Description of Work: During A/C service a natural gas leak was found at my water heater next to handler. Called Will's Plumbing and they came right out and repaired gas regulated. While they were here I had them repair a couple leaky faucets and clear drain trap that A/C guys plugged up when they cleared condensation drain. Will's were very quick (it was a gas leak) and professional. Very happy with service

Description of Work: They were supposed to be at my house between 4 and 5pm. They did not show until after 8pm. They charge an almost $40 fee just to come out. They wave it if they do the work. I had an out door faucet that was leaking. I needed it fixed ASAP. Once the fellow looked at my leaking faucet, I was told that he'd fix it for $187. I felt that this price was to high but I already owed him money just to come out and look. The man used a book that looked like it had been printed off a color printer and bound at office max to justify his price.

I am so sorry for our lateness that evening. The plumbing industry can be very fluid and we don't always know how long each job will take our plumbers when scheduling appointments. Unfortunately our technician was held up at the appointment prior to yours. This is why our company will call our customer prior to the appointment to either inform the customer of our arrival or delay. In your case we did call many times updating you with our plumber being late and he arrived at 8:10 pm. As for our pricing and price book, I'm sorry if you felt our price book was sub-par, in reality our price books cost us hundreds of dollars to be made and are manufactured from a company (they aren't laminated at Office Depo as you might of thought). We utilize these price books so our customer know that "they" along with all other customer, get the same price. Weather you have a Porsche in the front drive way or a 70's beetle, we charge the same to all customer without any biased pricing. We feel this is the fairest way to conduct business. As for the price, we did replace both your female hose-bib and installed a vacuum breaker, along with that you will receive a one year warranty. If it goes out within that year (which it shouldn't) you can call us and we will warranty the installation. Again, I am sorry for the lateness and I am sorry if you felt our services were sub-par. I hope our professionalism and communication and quality will keep you as a continued customer. Either way, we thank you for your patience and your business. Have a great day! After your Angie's List discount your total for installing the faucet was $287.98 that price comes with a one year warranty, new o-ring, etc. Next time you may contact someone "cheap" however be careful utilizing companies of such nature. Description of Work: I understand that he is a professional, |I understand that our fixture is older and he had to go out to pick up the part. | |He did a brilliant job installing the part and it all works perfectly, |He was kind, professional, explained things clearly to my client, but I am having a difficult time understanding who a 2 hour job and maybe a $100.00 fixture part ended up as a $700.00+ bill. He effectively earned $350.00 per hour. The amount he charged her is about 90% of her monthly income.

Thank you for your great review! I am sorry to see that our price was the main cause for not receiving a A+ for this service call. Please understand that our plumbers do not make $350 an hour or anything remotely close to that figure. Aside from the labor of the plumber, the initial trip to your tenants home and then driving to pick up the fixture, back to the home and install fixture all take time and gas. On top of labor, travel, gas and materials there are mark ups all service company's have in order to stay in business. We have a staff of ladies in the office, rent, utilities, uniforms, general liability and many more accommodations necessary to run and operate a business such as ours. We don't want to "stick" our price to anyone, more we price based on what it takes to keep our company not only in business but also so we can continue to give exceptional service that we feel all our customers deserve. I am sorry to see the F rating you gave us even after after a year, as this estimate was given in 2014. According to our information, our technician went out to your home free of charge to provide a free tankless bid. We gave you a quote to install your customer provided electric tankless water heater for less than $1,700 (price before the Angie's List 10% discount was applied) which included labor, an assistant, added materials needed and a one year warranty (your area did not require a permit). As far as the electrical work, we are not electricians and per our technicians evaluation your unit required the use of 150 amps of power and the 60 amp breakers with a wire size #6 all the way to the 220 v plug. I can see how that may be frustrating to you as we cannot perform the electrical work. Some plumbing companies may have plugged in the unit for you without informing you...I don't know and cannot speak for other companies. Here at Will's plumbing we only hire Texas State licensed plumbers and we only perform plumbing work. Anything HVAC or electrical we leave to those trades. Description of Work: I've used Will's plumbing on several occasions. The first time I called them out was to install a water pressure reducing valve. I had been quote a high price by another company and wanted to make sure it was reasonable. They quoted me a price that was $250 and gave me a discount for finding them on Angie's list. Since then I've had them come out to work on my garbage disposal and toilet. Great service, will definitely keep using.

Description of Work: Josh & Rosario investigated source of moisture spot around A/C vent in half bath off kitchen. They found no evidence of a leak or separated fitting. They did find evidence of rat feces and possibility of urine near vent. Recommended contact with pest control service. I immediately called Terminix for their team to come out and recheck attic. Josh took pictures of the rat nest area for my pest control guys to use. He sent the photos to my husband's cell phone. Josh was amazingly helpful and kind.
