Avoid them. I've talked to Will, and talked to the office manager, and their position is that they have my initials on the work order, so that's the end of it. But - the plumber they sent told me - and my wife - that the charge was based on $169.00 per hour with no charge for parts. What I was told verbally is not what I signed for. Will told me the plumber was new, and he has "written him up" for telling me there was a hourly charge instead of a flat charge. But - as far as reimbursing me, his response was "Didn't your Mommy ever tell you about signing a contract?"

Will's Plumbing & Testing Service did a great job. They called the city to have them mark where the tie in is. They cleaned up very well and were very fast and professional. They finished the job within the timeline.

Great people. Here early. Explained all things well. Like the company, but things are getting very expensive. If price OK.

Professional and friendly all the way. Wore booties on our new carpet. Explained the problem well. Charged flat rate for diagnosis and line repair. Very reasonable cost if it had been a broken line; when the issue proved beyond that scope the cost was still fair, but.... Any plumbing work is expensive. Explained options well, recommended a cleanup service.

Job took about 1:45 min, to drain tank; replace valve after testing. Very professional job!

An individual from the business, the dispatcher, called to remind us it was time to flush the water heater. I appreciated this service. The service person arrived on time and the job was done neatly and efficiently.

The receptionist gave us a courtesy call that "Matt" was on the way. He arrived at the appointed time and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problem, provided a written estimate of the repair cost, made a trip to purchase a part, and did the repair in a little over two hours. Repairing the leak involved replacing two parts (tee and connecting manifold) on the sprinkler system. This makes the third very good experience with Will's Plumbing. The first time, we had them test the plumbing and water system of our previous house. The second time, they cleared very clogged pipes that had been causing backup in downstairs toilets, bathtub, and shower and then installed a new super-flush toilet. At all times, they have been courteous and professional and have done the work thoroughly and well.

Jaime & Harmon arrived on time, They quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently replaced the popup assembly.

At 89 years of age I was taken advantage of ,,too trusting ,when told no plumber would do for less than book rate price of $689 .Finished 1 hr.10 minutes .when I question price for such minor job and said I was to verify ,he took my picture. .I found the highest price would be $387 other plumbers. When I talked to owner ,he said "THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS ",then hung up on me

The two gentlemen showed up on time. They were very polite and professional, they assessed the job and cost. We agreed on the price and they got straight to work. Fixed the problem and gave some tips on preventing future problems. Cleaned up any mess before they left. Everything went very well. We would recommend this company. I gave a B which is good on the price because it was very FAIR for the work done, but we all know GOOD work isn't cheap. I would rather pay a FAIR price and get good work done than a bargain basement and have to have it redone. All in All I am giving this company an A rating!

Matthew was our technician both times, and he was great. We wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again. He was professional, kept us posted on progress, and did a good job with the repair. The cost of service was higher than expected (it always is!), but the work was done to our satisfaction.

The plumber sent to my house wasn't able to find the septic tank because the toilet line was full (because the septic tank was full, which I couldn't fix because I had no idea where the lid was at). Despite me telling him that the toilet wasn't flushing because the septic & lines were full, he insisted it was a bad commode that wasnt releasing enough flow to flush. It was a brand new toilet, and it was installed because the old toilet did the same thing and we thought maybe it was a problem with that toilet (plus the old toilet was from 1960's). He messed with the new toilet for hours without accomplishing anything, insisting that the toilet was the problem, then told me he "guaranteed" if he installed a new toilet it would flush, but he couldn't do anything for my defective toilet. So he comes back the next day with a new "top of the line" toilet that they "guarantee" (it is actually the lowest end model and nowhere near as nice as the previous toilet, which shout out to Lowe's, they let me return without the box). He installed the toilet and was shocked to realize it did the exact same thing as the previous two toilets. I pitched a fit when he said he was done and would go home and too bad my toilet doesn't work still, they didn't find my septic tank, and I was now out $800 for this "service". He and his technician then went into the yard and dug until they found my septic lid, that was redeeming. I pumped the septic the next day and my toilet worked after that. *The install job on the toilet was very nicely done, and I would recommend them to install a toilet if you actually needed a toilet installed. If you need to troubleshoot plumbing, though, I would not recommend at all.

They were on time, very polite & kind, professional, the price was way better than competitor and much less "doomsday" I felt confident in them and their honesty. I love that they cleaned up any mess they made!

Not well! Described the work that I wanted done on this website and received an email from the general manager saying it would be "a few" hundred dollars? And they could come out and give "more accurate" estimate for $39.95. Rep came out and gave the accurate estimate of well over $600 less 10% for a member discounted rate of $574. That's well over a few hundred dollars. Very disappointed with this bait and switch tactic. It would be best not to to give guesstimates like this by email and just say we can have someone come out and give an estimate for $39.95. This manager clearly isn't a plumber. Rep did not take his work boots off or use boot covers entering our house. Estimate from another company that I will be using is literally a few hundred dollars and much less than this company. I've used the other company before and know they do quality work for the price and stand behind their work. Very, very, very disappointed with Will's Plumbing; especially after seeing all of the positive reviews.

After 7 hours of waiting hour by hour with no water, Will's plumber showed up and replaced the flange and toilet cutoff valve for only $500. For an additional $60, he put the new toilet place. All this in just an hour and a half of labor!

Jaime was on time, very friendly and identified the problem quickly, he repaired it without any issues.

Marc inspected my leaky 11 year old water heater and advised me to replace it. He walked the site and gave me three quotes to replace both of my water heaters (one was leaking, the other at my request). Marc and another gentleman whose name I did not catch arrived on time over three separate visits (one lasted about 10 hours). They were respectful of my residence and were careful to keep it clean. They removed or rerouted gas and water pipes to accommodate the new water heater and did not leave anything behind. After several months, the unit continues to work without workmanship issues, though I am going to call them back to investigate the water volume, which seems to be low at the street and is now noticeable with a tankless water heater. I was specific about wanting a Rinnai and I feel like, although it is expensive, I was charged a fair amount by Will's plumbing.

We found Wills Plumbing on Angies List & have used them at least two other times. Their response time is great-we called on Tues & they were here on Wed. Technicians are polite & Professional & informative - explaining problems & solutions. Highly recommend.
