Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

On the first job Matt, a licensed plumber, arrived within an hour or two of my call for service. He attempted to repair the diverter, but was not able to. It was too late to obtain a replacement diverter, so he told me he would get one as soon as supply stores opened in the morning, which he did, and then came directly to my house. He had no problems installing the new diverter. He was very professional, explained very clearly what needed to be done, and he cleaned up everything when he was finished. The water pressure now is super! For the second job I requested information about replacement of my water heater with a tankless or traditional tank heater. Anthony, the lead plumber, made an appointment, arrived on time and explained the pros and cons and cost of each type of heater. I chose the tankless, and two days later three plumbers, including Anthony and Matt, arrived to install it. They worked from 7:30 AM to after 6:00 PM. They also installed a gas regulator on the furnace and capped off all the gas pipes in the house that were not in use. Later Matt returned for the city inspection of the work, and returned two other times when I was not present to finish up some details. I am very impressed with this company. Everything was explained to my satisfaction, they took care not to soil the house by wearing booties over their shoes and cleaned everything up when they finished, and they were very professional. These plumbers tell you what they are going to do, and then they do it very well. You can rely on their word.

Prompt, professional. Did not mind paying as it was a holliday, and after hours. He told me ahead of time if I wanter to wait until the next day it would be less, but I wanted it fixed.

I called Will's Plumbing and asked him to come out the next day since it was not an emergency. Matt arrived at exactly the agreed time. He diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes based on some tests he did. He explained what needed to be done and quoted the price. I agreed and he proceeded with the job. It took a while but he did not leave a mess and was very patient with my dogs. I looked in from time to time to see how it was going and I could see what he was doing as he worked. His work was very neat and precise and he installed a panel in case I need to go in for any other work in the future; there's a lot more than just a shower valve back there! I am very pleased with this whole experience. I can understand why the job cost what it did because I could actually see what was involved. This is now my plumber of choice!

Jacinto arrived as expected. He performed work quickly and in a professional manner.

They responded quickly and courteously. The technician, Matt, was polite, knowledgeable, and very tidy in his work habits. He also assured me that they warranty their work. I found the price to be reasonable for the amount of work.

They haven?t yet done the work, but I have signed a contract with them for $1100. I chose them because of the recommendations they have got. They were also referred by some other person. I would also have them replace all the pipes in my house sometime during the spring.

I called to have a plumber check on our broken toilet. I spoke to customer service rep and she told me they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I never heard back from her. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We had been previously told that the water pressure to our house was too high and should be reduced by a pressure relief device which would be installed in the ground at the water meter area. There were several other plumbing jobs which we wanted done.Since we had dealt with Will's before, and specifically with Anthony Cartagena, we really wanted Anthony to do the work for us. Anthony was out of commission due to a work injury so we waited for him to get back to taking calls;-). We spoke to Anthony on the phone and explained what we wanted done and asked how long it might take and the estimated cost. He told us what he could do, how long it would take, and approximately how much it would cost, including a Senior Discount that Will's provides. Anthony and Jacinto came exactly when they said they would, took exactly the time they estimated, and charged exactly what we had been quoted. The work areas were left cleaned up properly and Anthony even went to the plumbing suppy store to get a toilet seat to install instead of the incorrect one which had come with the new commode. We are extremely happy with the jobs Anthony and Jacinto did and will be delighted to recommend them and Will's Plumbing for skillful, professional, honest work

One of the flanges was not fastened to the floor and Anthony secured it without my having to ask him to do it. He also took several other steps to ensure that everything was done right (like shimming one toilet that was not sitting perfectly level on a tile floor). After he was done, he asked if I had any questions on other plumbing issues, which I did. He spent about 15 minutes talking to me and giving me suggestions and advice, which was greatly appreciated. If and when I need a plumber again, Will's will certainly be getting a call from me.

Came out within an hour even though it wasn't an emergency. Had to go get the appropriate part, but came back quickly and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes after coming back.

This was a repair needing to be done on a Saturday afternoon. From the time they first took my call to the time they left my home everything went first rate 5 star. Very courteous people in the office and very courteous and professional field technicians. All estimates of time of arrival to repair time was exact. The cost for a Saturday repair was very, very reasonable and it took about an hour from their arrival to their completion. Thanks to Will's, I did not lose the rest of the day to do what else I needed to do.

Went well. Called up the company at about 3:30pm on the weekend, and they showed up the same day to replace the water heater. They also took away my old water softener that I had personally replaced previously at no cost.

I noticed stain marks around the back of the toilet. I called Will's number from Angie's List. He arrived and completed the work on the same day that I called.

They came promptly, quickly assessed the problem, and replaced the pipe and bib.

They were very helpful and did a a great job. They were very dependable. They were able to refer us to an excellent drywall company. I also bought a water regulator from them.

i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILLS PLUMBING AND TESTING TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX ANY PLUMBING PROBLEM WE MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE. IT IS VERY RARE TO FIND HONEST, SMART PLUMBERS WHO DON'T TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS. THE YOUNG MAN MATT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEM .

Tech repaired the fixture and cleaned up his work area; conducted himself in such a manner it motivated me to recommend his services and his company to my associates and family.

The plumber showed up on time with the heater I requested. He got my old heater out. Corrected some improper plumbing from the previous installation and installed the new one. Unfortunately, the new one had a leak in the gas control valve. He couldn't replace it immediately because the place that had the parts was closed. He promised to be at the part supplier when they opened the next day (a Saturday) to get the part and come over first thing to get the heater working. He did. The service was outstanding and I felt like the plumber knew his job well. He worked carefully and not hurriedly. I appreciated his candor about the part not being fixable that evening. He apologized, even though it certainly wasn't his fault. He remedied the situation as quickly as possible and was very professional the whole time.

Great! I called several plumbers for estimates. They beat all the others on price, and they were coordinated with my renter to set a time (which was a big deal to me). I'm going to call them for additional plumbing that I need to take care of within the next few months.

The work went fine, but I felt taken advantage of. In late Sept. Will from Wills plumbing contacted me to explain he was out of town at the time of the above service call and that usually his techs contact him when a service call in short and simple and he will lower the cost. His techs don't have the authrority to charge less then the minimum for service calls. He said he would refund me $95, which he did. I was quite pleased and would use Wills again, everything else about the experience was great.

It went very well. It was fast and convenient. Everything was very professionally done.

Error code could not be diagnosed by original installer of tankless water heater. Will's not only fixed the problem but identified problem with the original installation that created the problem. Fixed and I'm happy with sevice and price. No surprises.

They were able to supply the new hot water heater and install it the next day. A crew of three men worked quickly and efficiently in the hot summer heat of the garage and attic. Installation was neat. Days later I did smell gas at a regulator installation and the owner came and made the adjustment. He was kind enough to help us with another problem that had arisen and was unrelated to the water heater installation. It is pleasant to do business with this company. The workers are all pleasant and accommodating.

When I called the company to get an estimate the young lady on the phone was great. She was cheerful, friendly and polite as well as professional. She scheduled the estimate at a time convenient to me. She provided a reminder call before the appointment in the same manner. Anthony arrived on time, took his time looking over the site and provided a very professional estimate. I had a lot of questions about how things would be done and how much time the install would take. He took the time to answer all of the questions to my satisfaction. The appointment to compete the work was done on the day requested and he collected a deposit on the job. The day of the install the work was done with care. The old water heater had to be removed from the center hallway and care was taken to not scratch my floors or leak any water inside. The new pipes were ran, insulated and the attic insulation was replaced when the attic work was finished. Anthony did a great job of explaining how the remote temperature control worked after he mounted it in the requested location. The entire area was cleaned up after the job was finished and they did such a good clean up, it looked as if no work had been done. The correct permit had been pulled and job passed inspection on the first attempt. The water heater works exactly as Anthony said it would and we are very happy with the results...and the extra closet spaced we have in the old water heater closet. Will's will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. They even tolerated the attention of my "to friendly" dog.
