Water heater went out. Plumber came out and diagnosed bad parts.

Jaime & Danny were on time and courteous.

Not tricky but was very professional and quick and courteous

Jaime and Herman showed up quickly on a Saturday to help w/a clogged kitchen sink, they stayed to further fix and additional plumbing/sink issue in our bathroom through It all, they were professional, prompt and efficient.

Showed up on time diagnosed the leaked, replaced the copper to bring and hopefully the leak stops and no further problem exists.

Bosendo & Jaime were on time and very respectful. They were bath very friendly and did a great job!

The visit went well. No complaints.

So I checked into the PRV (pressure reducer valve) cost at Lowe's and found them to be around $80, and online costs to install at $200 or less. When I called Will's plumbing for an estimate (as I had thought I'd go with them if $300 or under), the operator took my details and then said she'd get back to me after contacting the plumber that had provided service for a quoted price. My callback quote was for $925 for a possible extension tank and so called city compliance codes. Very over-priced and I opted to forego that estimate and try myself or elsewhere. I called back to inform them of my negative rating pending on Angie's List and was given the GM - Will. He listened to me patiently enough and then validated their pricing and quote being the upper end if everything "additional" was required. I told him I felt they were "fishing" and prices were way overboard. I hung up on him and placed this post. I recommend everyone to do a little research on/off Angie's list for types of repair costs, parts costs, etc.... (Will had actually told me he didn't know Lowes carried but they used quality parts.....- I'm sure Home Depot and Lowes don't carry subpar plumbing). Do it yourself if you can, invite a friend if they know how or shop around but I do NOT recommend Will's Plumbing in San Antonio for your first choice unless you know them). Quality of their workmanship seems fine so far but you pay for it, but not deductive reasoning or competitive pricing. I've found two others with pricing under $350 including the part provided but I had to start in with my story of this too....I'll update this saga if I go with the one from Angie's

VERY overinflated cost of the requested service. Cancelled the service when I was shown the price and proceeded to go to Home Depot and buy the part myself. It was $8.00 and it took me about 3 or 4 minutes to install it. I was shocked at the $535 price I would have paid if I had let the service tech do the work for me. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable but I just couldn't believe the 5000% markup on the part and service. I told him I would do it myself and he was very kind and thanked me for calling the company, however I doubt I will ever call again if the prices are this inflated.

The technician arrived within one hour of my call being placed. He was courteous, informative & knowledgeable.

On Christmas Eve our garbage disposal quit working. With a house full of family, and several large meals to prepare, we needed help fast. I called several local plumbing companies and Will's Plumbing was the only company who could get here on the same day. They arrived within two hours! The disposal was shot - they replaced it and also gave us the option to clear the pipes to eliminate possible blockage from poorly ground garbage from the old disposal. The price was acceptable, including Angie's Lust and Senior discounts.

He was on time and very professional. I was surprised at the price but I rarely use a plumber. I was happy with the work.

Quickly fixed our sinks that were leaking. They had been on issue for ? and we were glad to have them fixed for good!

Wills Plumbing was called to manage a small leak on the shut off valve for a hose bib hook up for a washer and also hook up a dryer that we brought with us on a recent move to our home. The scheduler was very helpful on the phone and said they could take care of it and the plumber would be there within an hour. Sure enough they were very prompt and arrived as promised. We had selected Wills Plumbing based on their rating and reviews on Angies List. This is where the good news ends and the bad news begins. We were initially told the repair would be about $200.00. This quickly escalated to almost $500.00 and eventually when the plumber encountered difficulty in addressing the problem escalated again to almost $800.00 and even further when we were offered several options to address the problem. As the leak was very small and into a drain in the hose bib connection anyway, we felt this was an exorbitant estimate and told the plumber to simply hook it up as it was and we would live with the very small leak into the drain for the time being. After the plumber left we discovered that he had actually made the leak considerably worse in his attempt to address the problem. We therefore had to call another plumber. The second plumbing service we called was here promptly and was able to address the initial problem with the small leak at the hose bib by simply tightening a nut on the valve. The charge for this was minimal. However, we still had the leak caused by the efforts of the plumber from Wills Plumbing. Wills Plumbing had actually broken a weld on an elbow joint on the pipe connected to the hose bib. Hence we had to address this problem with the help of the second plumber. He was able to address the problem fairly easily and accomplished the necessary repair for a charge of only about $100.00. I am not sure why Wills Plumbing not only did not address the initial problem as easily as the second plumber we called. Perhaps the plumbing technician sent was simply not experienced enough to do such a simple repair. Or, there may be some other reason. Also the inappropriate efforts of Wills Plumbing not only did not address the original issue correctly, they also caused a much more serious problem. Additionally, the cost quoted for the original repair, although misdiagnosed by Wills Plumbing, was many times higher than the eventual cost of a successful repair of the more serious problem caused by Wills Plumbing. Not only would I not use Wills Plumbing again, I would strongly recommend, based on my experience with them, not using them for any plumbing repair. This was also a very unhappy experience with A rated service providers on Angies List and one of my earliest attempts at using Angies List to select a service provider for my new location after our recent move. I will not cancel my Angies List membership based on a single experience but certainly hope my next use of an Angies List service provider is a happier and more successful experience.

Great service, Technician came out first thing in the morning and explained each step of the process. Very reasonably priced.

We were in a huge bind as we had movers at the house but couldn't disconnect the ice maker (on the fridge) line since the valve in the wall was stuck open. I called Will's at 6pm and they sent someone out at 9am the next morning. Problem was fixed in less than an hour with no drywall being cut. Saved us big time.

Upon arrival discovered the leak was coming from the blowout valve. This part was replaced & the tank was drained & refilled. The guys cleaned up the area well & were done in 3 hours. A lot of sediment reduces the draining severely so it took a long time to drain.

Will's plumbing responded both to both calls on the same day. Technician (Marco) was very efficient, friendly and explained everything before and after doing the job. We are very pleased with the service we received.
