Description of Work: Original repair on water heater went fine. Had secondary issue with siltation in hot water after they drained tank for repair. They came out again but did nothing to adress problem or explain. When I returned to town I called and was given an explanation that never addressed the obvious connection between the repair and the siltation, which did get progressively better and clear up. Left family not using hot water for 3 days and I was basicly told tough s*@!. You have another problem not related to repair. Not real happy with their original response or later explanation. Don't use these guys, not worth the hassel.

Response from Will's Plumbing & Testing Service
I am so sorry you felt our explanation was not acceptable. Our Master plumber went to your home on 10/26/15 to flush your water heater and install two warranty parts, a gas control valve and a thermocouple. A day later you called the office and informed us that the water was coming out brown however, based on the work we did, brown water would not be a result of the work we did. But to be sure we sent Josh back out and he determined you had hot water and that the discoloration was getting better. Josh informed you that in rare cases this can happen and to keep an eye on it. From there the owner, Will, called you and explained that this issue was most likely the water softener and not the water heater. He recommended you have a water softener company inspect the water softener as brown water is usually a result of the water softener "media" going out. But since we did not install, diagnose or work on the water softener, we have no warranty on it. We did work on your water heater through your manufacturer warranty and installed warranty parts that have a warranty on the connections from us. These connections are holding, the water is hot and supposedly the water is no longer brown. I hope that you would call us if you had any other questions or concerns, or if after having the water softener checked, and there if there is no issue with the water softener, we could investigate further? Again, I am sorry you feel we were a hassle and wish you the best. We thank you for the opportunity.

Description of Work: From the customer service representatives to the plumbers to management, this company was great to work with. They came out right away and gave us a fair quote and scheduled the work within 2 days! We were putting in a wet bar upstairs and thought the plumbing would be easy - it was not due to vents in the way of the plumbing in the wall. They did an excellent job of figuring out how to add into the existing plumbing. Very pleased with the work and especially the attitudes and friendliness of everyone at the company. Thank you for such a great job done!
