Description of Work: We had a water heater rupture during a very cold period in Austin, TX causing not only the loss of hot water in the house, but fairly extensive water damage. We could not get our home maintenance contract company to get us a plumber to remove and install a new one, so I started calling all plumbers on Angie's List on a Friday afternoon. Will's Plumbing was the only one who was willing and available to come the next day (Saturday) to do the required work. It was expensive, but when I was looking at 3 more days without hot water, it wasn't really a choice. They were on time, reasonably careful removing the old water heater, and completed the work in a professional and efficient manner. I would use them again, only hope not in an emergency situation as the travel costs from San Antonio to South Austin was pretty high...more than the water heater costs.

He came within an hour of calling.
Description of Work: We were told by another plumber that we needed a new faucet. Mark took apart our existing faucet and found a blockage; got it cleared, after a while it works great and saved us from buying a new faucet. The existing one was $320 plus installation. It is only two years old.
