install the system in a high quality manner very happy up the results!

The provider was fast and efficient. We called on Friday, they came out on Monday at the time they said they would arrive, provided the service efficiently, and gave us our discount automatically. The serviceman was friendly. All in all a good experience.
