They have done a good job so far for us.

Work was done expeditiously once the crew was able to come.

Lousy. They were very unprofessional by failing to inform me of work not being performed. I was rescheduled 5 times and plumber failed to show up or was I notified he was not. After 5 days and numerous calls, I was told a plumber was on the way. After 3 hours, contacted them and was informed he would not be here. After 5 days of rescheduling, I was told they were not cleaning main drains right now and having not been doing that all week. This was not relayed to me 5 days ago. This is the first time I have used Angie's list and if other contractors operate this way, I will not be using contractors recommended.

Fantastic job. Extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I added installing a pressure regulator to the job after they started and they didn't bat an eye. I would highly recommend this company.

Marc and Michael, the apprentice, came on time to my home and got right to work. We had to have plumbing moved to accommodate our new bathroom remodel. Marc did an excellent job, cleaned up, and was finished in a timely manner. I like that he was doing ojt (on the job training) with Michael. The ladies at will's kept me up to date on when marc would arrive. They had to cancel my previous appt (which they apologized for) due to emergencies but i was first the next day. Good companies can be hard to find...glad I've found my good plumbing company and plumber.

Matthew came out same day to give estimate and start repair. Had to return early the next morning to complete the job. He understood the scope of job and stuck to his estimate. This is a fair company and I would use them again.

Excellent.The person I talked to on the phone put in the extra effort to get someone to the house to fix the problem as at the time I called there were no appointments available. Matthew showed and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done. He and his apprentice were very polite and allowed me to ask questions while they worked. I would definitely call these guys again!!!

Scheduled 3 times - never showed up to any of them.

Specifically asked when oil made appointment is they installed glass shower doors, answered yes. Gave details of whe I needed, size of door and where needed install. Advised they could do it. Person arrived went in to scope and said, “we don’t install shower doors, we only do plumbing” . Measured the opening and didn’t even know what to measur had to direct , top, middle, and bottom. Then charged me for service charge. If you knew you didn’t provide that service why not say so and waste my time and to add insult charge me for service call!!!

Went very well, took far less time than anticipated. Helps if you have the proper tools for Pex line compression fitting.

Excellent service PRV had to be replaced which solved the problem. Professionalism displayed at all times. Definitely refer for any plumbing issues.

The fellow came in, gave recommendation, explained what needed to be done and allowed me to remove the old existing hot water heater and enclosure. The installation (outdoor model, 1 restroom house with 3 people) was done pretty much where the old heater was so new piping and such were kept to a minimum. This kept the price down to around $3700. They did a great job overall.

Excellent all the way around. The new outdoor tankless heater replaced an outdoor tank heater and used the existing piping for the most part. I did the demo of the old w. heater enclosure which brought the cost down a couple hundred dollars. Marc was very professional and did excellent work. Ms. Sam was wonderful to work with as well. I would definitely hire them again!

Hands down the best service experience we've had with plumbers in SA. I was fully braced to be gouged in spite of the fact that I'd vetted Will's through both Angie's and the BBB -- but my cynicism was not rewarded. The guys that came out totally explained what had gone wrong, fixed it quickly, and considering what plumbers know they can get away with, charged a reasonable fee for the work done. For the first time, we have a plumbing company as a contact in our phones -- something we had previously avoided! When this heater goes south, we know for sure who we'll be calling.

Called and got an appointment the same day. The technician, Marc, was excellent. Spent time looking at the problem and explained what needed to be done. Faucet needed a new seal kit. Marc was thorough and thoughtful. We'll definitely be using Will's Plumbing for all our needs.

Service was excellent. My tankless heater has sediment build up In the sensor and it was repaired quickly and they also gave a recommendation for a water filtration that would work for my home.
