Great! They came within an hour and fixed the problem.

Matt from Will's arrived the day after we called within the two hour time line the company indicated. The leak was a curiosity to Matt as well as us. The water only dripped from the ceiling when we turned the shower on. After looking in the attic and not finding anything, we decided we needed to look behind the shower head. This is when Matt removed the shower head and a piece of sheetrock from the wall - nothing! We replaced the shower head and tried to recreate the 'leak'. Finally after having a black background because of the sheetrock void, Matt saw that the shower head was actually the culprit and spraying - you guessed it - directly up into the ceiling causing our 'leak'. None of us had seen the water spraying before because of our white walls. Less than a half hour and we had the cause. We have a hole in our sheetrock, but Matt did not charge us anything! $0.00. We definitely will call them if we have another problem.

It went very well. Not much to tell beyond what I mentioned above.

The receptionist was very professional and friendly, took the necessary information and scheduled the job; the technician arrived on time, assessed the exterior work and quickly tested and reported the results, dug to see if there was another source of a leak, informed us of the price to which we agreed and said he would return later to meet with the SAWS representative which was difficult to schedule if needed. We had to schedule the interior work for the next day, the price was agreed to, he again arrived at the scheduled time, did all of the work quickly. We were completely satisfied with the result.

It went very well. The men were professional, clean and cleaned up after their work.

The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and showed up on time. He corrected the problem and I have had no recurring problems. He installed a faucet that I had bought. The quality of work was good. I will use them again in the future.

Drain was cleaned and did a permanent repair will be made a review of estimates.

Larry came out and gave an estimate Friday then Monday. 2 other guys came out and for the next week accomplished nothing. Finally Larry came back and finished the job. Larry was great!!!

Will's plumbing was very responsive. The technician arrived at the appointed time, introduced himself, was neatly dressed and polite. After he removed the toliet, he called me in to inform me that the flange was also cracked and would require replacement and an additional fee. I thought the additional fee was a little high so while he was getting the flange, I called some other Angie's list contractors to see if they would give me a quote. The quotes were equal so I went on with the job. I have two more toliets to change out and would definitly call Will's Plumbing again.

The job went very well. They responded promptly to our call, and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. The price was good, and we'd use them again in the future.

They arrived a little late but the office called before they were due to give me notice. Work was required both indoors and out. I suggested they start outside since it would only get hotter as they day went on but plumbers suggested they do the indoor work first as the outdoor work could get messy and they didn't want to dirty my house. (I was amazed and grateful). Whole job took longer than expected due to challenges with soldering existing pipe but they kept me updated, purchased needed materials, and never charged me more than the original estimate. I will definitely call Will's Plumbing for my future needs.

My water heater was on its last legs, had been improperly installed and make it worse it was almost filled with calcium as well as being upstairs squeezed in under the air conditioner. I couldn't properly maintain it so I called Will's after reading the reviews online and was truly not disappointed. Their representative, Anthony called me the day before just a few minutes after I called their office initially and based on the information I gave him quoted me a price for the work and followed up later that day to inspect the problems. But I had a problem also with my AC drain line that was hopelessly clogged. He gave me a detailed quote of the work he was to going to perform while pointing out the what was wrong with the previous installation. He was very thorough in his explanation of what I could expect and what options I could choose. The next day Anthony and Eddie arrived and went the extra mile to clear out the AC drain while the old water heater was emptied. Both he and Eddie worked on the drain relentlessly in the hot Texas afternoon and after much time going upstairs and downstairs they finally cleared it and set me back up with a much better back-flow assembly. They removed the old water heater and were especially careful taking it downstairs and replaced it with a much better name brand unit that impressed me greatly as I had previously researched the same brand on Consumer Reports as being a top grade water heater. Both Anthony and Eddie were professional and courteous at every turn and never became pessimistic with set backs which speaks volumes about the good character of these men. After all was said and done the final price matched the initial quote as well the discount for being referred from Angie's list. But most impressive to me was they threw in the work on the AC drain for free - Will, keep these guys no matter what you do and I'll always use your service - Thanks!

Will's is fantastic. We had some dripping and it turned out to be a leak in one of our water heaters in the attic. I called on a Saturday morning and Matt arrived in less than 3 hours later. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided alternative and his recommendation. We had to replace our water heater. Matt and another technician came out the next day to replace the water heater. The attic was extremely hot and the old water heater was filled with sediment. It took a while to remove it, but they did it without making a mess. Will's did a great job! I highly recommend them (especially Matt) to anyone! Keep up the great work.

On Thursday I had a call from the office informing me that the crew would be a couple of hours late on Friday. On Friday I received a call to inform me that due to an employee "quitting" they would not be able to come till Saturday. On Saturday the truck arrived on time, but with only one plumber. He told me the second man would arrive latter, and he got busy. After cutting two holes in the garage celling he said he could not find where the gas pipe transited the house. The pipe at the water heater was smaller than the pipe from the meeter and he needed to find the place where it was reduced as he needed the larger pipe to attach to the heater. He informed me he would need to cut several holes in the celling inside the house in order to find the pipe. (Oh by the way, we don't "do sheetrock") so we wont repair the holes we cut. Finally, he called his supervisor, who told him to just install regulators. He departed to pick up the regulators at around 10 AM. About 1 PM he returned and the second man arrived shortly there after. The second man stayed till about 3:30 and left the first man to "finish up". When I wrote the final check he told me there would be an additional charge for the regulators ($197), however I would not be charged extra for the additional labor. Then he informed me that the "flex pipe" he installed was the wrong kind. Said it did not meet code but he couldn't find the right kind and that he would return on Monday with the proper pipe. He promised to call me sometime Monday to let me know what time he would be here but that he expected it would be after 5 PM "on his way home from work". No call on Monday, but on Tuesday I received an e mail from the office telling me that I needed to call them to schedule someone to come out and replace the "flex pipe". By that time, the next available appointment was on Friday (6-24-11). Matt did return on Friday at the appointed time and change the pipe. Inside clean up was "OK" but after they were gone I noticed That out side, where they had punched out a hole in the brick in order to install a vent, they had not bothered to pick up the chunks of brick. I am satisfied with the overall result. Bottom line, They failed to meet the proposed time line, did not have the full crew for the full job, did not meet the cost estimate and the clean up was marginal.

The plumber arrived when he said he would. He listened to our list of problems and then gave us an estimate. He made some good suggestions that were improvements over what we has originally planned. He set a work date (two days later) and was on time again to begin his work. One rough spot was caused by a sticking pressure valve on the hot water heater that required the plumber's return on the evening of the installation to stop small water drip from the outside drain. (I assume this was a by product of the expansion tank installation on the water heater.) Another problem was a very small leak in the drain line for one of the new lav faucets. It was resolved quickly during the return call for the pressure valve repair on the water heater, The plumber was very good at explaining what and why he was doing something. The telephone contact at Wills (Tina) was very professional and helpful in this process. Wish all businesses had people like her.

This is the best service I have ever received from a plumbing company.

Anthony was prompt, polite, and fixed problems quickly. Also was very willing to answer questions. I am impressed with Will's and will use again.

We had been having problems getting our kitchen sink to drain. Despite our best efforts to resolve the problems ourselves, we finally called a professional. Will's had a service guy out that day. Jacinto called ahead and arrived on time. He methodically went through everything to pinpoint the problem and took time to explain what he was doing. He even had to crawl under the house at one point, so I asked him to check some other plumbing issues we have had. He offered suggestions on how to best resolve them, and wrote up a bid for us. We will definitely call him back to do future work on our home.

The toilets in my home were getting clogged frequently after flushing. I thought that the main plumbing line from the street to the house needed to be cleaned. I asked them to perform this task. This would have cost me about $300. They inspected my main line and informed that it was clean and that this would not resolve my problem. He checked all my toilets and discovered that hard water had created calcium build up in my toilets and that was the root cause of my problem. They then serviced my hot water heater. Routine annual maintenance. I appreciate the honesty of their assessment on my plumbing problem. I have since replaced the toilets in my home and the problem was respoled. Would recommend this complany.

This was a complicated project which involved step down regulators and a new high pressure gas meter. This involved quite a bit of coordination with CPS before the project was resolved. Anthony was prompt, courteous, communicated well and saw the job through to completion. I would rehire Will's anytime!

Scheduled a service call on 4/21/11, to determine what would be causing the hammering in our pipes when water is turned on and off. The tech said that it had to do with hot and cold water moving through the pipe along with a little bit of normal backflow of water at different temperatures...or at least that's how I understood it. The tech recommended installing a thermo expansion tank on the hot water heater to quell the hammering. That was scheduled for 4/28/11, the tech arrived promptly and installed the expansion tank. The tech was courteous, professional and cleaned everything up when he was done. Although the expansion tank did not solve the issue, the next step is to install something (I forget what) at each valve where the water comes into the house. This involves tearing out walls where the valve isn't readily accessible and is very costly. I don't think we will be doing that step any time soon.

Jacinto, came out to our house and introduced himself at our door. When he came in he placed booties over his shoes so he wouldn't get our house dirty. He asked me what and where the problems were in the house. He let me talk and ask questions and then he asked questions about the washing machine and the guest bathroom tub. He came up with different possibilities of what might be happening and walked us through every step of the drain cleaning. He let us know the worst case scenarios, but assured us that he would try the simplest solution first before having to make us worry that is was something more than it really was. Thank goodness that he was able to clean both drains pretty easily considering that we live in about a 50 year old home. He spent careful time on both drain cleanings and made sure that my husband and I were fully aware of everything he was doing. My husband and I were definitely satisfied with the work that was done! I will definitely recommend Will's Plumbing and use them again for any future plumbing repairs.

Joeinto was outstanding. Arrive on time and completed work quickly. He went further then I dreamed. Removed to the whole vanity. I have rarely received such outstanding service.

Easy to work with. Came same day to inspect work and give estimate. I called back in 2 days to authorize work. The scheduled work for next morning as I requested and came on time. They completed the work in quickly. Left work area immaculate. Very effecient and personable.

The leak took two days to cap and reroute. Someone was out to take a look at the damage within an hour. I like to understand what work is required and why. The details were explained to me in "layman's" terms, which helped me feel confident that the job was completed correctly. The plumbers on the job site were courteous and overall very helpful.
