Clear scheduling communication with the company. They called ahead and arrived on time. Two men, very nice and professional. They looked at the commode tank, which is old and saw that the mechanism had been replaced at an earlier time by a non professional which had caused some additional problems. They also noticed that it was improperly sealed around the base of the tank and needed to remove the tank and reseal it. They then noticed some hairline cracks in the bottom of the ceramic tank and showed them to me and and told me there was a chance it would breack becasue they had to saw off some of the previous bolts on the tank. But they were careful and it didn't break and they said that the crack was cosmetic and didn't go all the way through so it would not leak later on, which was a concern. They finished the job and charged me a flat rate plus the parts. I thought it was fair and professional.
They also looked at a another sink faucet for me and diagnosed the problem that I will fix at a later date.
I would use them again.

Unfortunately, I managed to have 2 major plumbing issues in one week, so I called Will's Plumbing when I noted our toilet wasn't flushing and shower and sinks weren't draining. Even though it was the Friday after Thanksgiving, they were able to have someone at my house by the afternoon!!! Anthony was our plumber. Again, he did an excellent job of explaining what he needed to do in detail and gave me an estimate prior to starting the work. Again, he made sure that he laid down towels to keep my floors clean. The diagnosis of our issue was not straightforward, and he worked for an incredibly long time to find the broken pipe (he had to come back the next morning at 9am). We will be using this company to repair the broken pipe (located 22 feet under our foundation).

I called around 10am and said I had a leak in my kitchen. They were able to arrange to have someone at my house by 12noon. Ian was our plumber. He explained the problem completely, and gave me an estimate prior to starting the work. He had to access the leak through a wall and he was very careful to clean up after he completed the job. He made sure he used a towel to protect my floors while he was working. I would definitely work with this company again.

Wills was able to accurately pin point 2 leaks, a feat another plumbing company was unable to do. They were were attentive and professional. They were always looking for ways to save me money in the process. The whole staff from the office to the plumber were great to work with. They came in under budget.

It took about 4 hours to remove the old water heater located in the attic and install the new tankless water heater. We already had a gas furnance so they were able to tap into the gas line in the attic. The installation went as the installation technician Matt had discusssed with no surprises. I am also applying for a CPS rebate for switching from an electric water heater to a gas water heater which according to the CPS website is $1100 but the rebate is only thru Dec 31, 2011. So far we have never run out of hot water with our new tankless water heater unlike our old tank water heater.

My front exterior faucet was dripping. The repair was completed quickly and a new outside faucet knob installed. I wish I had more work that needed to be done, to make it worth the service call fee. I didn't want to wait too long to have the repair done because the faucet was dripping and wasting water. Also, I asked to have the service call on Friday after thanksgiving, which was my day off. It's difficult for me to take time off work. It was a holiday weekend but they accomodated me anyway. The repair was completed quickly, efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely call them again when needed.

Anthony emptied my water heater, checked for sediment. He found deposits and salt (from softener). He recommended replacing the water heater and having the water softener serviced. He was very nice and professional.

I put them on my refrigerator and I call them based on their price, the demeanor of the people and their responsiveness. It was by far the best estimate. In fact, they were less than a half of an estimate that I had got from another plumber. They are the plumbers who want to make head liners in this town and they want to be called back soon.

Everthing went great! The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a thorough job from start to finish and made sure they cleaned up. We will definitely call Will's Plumbing again. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. When they tell you they'll call, they do. When they schedule an appointment, they are on time. We called, got a prompt appointment, he came and performed the work quickly. When a problem arose with the drain, he returned promptly and fixed that problem. Great service, we're thoroughly pleased. Will's service was recommended to us and we just as gladly refer him to others.

Tony was very professional. He took out our old toliet and installed the new efficient toliet. He disposed the old, cleaned up after himself and made sure that I was happy. This is my second installation by Will's plumbing with two different technicans. The performance has been seemless, the technicans very professional and polite. I have called them twice and will definitly use them again. Great company!
