Everything went really well. Will and his guys brok down all my options so we could make the most informed decision. Job was done well and very quickly.

I was extremely satisfied with Will's Plumbing answering service and plumber Marc Gonzales. On my initial call, the answering service put me on a waiting list for the same day and scheduled an appointment for the next day in case they couldn't make it. Luckily, Marc and an apprentice Hermon were able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. Marc clearly described the issue to me and gave recommendations on what needed to be done: now and in the future. About a week later, which was convenient to my schedule, Marc and apprentice Danny came out and fixed the issue. I was initially told it would take a max of 4 hours to complete and since the issue wasn't the worst case scenario, they completed it within a couple hours. When the work was finished, again Marc was very detailed explaining to me what he did and also addressed future recommendations again. He wasn't pushy with the information, just very informative. Because of the work, there was a small mess, but Marc and Danny did clean it up right after the work was completed. I am extremely thrilled with how this experience went and will definitely work with Will's Plumbing again in the future.

Great arrived when arranged fixed in less than 2hrs used the latest tools & pipes cleaned everything up.

Very well answered call, scheduled timely, showed up on time, friendly, performed service as discussed. Price slightly high, in my opinion, for service performed.

Excellent. Called Will's Plumbing Service on a Saturday and I was surprised they said they would send someone in an hour - more surprised that he came before the hour - that's fast! Jaime explained everything that needed to be done and gave me and estimate repair took an hour and came out great. Thank you!

I called them to replace a broken water supply line. They were asked to save the broken part, as requested by my insurance company, and they argued with us about that. They replaced the supply line and gave an unusually large quote, $257.48. That amount included my 10% Angie's List "discount. ' I called the office and they lowered the price to $225. After replacing the supply line, the plumber told me that he had also replaced interior parts in the tank at no charge, but then told us that the handle was bad and the tank was loose. He said that we would eventually need to replace the toilet. I asked him if he would replace the handle, but he declined. When I paid the invoice I asked him how much they would charge to replace the toilet with one that I purchased my self. I asked him to write it down. He wrote it on the previously completed invoice. The amount written was $287.32 The toilet was not used until 5 days later after the drying equipment was removed from the bedroom, bath and closet. On the first flush water poured out of the bottom of the tank. The tank never leaked before the "repair" was made.Three days later i was able to go to their office to pick up my broken part ( he forgot to leave it at the house) and speak to the owner in person rather than on the phone. The owner did not make it to the house for the appointment that was set during my visit to the office, but they did call twice to say he was delayed. He never came nor did I receive another call until the next day.The owner told me that since I had signed the invoice and replacement cost was on that invoice it meant that I was given both estimates before the repair was done and that I made the wrong choice. I was given only the first estimate and the second estimate only came at my request after the "repair" was complete. He said the replacement price would be $319.00. I offered $75 on top of the $225 that I had already paid.He countered with $187 and change if I bought my own wax, bolts, and caulk, as well as the toilet. Basically, that leaves me with an unusable master bath, insulted by his insinuation that I was untruthful, and incensed that his employee did not tell him the truth about not giving the replacement estimate until after the fact. Their refusal to make this right causes me to question their integrity and the veracity of at least one of their employees.

I called Will's Plumbing based on the Angie's list reviews and ratings. The person on the phone was friendly and called me back with a time someone could come on that same day. As it turned out, the owner Will showed up and got right to work. Turns out when I had a kitchen remodel done several years ago, another plumbing company ran a gas line for a new gas cooktop. The line was not run properly and that is where the leak occurred. As we had been without gas for 4 days, Will had a real sense of urgency to get this fixed quickly and get the necessary inspections and sign offs from the City and CPS. A complete new line had to be run which was expensive, but I am confident in Will's work and will definitely use his services again.

We have hot water in the shower again.

Jaime was the best. Friendly & efficient. I will use Will's Plumbing again.

Got a courtesy call when the plumber was due to arrive which was around the time agreed to. Very courteous & professional plumber explained what needed to be done & provided me with an estimate.

Jaime arrived on time and quickly isolated the problem. He had to leave to get a replacement part, but drained the WH while he was gone.

Marc and Matthew showed up on time, analyzed the problem and quickly had a plan to clear it. They kept me updated as they worked. They unclogged the line and is working great. Very efficient workers and reasonable prices. I would highly recommended this company.

All work, attention to detail, answers to questions were done exceptionally well. Both Jaime (lead) and Herman (helper) were very good with a solid work ethic. No wasted effort. Work was done within the time frame stated and appears to be of good quality. Cleanup of the work area was well done. The only thing that appeared to be a bit out of line was that the total cost of each item seemed a bit inflated when compared to the actual cost of the parts plus typical cost of labor. Nonetheless, we would use them again.

Marl was fantastic from the start, explained everything and addressed all questions, will definitely use Will's Plumbing again. Sam was also great on initial call & work follow up.

Will's Plumbing did a great job. They were on time and in and out is about 1 1/2 hours.

Making the original contact was a bit difficult but, after that, everyone made a big effort to solve the problem in a cost effective manner.

Great! He ran a large snalon through the clean out (2”) value. Bade in business now. (NOE was the plumber).
