Great! On time, professional, willing / able to answer some unrelated questions I had on faucets. Really educated me. Will use to install replacement faucets I find. Also price was larger than quoted but they honored initial quote.

First, unfortunately, the original plumber who had come out to inspect our house had an accident and was unable to continue the job. They sent out another plumber to take a look at everything to figure out what needed to be done and take his own measurements at no extra charge. We also picked out and bought our own faucet for him to install. He estimated that it would be about a 6 hour job and cost about $3800 due to the hardware, labor, and also because due to how our appliances were arranged, he would need to run a drain line up through the attic. He gave us the option of having the drain line either come down from the ceiling in our utility room or cutting a hole in the wall for it, but we would need to hire somebody else to patch the hole up because he couldn't do drywall work; we decided to just have it come through the ceiling. One minor complaint I do have is that both our original plumber and the new one were consistently late for every appointment; they always gave us a window of their estimated time off arrival and managed to arrive roughly 30 minutes after the window every time. Nonetheless, he eventually arrived on the scheduled morning, worked all day, and finished in roughly the estimated amount of time. He was polite, friendly, clean, and did a great job on all of the work. The new faucet works great, our water pressure is down to a reasonable level, and the water is very noticeably softer; he also briefly went over the regular maintenance we'd need to do on the softener and let us know that an employee of the city would be contacting us to inspect the work done and make sure it's up to code. We also mentioned to him that our water bill last month had been unusually high, so he checked all of our other faucets and toilets and found that one of our toilets was leaking; I replaced the fill valve myself and now it's fine. The final cost was close to, but slightly under the original estimate, and in addition they offered a 10% discount for writing a review on Angie's List. Overall, we're very happy with the work done and will definitely call Will's Plumbing next time we need any plumbing work done.

Marc arrived when scheduled and began troughshooting leak. Once he located the possible source he thoughly explained whar was required to fix the leak.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Mark at Will's Plumbing. He was professional, very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. We are new homeowners and have had very bad luck so far with getting good people into our home to help with the issues we cannot resolve. Finally, we found a company that we will use again. Mark even looked at our water heater and taught us about tankless water heaters and water softeners. We will be lifelong customers! We got a 10% for mentioning that we found them on Angie's List!

This is the second time I have used this company. The first was for a tankless water heater flush which they did an excellent job at a fair price. Today, Brandon and Herman did another EXCELLENT job. The water main cutoff valve is located in a landscape bed of rock and after the repair it looked like the area was never touched. I expected to see mud everywhere but it was literally pristine. And they completely replaced the pipe from the water meter to the valve instead of piecing it together. I couldn't be more pleased. I don't know if I paid a fair price (it all seems high) because I didn't shop around. I called on Friday and they were able to send someone Saturday morning. They worked for around 2.5 hours (including travel for parts) on a HOT July day. And did a GREAT job. Will definitely use them again.

Wills Plumbing was amazing every step. Our elderly mom lives alone & us kids live around the country. When our mom told us she had no running water in the dead of summer, we were devastated. We found Wills Plumbing on Angie's List, called them up and Afton at Wills was amazing with us!! She got her guys to come out asap, assess the problem & within two days (middle of a holiday), everything was fixed. They dug & got under the house and worked for hours in incredible heat - the crew talked & worked everything out with my brother...I can not thank her and the team enough. There's a reason these folks are awarded "Super Service" - we highly recommend them!
