They were extremely prompt and helpful. On the day the plumber came by to look our disposal, he noticed that our guest bathroom toilet was missing a part and as such not working, so he took it upon himself to fix it for us at no charge. A couple days later, he came by to replace our water softener, and again noticed our garage door needed a little TLC. He hammered in the frame and fixed the door, again at no charge. We are beyond impressed by the quality of service we received.

Fantastic!! Use this company for all your plumbing needs. Great technicians - Anthony, Colin, Larry and Charles. Front office staff - Cynthia and Tina - were polite and professional. Estimate performed a week before installation. On installation day, the technicians worked through the heat in the attic, rerouting my gas lines and challenges with my electrical system, to give me the system that I had hoped for. Now I have enough hot water to fill up the garden tub and wash dishes in the kitchen. Additionally, the following Saturday, I had trouble with my gas cooktop - I though it may have something to with the gas rerouting. I called Will's thinking I would get a recording, to my surprise Tina answered - Anthony was at my house in 30 mins. Nothing wrong with the piping - operator error - I didn't leave the gas on long enough to release any air in the pipe. This is why Will's is the best.

We just purchased a 1959 home. Anthony came out and fixed 5 problems left behind by the previous owners, some the inspectors had reported. He told us all possible causes of problems we had and before he repaired and gave quotes for all possible problems. We will use Will's plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Everything went smooth and quickly.
My wife notice a water leak in the garage, i new what it was because i have been thinking that the next thing that would go would be the 10 year old water heater.
I picked Wills Plumbing because of it's rating and comments.
The lady at Wills Plumbing was so courteous and helpful. tony showed up within 2-3 hours.
less then 10 seconds tony knew what the problem was. He replace the plastic faucet with a metal one.
I wanted to replace the water heater, tony took out his book and we went over the types.
Next morning tony shows up with his assistance.
I immediately started talking to tony about water softeners. His assistance without being told, right away started with the water heater removal and installation. it's rare to see somebody pick the ball run with it. both tony and his assistance were done in no time with no problems.
i will use them again in a heart beat.

When our propane tank sprung a leak, the tank went dry, the pilot on the water heater went out, and we were without hot water. After the gas company fixed the leak and filled the tank Antonio from Will's Plumbing showed up the next morning and reviewed the situation. Although the system is old it appears to still be functioning and he suggested we continue to work with it, as replacement would be quite expensive. I appreciated his honesty, considering I was expecting a more discouraging response. He was thorough and concerned about getting us back in service at the most reasonable price.

I called on a Sunday to have a clog removed that I couldn't get with my 25' drain snake. The receptionist said they were very busy and may have to schedule someone to come out on Monday. When I told her thanks and would try reaching someone else, she said she would call the technicians to see if anyone could fit me in. Sure enough, she arranged to have someone come out just a few hours later. The technician, Ian, was very courteous and professional. He fixed the sink clog and also fixed a leaky bathroom faucet. Excellent customer service from both receptionist and technician! I definitely would recommend them.

It was a busy Friday when I called but Tina was very professional and fit me into their schedule. Tony and Angel came this afternoon and completed the job with no problems. They were both courteous and professional. They cleaned up their work area and left it spotless. Tony then gave me an estimate for work I need done in the future. All in all, I was very happy with their work and will use them again.

First, it was the first time that we have had a service provider come on the early side of the time frame: they arrived at 810 for the 8-10 AM window - ASWEOME!
The crew of Anthony and Colin were very professional, identified the problem easily, gave us an estimate, noted that we had a discount coming for using Angie's List (did not have to ask - it was up front!), and fixed the leak well. They were concerned that we had a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) and I noted we had a new one installed about 3 years ago, with the expansion tank, then required. Their concern for our system being up-to-date was again professional and greatly appreciated.
I could not recommend this company any higher than GREAT! USE THEM!!

Wonderful! Everyone at Will's was extremely nice and professional. I called after hours and the receptionist answered away from her desk, explained that she was away from her desk and asked to call me back to schedule an estimate/appointment. She promptly called my back when she said she would and scheduled the appointment. The plumbers were here on time and very polite, explained what they would need to do for the job, gave us a great estimate for the work, and did an outstanding job! I will definitely be using Will's for all our future needs.

Kitchen sinks stopped up, would not drain. Checked Angie's List. Will's plumbing had great reviews. Anthony and Colin responded same day, showed up on time. They drained the water from the outside plug, then ran a snake down drainpipe. They ran into 2 or 3 places where pipe was blocked. They cleared the line, then ran pressure check on drainpipe. Then they checked everything else under the sink for leaks; pipes, fittings, hoses, etc. They were in and out in about an hour.

The technician was pleasant and informative. He did not appear to be uncomfortable with my three dogs that thought they needed to supervise his work.. He arrived during the time given, cleaned up after the work was completed and was very courteous. The operator was also kind and courteous.
I guess I was expecting a company that would have been more forthcoming on information that definitely would have saved me some money and given me the product that I was looking for.
UPDATE: I had conversation with the owner of this plumbing company on 2/21. He was very courteous and offered to refund my $39.95 return visit cost. He also mentioned that he was unaware of Moen's lifetime guarantee.
UPDATE: Never received the refund.
UPDATE: I did receive the check and upgraded this plumber to a C.

We were installing a cabinet and a new sink in a powderroom and called for an estimate on the plumbing part of the job. The technicians arrived promptly for the estimate, were very professional and helpful and were able to correcly define the work which needed to be done. We felt, however, that their proposed standard charges for the work were too high. We did not use this company.

"I am at a loss as to why this customer would give us a "C" grade on this report. As is his right, he can refuse service due to price but to give us such a grade is confusing at best considering the comments made. If my men perform in a substandard way, i expect such a grade, but not simply because he thought the price higher than he wanted to pay. It is expensive to provide the quality of service we give to our customers, but I believe if you are going to do something, do it to the best of your ability and that is what we strive for: perfection. There are so many facets to the business of plumbing that sometimes things might get by us, we are human, but please understand that when we find or are made aware of an issue or problem with our "Service" we work hard to correct the problem through education, implementation of policies and procedures, and meetings with the field to make sure we are all on the same "page". Thank you to Ms. Angie Hicks for providing such a platform as "Angie's List" so that customers can openly communicate and help those business owners who really care about the service they provide and become better providers of service to their customers. I will continue to read each and every one of the reports we recieve through Angie's List so that I can become better at my profession. Thank you, Will Shilling"
