Description of Work: Very good company and very customer oriented. They installed a pressure regulator at the main water valve and when it started leaking again they came back and fixed it no charge. We will use this company for our plumbing needs.

The job went very well.
Description of Work: We were doing a small remodeling job and needed to have pipes run through the wall to move the location of our hot water heater, as well as install a new 50-gallon hot water heater up to standards. Will's Plumbing was very responsive (next day service) and courteous. While it is located in San Antonio, they make regular trips to Austin, and there were NO problems with distance or timing. They did a good and fast job.

Happy happy happy!
Description of Work: We have a boarding home and the new city ordinances require Gas pressure testing twice a year. I think that is overkill but at any rate we got our testing done and we had some pipes rerouted for convenience. I was impressed with the service we received and will call them again to get our test done again in six months.

A very good experience.
Description of Work: This was an exploratory visit to diagnose what might be wrong with the drainage of the tub in the master bedroom. Ian, the technician, conducted all the tests that could be done without having to make holes in the wall and was very thorough in describing what he did and what might be wrong. He also conducted an evaluation of a sluggish toilet.The outcome was to monitor the drainage problem in the days to come and if trouble persisted to contact the company again.

Excellent.
Description of Work: We had 2 toilets backing up into tubs and showers. Nothing was getting out of the house. We called Will's and they had someone here in an hour (8pm on Sunday of a 3 day weekend). He worked for 2 hours and figured out the clog was too far from the house for the auger he had. We didn't know where the clean out valve was located and couldn't find it in the dark. Another tech came back Monday morning with a helper and they cleared the clog in less than an hour. They put the wall back together and reseated 2 toilets. I was certain the cost would be at LEAST double what they charged. They provided excellent service for our terrible circumstances. We will definitely use them again (but hopefully won't need to).

Description of Work: Jeff of Will's Plumbing was very punctual and did an excellent job in repairing the leak under our kitchen sink. It took him about 1 hour to fix the leak and in our opinion he did a professional job. We are very pleased with the work! He cleaned up after the job was completed and suggested that we leave the cabinet doors open a few days to dry out the cabinet area.He did state that our water pressure was around 90 psi which was a little over the required 80 psi for San Antonio. He quoted a price to fix this problem and we're thinking about it.
