His price was more than fair. He even asked if I was an Angie's List member and offered the coupon discount even though I had left it at my office. + -1 moreWe had such a perfect experience with Will's. From the first phone calll, we could tell we were dealing with the right company. Jacinto was very knowledgeable , friendly and experienced. He was very experienced and also wasn't pushy or overbearing. He simply laid out our options and allowed us to choose which way we wanted to go. On the first visit, he came to the house so promptly and worked very efficiently. The price was very, very affordable based on what we needed done and the amount of time they put in the job. They really went above and beyond what they had to do. They came to the house exactly as scheduled and called when they said they'd call! Also, they were very accurate regarding how long the job was going to take and what to expect. Very Reliable Service. Our end result is perfect. Also, there was not surprises as to what to expect when the bill was ready. We paid exactly what we expected from the very beginning. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else and will certainly use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We hired Wills to come to the house to determine why we didn't have hot water and not enough water pressure. It ended up being that we needed a new hot water heater so they installed.

+ 0 morewater heater pilot keeps going out. I received a referral to call Will's plumbing from whirlpool co. They are prompt in responding to calls even after hours. They gave me an estimate over the phone. After obtaining appropriate info on the water heater, they call whirlpool to ship appropriate parts. We set up a date for repair. During the repair, water heater was drained completely first. then pilot light replaced. Repairs was done smoothly, and promptly. Service man was professional and knowledgeable. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Will's Plumbing did an amazing job! More specifically, their employee and service manager, Anthony Cartagena, did the job very well. I had a leaking faucet in my backyard, which I tried to patch myself, but had no luck in doing so. So just yesterday I called Will's Plumbing under the suggestion of Angie's List; and to my surprise, I was greeted very kindly by a woman who immediately set up an appointment for the very next day --- and she even told me that if I were to mail in a copy of my Will's Plumbing receipt to the water company, SAWS, that they would refund some of the money via credit towards my next water bill. Anyway, Anthony Cartagena showed right on time, and he had the leak repaired in a matter of minutes! He was very nice, professional, and even told me of other jobs his company could do for my property in the future-- there really should be more professionals like him. I paid after receiving my 10% Angie's List coupon, which dropped the price to $112.50-- the price will be less, of course, once SAWS refunds some of my money via credit. I absolutely recommend Will's Plumbing, located at 318 E. Nakoma WHSE #3 San Antonio, TX 78216; phone number: 210-494-0991. I thank Will's Plumbing for sending such a quick-working, professional, and very knowledgeable staff member as Anthony. I WILL do business with this company again!

+ -1 moreI had a break in my outdoor pipes near the house. I was able to expose the leak in the ground. I found Will's on Angie's List. They had other jobs and I agreed to wait until the next day. Anthony called before coming and was very prompt. It turned out it was from my water softener connection. Anthony was able to determuine there was no primer placed on the PVC elbow - just glue. He quickly was able to repair it. Since I had exposed the leak in the ground he gave me a discount for this. He directed me to call the water softener company about this repair in the event of further leaks. He even put the cause of the leak in the contract.
Description of Work: An outdoor leak coming from a PVC pipe connection was repaired by applying the primer with the glue. Anthony immediately noted the cause.

+ 0 moreWhen I phoned to find out about estimate rates and when they could be out, I actually talked to the owner, Will. He gave the the cost for a trip out to take a look, which I thought was reasonable. They took that off the repair bill. Arthur came out and looked at what I had, gave me estimates of replacing each water heater ( one was in the attic). I called them back 30 minutes after he left and told him to come do the job. Arthur and his helper were back that afternoon and installed the water heaters. The natural gas one was in the attic, so they had to remove the old one, quite a feat, and haul the new one up. I purchased the water heaters where Arthur told me, including the brand he recommended, from a nearby plumbing supply company. He said they would be of better quality that buying from the large home store brands. I believe it helped get the job done more quickly, less expensive for me, because while I was purchasing the water heaters, Arthur was able to work on another job. For the electric on that services our rear house, they also fixed an inlet copper pipe leak. All work was completed in around 3.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no debris behind. I will definitely use them again.

He showed up at the time agreed on, had the tools, parts, and understanding of code requirements to complete the job in a timely manner and with the work area left neat and tidy. We are extremely pleased with Will's Plumbing and with Anthony specifically. They are the company we would recommend for outstanding service. Our next door neighbor had a water heater replaced only a few days earlier and his plumber sent three men and they had to stop work and drive to Home Depot for parts on two separate instances before they could finish. Prices for plumbing work seem very high, but all seem to be about the same so it boils down to getting a quality job for our money. We certainly got our dollar's worth with Will's.
Description of Work: Will's Plumbing had installed a new commode for us earlier in the month. At that time we asked for an estimate on installing a new water heater. The service technician, Anthony C., gave us an estimate. We called around and checked prices, then bought a new water heater at Home Depot and called Will's Plumbing to install it. We requested that Anthony do the work since we were so happy with the job he did on the commode installation. Anthony came and did a superb job which included several tasks to bring the water heater up to code.

The Plumber, Anthony, came precisely on time, came on a Saturday morning, did the job he said he'd do, and the new fixture is totally satisfactory. His attitude was positive, he was friendly, and he answered all my questions about what he was doing and why. I'd certainly use this company again and I'd ask for Anthony when I call. He did that kind of work; he was proud of it and so are we. Happy customers are tthe best recommendation for a company and if all of Will's plumbers are like Anthony, he's a very good company to do business with.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced toilet with new Kohler toilet, sized for improved handicapped access. Gave me an estimate for an additional job I am interested in having done.
