The only times we had trouble for Stuff. That was repair PVC in the front yard. The water pressure's really high here in San Antonio where we live and they put a producer adjustment on the line to reduce the water pressure. He told me I should get a new one I think it was like $64 I think. I'm not sure if I really needed that. He might've been right. It did look awful. He might have been right to know how. I wouldn't call anyone else though even though I think I could have got away without that. The reducers right in the same place where they replaced the pipe and it looked awful, I'll admit that. But he told me they hardly ever go bad. I don't know. They do a good job, I mean when they put everything back together and put whatever's left of your lawn back, they try to make it pretty neat. I like that. They were here when they said they'll be. I've called them three times now.

Well, the government in its infinite stupidity has said that water heaters have to have more insulation than they use to. They said the little place that they put that wasn't big enough. With the new water heater do some carpentry and stuff to get it to fit in there and they did that and they did it very well so I think they're bad something to do with the cost. They come fairly regularly. That's why I always use him now, cause they're always good!

Good, good. It's working good. I was very happy with his price. He's an old guy, and he didn't try to sell me a new air conditioner fix my old one, tested it out explain. He explained to me the test. He tested thoroughly the incoming temperature, the outcoming temperature, and load on the compressor. He said everything should work for a while yet even though it's really old. On the price, I thought that was reasonable. It was a great visit. Our air conditioner was working, but it wasn't working in an emergency situation, but it wasn't quite what I thought it could be so I didn't tell him they had to come right away and I let him schedule it and they give you a time like 12 to 2 that's the air and then that morning that they come they refine that. I used them for everything, still that same company. I've used them to replace my water heater. I've used them to fix a water leak in my yard. So, I've used them a few times. That was a major deal, I remember that it was big bucks.

Nice young man came and determined that both the garbage disposal and the faucet set needed to be replaced. I paid $39.95 for the house call and the estimate. He gave me an estimate for the cost if I bought the parts myself as well as one for the company supplying the parts. Both were quite high. After he left I noticed my kitchen sink leaking underneath and called back. He returned and said the connector on the pipe had snapped off, and replaced it for another $39.95. I called the office the next business day and asked to speak to the office manager, since I felt I shouldn't pay for the repair as it only happened after he had messed with the garbage disposal. I was told she would call me back. Several days later I called again and was again told she would call me back. She never did. There are too many other good plumbing companies out there for me to patronize one that is so unprofessional.

Danny performed the services quickly, professionally, and successfully. He is definitely an expert plumber that I will call again and whom I would recommend to my friends.

Marc arrived at the time I had arranged with the office at Will's Plumbing. He diagnosed the problem and needing the valve he left returned promptly as he promised. He did the work & cleaned up neatly afterwards. He was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Most importantly I was able to use my dryer right away. Problem was fixed! The kitchen sink clogged over the weekend. We called Will's on Saturday and they scheduled someone to come out on Monday. Our repairman was very courteous and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and got the sink working again.

They call at 9am to see if they could come early and I accepted, the gentlemen was professional and the quoted $200 less than the previous quote. Overall a good job and my water pressure is back.

The visit went very well. We were called about 30 minutes ahead of the plumbers' arrival. The two gentlemen were very polite and professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. They described what work they proposed doing and wrote up a detailed, easy-to-understand quote prior to beginning work. They completed the work quickly and efficiently, and clearly know their trade very well. I will hire again and will encourage other people I know to hire them as well.

Marc was amazing. Polite, professional, punctual, etc. found the leak without damaging too much of the wall. Cleaned up after himself. Entertained all my naive questions regarding my house and even went further by explaining to me which valves were what in my newly purchased home. Even explained to me how the leak possibly occurred. Definitely recommend.

Great response time. They came in and quickly troubleshooting the issue. They fixed and made recommendations for future work. I had them do the upgrades while they were here.

Had three plumbers go to house and none ever found cause of backup, only cleared lines. Will's cleared lines, did a camera check and assured me that my pipes were all okay. They finally located the cause of backups by going down roof vent and found a Power Ranger toy stuck in pipe between toilets that connect. That toy was stuck to the pipe with both hands and feet as if he was refusing to anywhere! The plumber was finally able to pull out that toy and fix my problem once and for all!!

The plumber and his assistant came on-time. Professional and efficient. For an hour of work though and a relatively simple job, due price was very expensive.
