Response from Will's Plumbing & Testing Service
I spoke with this customer today to find out the details on his experience with our company. We did have a technician go out there and based on my conversation with him i understand why he did not use our services. At the time frame when this service was performed, we were going through some pretty serious issues with some of the office as well as the plumbers in the field. The tech who went out there was terminated due to some very irrational behavior. In this instance, the technician in question first determined that there were single-handle faucet cartridges at fault for the customer's hot water issues, then after changing them out (3 moen cartridges) the technician told the customer he needed a new water heater, expansion tank, and pressure reducing valve (PRV). The technician did not invoice the customer for the faucet repairs, did not give the customer an estimate for repairs (he had the office e-mail the estimate from the office), and didn't follow up with the customer. I did check with the City Development services website and whoever sold and installed the customer's water heater did not pull any permits. Unfortunately, if anything goes wrong the customer will have no recourse. I do appreciate the customer taking the time to speak to me. We have made quite a few changes here at Will's Plumbing & Testing Service and hope he will give us another shot at providing service for him. Thank you to all my customers who post these reviews, they really do help me track what is going on......even if it's over a year prior. These reports matter. W.S.
