They did a great job we can now shower without fear of nasty backed up water.

I have used these guys before and called them to replace my water heater. They are pros and know the code very well; Anthony is one heck of a knowledgeable plumber and they were quick on the repair. I will be calling them back soon for installation of gas to my kitchen.

Called at 7am about water pooling next to house. Anthony received the call and set appt time of 9 am. He was prompt and very professional. Quickly assessed the situation. Gave me an estimate if the leak was in ground but explained if the leak was in wall, he would have to revise. Went into detail describing the different scenarios and how the work would have to be done and why. Luckily it was in the ground and didn't even have to remove any shrubs. He and Charles repaired quickly and thoroughly, giving me updates along the way when needed. Final cost came in below estimate. I was very pleased with the work and work ethic of these men. My husband and I are having this company return to do some repairs to the bath as a result of this experience. I highly recommend.

Called 2 days before with a schedule for service made the next day (called after hours and the phone call was pleasant and couteous). Date and Time of visit was made and they arrived on time (not a window of 8 hours like some) with all needed items. The service itself was efficient and professional with all questions and concerns answered. The cost was in line with all estimates and the Angies list membership resulted in a substantial savings. The water heater is working great. I would definitely use Will's Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

They took 10 percent off when I mentioned Angie's List. They were great. They were very professional. I would use them again.

I called several companies to obtain estimates for replacing a wax bowl ring and resetting the toilet. Will's was one of the lowest bids ($125) and had great reviews on Angie's List, so I scheduled the appointment with them. The plumber made a point of getting me a written estimate ($165) after he took a look at the toilet. I told him that I had been given an over-the-phone estimate of $125 for the project and that's why I selected his company. He stated that $125 was the normal service call rate and the person who answered the phone must not have know what they were talking about. I went ahead and had him do the job since he was here. I used my 10% off coupon, which brought me down to $148.50. But I wouldn't have hired them if they had given me the correct estimate over the phone. I guess I'd call that bait-and-switch. Whether intentional or not, it's unacceptable. If you can't honor over-the-phone estimates, then don't give over-the-phone estimates. I have no complaints about the work performed, or the professionalism of the plumbers. As far as I can tell they did a great job, and they were both very pleasant to work with. But this company needs to honor their phone quotes and/or stop providing them. 2/6/2012 UPDATE I received the check for the difference and appreciate the owner being willing to stand behind the price they quoted me over the phone and am revising my ratings upward accordingly. (It would have been nice if the 10% coupon I presented was still honored. Oh well--guess that was too much to ask.) For what it's worth--from a consumer's standpoint--discontinuing over-the-phone quotes for very standard jobs like this is not the solution. If it's a well-defined job (e.g., replacing the wax ring and resetting the toilet), it shouldn't be hard to provide a price. Obviously if something else needs to be done, then that would be additional. Anyway, just two cents from a consumer's point of view.

Immediately after having a new washing machine installed, both of the cut-off faucets started leaking (they were old and had not been turned off and on for many years). Based on Angie's List recommendations we called Will's for help. Help arrived that afternoon and within an hour both faucets had been replaced and we now have clean clothes! Efficient and friendly service at a fair price.

I wanted to replace my 15-year old water heater before it caused serious problems. The house was plumbed for a water softener, but I'd not had one in the 18 years I've lived in the house. Now the time was right; the water softener would have to go into a small space adjacent to the water heater, with just enough space in the closet-like room to accommodate the brine tank. I checked out several water softener companies on Angie's List and had pretty much decided on one I thought would do the job well. But first I called Will's since I'd decided they were the best company to install the water heater. I asked Anthony if they also installed water softeners. He confirmed that, and gave me a price for installation of both devices. The quote was about what I would have paid the other company for the softener alone. Anthony arrived the next day within the time window provided. He and his assistant had everything installed within 3 and 1/2 hours, and left the house cleaner than they found it. They managed to fit everything in the tight space while still allowing me access to the brine tank so I can add salt pellets as required. They were clean, courteous, prompt and efficient. First class service!

They were polite, friendly, clean efficient and very knowledgeable. Their estimate was their final bill, with the addition of a last minute faucet instalation downstairs we asked them to do while here that we had not been able to do ourselves due to the position of the plumbing and the need for special tools. The bill was very reasonable for the time and the quality of work they provided. Finally we have fully functional bathrooms upstairs we are not worried about using!

The plumber came on time and negotiated the price. He was clean and did a good job. He completed the job in a timely manner.

The first time the toilet clogged, I found Will's on Angies List and called and Anthony was at the house the same day to get it fixed. When the toilets clogged again a week later, I called Will's and Anthony responded immediately. When he pulled the snake out and saw the roots, he recommended bringing in the camera the next day to see what was happening. Once the camera was put into the sewer line, it was obvious what the problem was and he recommended what he thought was the best course of action. Will's Plumbing made the arrangements to have the excavation done, permits pulled and inspections performed for the repair as well as the back fill of the tunnel once the repairs were done. Anthony was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had about the process and the repair. He and the front office were great to work with and while you do not expect to have these types of problems in a house you just moved into, having Will's Plumbing on the job provided a sense of security about the end result and the work being done. Will's Plumbing will be our plumbers of choice moving forward.

After experienceing a second foundation water supply leak, we decided to re-route all water supply lines in the house and completely bypass the copper pipes in the foundation. The house is only 10 years old but once you start having these kinds of foundation related problems they will continue. Wills completely assessed the job and gave me a written estimate, including Angie's list discount. They started as promised and spent a day and a half re-routing all the plumbing supply lines. They had to open the walls in 9 different locations in the house. they were neat about it and cut wall board just where they needed to. Unfortunately a job of this magnitude leaves a huge mess. Wills tried their best to minimize the mess. I was particularly pleased with The crews attention to detail. They tested and re-tested every connection...took the time to show me what was happeneing at each step of the way. They also made sure that the new flexible supply lines were properly securred so that there would never be any plumbing "rattle" later on.

One week before Christmas, we discovered a leak that was coming from somewhere in our slab foundation. We've had various plumbing problems over the last 20 years, but our pipefitter brother-in-law was always able to bail us out. This problem, however, was beyond his capability, so we joined Angie's List to find a reliable and reputable plumbing company. After reviewing reviews of several different companies, we finally decided to call Will's Plumbing, and it was the best choice that we could have made! Matt came out and assessed the problem, offered alternate solutions, and worked within our budget. We decided to re-route our plumbing above the slab. The work took 2 days and went smoothly with minimal damage to our walls (which was not an easy task). Matt has a "can do, no problem" attitude and did not hesitate to make modifications when asked to do so. We think that Will's Plumbing is a well-run company that strives to delivery quality service at a fair price. We will definitely recommend them to our friends!

Our kitchen sink had been draining slower and slower before it finally died on us the day before Christmas Eve. Not wanting to chance having issues during our holiday celebrations, I went to Angie's List to find a reputable plumber. After some reading through the options and reviews I decided upon Will's Plumbing & Testing. I gave them a call around 11:30AM on December 23rd and was greeted by one of the office managers (Cindy) who immediately went to work trying to help me get something scheduled. By 2:45PM we had Anthony and another one of their team over at our house diagnosing our problem! They provided me and my wife a quote to get the drain completely cleared and waited for approval before beginning the work. It was a really tough clog due to the years of grease build-up from the prior owners of the home but they got it done in less than 2 hours. After completing the work, they also gave my wife a written quote on repairing the slightly leaking faucet they noticed while cleaning the drain. Overall, I feel like I've finally found a great, fairly-priced plumber that I can trust with our home's needs. I'll be referring Will's Plumbing & Testing whenever I hear of people looking for plumbing help!

Good experience. Team of 2 plumbers arrived within window. One plumber attended to the sink. The other looked at each of the other drains in the house, providing advice on each. At one stop, he pulled a bunch hair out of a drain and discarded it without missing a beat in his explanation. Done in 20 minutes. I grade the price a B not because this company is expensive, but because plumbers are to an extent I don't see in other home service providers. Someday a plumbing company is going to break out of the pricing mold and disrupt the whole industry, gaining significant competitive advantage. Bottom line: These plumbers were professional, doing what they were asked to quickly and cleanly. Will's will be my first choice for future plumbing.

We had called another plumber on Angie's List who couldn't even give us a ball park as to when they could be at our home to fix our clogged kitchen sink. It was New Year's Eve.Will's plumbing gave me a 1-2 hour window and Ian was here within the hour. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything to my husband and I that needed to be done.In the end, he was there about an hour on New Year's Eve (a Saturday) and we spent much less than we anticipated. I will definitely use them again

I called them for an estimate and they came out promptly and explained everything. The work was done to my satisfaction and they did an excellent job. I would use them again.

The technicians were very careful not to track dirt or debris into the house. They cleaned up very well when the work was done. I had to had them come back on a minor matter and at no charge or complaint, they came back and promptly rectified the little problem.

Will's is the best. From reception to setting up the appointment they are curteous, friendly and efficient. I asked for Anthony since he has done repair work for me twice before. He is great. He told me what was wrong and corrected it . Anthony really knows what he is doing and is amazingly fast. I enjoy both of these guys. Not only are they friendly but they are professional. I think Will's plumbing is tops.

The gentleman came and said yes, you have a leak into the dining room, it is either this, or that. He suggested fixing one area and if that did not work he would come out and research more. I am still trying to figure out why he talked so LOUD. Very distracting, and it was uncomfortable. Just did not have a good feeling about the who visit. Called someone else out and they did research and there was a hole in the pan. Now having to get it fixed right.
