Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

First problem was a leak in the house main near the meter. Will's plumbers handled that leak quickly and effectively. So I talked to the company about a water softener and they recommended the Nuvo line that they sell. I had no service loop so they had to install one which required quite a length of trenching. Again, their plumbers did an excellent job. The jury is still out on the Nuvo softener, but their installation service was excellent.

Tony and assistance were great, very nice. Within minutes of being here, they got to the real problem and took care of.

I woke up one morning with water running down the path on the side of my house into my back yard. .I called 3 different plumbing companies. One said she would have the 'on call' guy call me, another said they were booked, and a lady from Will's said she was just getting to the office and would call me back. She was the only one who did. She said they would be out at around a certain time that same day and they did come out even earlier than she originally said. They checked where the water was coming from and it turned out that it was a broken sprinkler head. He got the water turned off, and advised us it would be cheaper to call an irrigation company than have them fix it. He did find out that we had no pressure regulator on the water coming to our house and that that was probably why the head broke. We decided to have them install one and they gave us a price, then spent several hours getting it installed. We really appreciated the quick response and their professionalism. I will definately use the Will's Co again for any plumbling problems

The plumber, Anthony, arrived right on time. He was very courteous and professional. He had to dig deep and wide until he finally saw the break in the line. He showed me where the leak was and explained the process before he started the repair. He told me how much it would cost to fix it and that was the exact price when he finished the job. It took three hours from start to finish. He left the water off and told me not to turn on the water so the repair could seal properly. He said he would come back around 3:30 p.m. to turn on the water and to make sure everything was running properly. He came back at 3:30, turned the water back on checked to make sure it was not leaking and filled up the hole. I will definitely recommend Will's Plumbing & Testing Service to my friends. Their prices are fair and their plumber, Anthony, did an excellent job. I am highly satisfied with Anthony's work. I will definitely use this company again for any future plumbing needs. I got a senior discount (10%) as well. They also have a 90 day warranty.

The plumber was on time, very respectful and explained everything. He saved my money by testing to see if I needed a pressure regulator- it did not and he did not charge me.

I liked that they were really friendly and came out when they said they would. The work was good and they cost came out to what I was quoted.

Very mixed signals from this company. I called them with a long and varied list of plumbing repairs and upgrades. The office staff was friendly and helpful in setting an appointment. The plumber didn?t show up during the two hour window given for the appointment, but the office called me shortly thereafter to say he was running late. Not a problem for me as I was going to be home anyway, and didn?t mind waiting. When the plumber arrived he was courteous, pleasant and professional. He fixed the most urgent issue ? two toilets with insufficient pressure ? and took time to give me a detailed explanation of the causes and repairs. Because it was late in the afternoon at that point, I showed him the other work I wanted done and we agreed he would email an estimate to me. That was two weeks ago and I haven?t received the estimate. I called the office to inquire and was told I would get the estimate the next day. Four days later and I still haven't heard from them. Experience has taught me that using a contractor who has to be nagged before the work begins is generally a bad idea. So while I'm happy with the repairs they made, we won?t be using this company for the remaining work.

Plumbers arrived on time, examined the problem with the water heaters in the attic, explained the repair needed, offered solutions. We opted to replace both water heaters and have the updated PRV installed to replace an absolete one. All work was performed professionally in a timely manner.

Our plumber Tony arrived approximately 30 minutes after contacting the company which was awesome. It took about 30 minutes to snake the drain clean. Everything under the kitchen sink was put back in order. Drain flows great in the kitchen and the washing machine is good to go. I'm very pleased that I received such prompt, professional service. Also glad I checked out Angie's List to see who was the best company to call. Will's Plumbing was definitely the right choice! Thanks!

I sent an Email via Angie's list at 5 am on April 25th. I received a call back at 7 am, and Tony and Mark arrived at 10:30 (given a 10:00 - 12:00 time frame). Tony showed me how to flush the heater (should I choose to do that) and explained that the PSI was too high and gave me an estimate on the PCV and expansion tank and explained how that would be done. He also showed me how to turn off the water to the house should the need arise. He also looked at my sink/faucet choices at my request so that I did not buy something that did not work together and then advised me on what else was needed for the installation. Tony was very patient with my many questions about pretty basic things and I could not be happier. I will call this company for sink installation and further water heater work and any other needs!

I needed a new garbage disposal because mine was leaking. I looked up on Angie's List and found this company that would install a heavy duty disposal for a great price. I had an appointment by the next day. They were a little late but it was because the repair man scheduled for me ran into some problems so they came out after their shift and did a fantastic job. I will use them again.

It went fine. I have used them before so I knew what to expect. They were here at the time they said they would be here. The quality was pretty good. It was a quick turnaround time from when I called for service.

They came out promptly when called on a Friday. All of the needed parts were not available so they had to come back on Monday. I was given the option of picking out the parts to save money, but with two little ones, it would be difficult to do so they brought the parts with them on Monday. They worked fast, efficient, and they were very pleasant. They did a good job cleaning up. The faucets are great, no leaking. The temperature control works well. They were great!

We were impressed from start to finish with Will's Plumbing. On the day the plumbers were to arrive, the dispatcher called to see if I wanted them to come sooner than scheduled due to an earlier job cancellation. Great news (for us, that is). Upon arrival, Ian promptly identified the cause of the leak and since he and Ed had the parts and tools with them, they were able to quickly start the repair job. They replaced the flex line and valve of the cold side on our water heater, the original source of the leak. My husband and I had noticed the day prior that other parts of the water heater were showing beginning signs of erosion but without pointing this out to him, Ian also noticed the same and suggested the parts be replaced which we agreed to have him do without hesitation. The total cost for these additional parts and the extra labor was far less than we had anticipated for just the original problem and the work performed gives us peace of mind to know that we won't be having another leak from a different source on the water heater any time soon. Throughout the process, both men (& the dispatcher) were highly professional & the plumbers were neat in appearance and in cleaning up the area after the job was completed. They were also quick and had completed the entire repair in less than one hour, allowing my husband and I to have hot water sooner than expected and allowing us to go about our day much sooner. Also, Ian did a great job explaining things including preventive measures to prolong the life of the appliance, and upon asking, told us of the other services offered by Will's Plumbing. We'll be calling them again indeed when we need a plumber for upcoming remodeling of our kitchen & bathrooms!

Turns out the water heater was just a thrown breaker. Instead of charging us the minimum to work on the water heater, they only charged us for the minor repairs and waved the minimum fees. What a great experience. We will definitely call them again! Oh yeah, and we got a 5% discount for the Angie's List referral - NICE!

The were very punctual and courteous and replaced the hot water heater and even fixed a toilet handle for no extra charge.

They were awesome. They were punctual, friendly and very helpful. They were communicative and called beforehand to let me know they were coming. I would use Will's Plumbing again.

We noticed that the bottom of a wall opposite our bath tub was leaking, so we called Will's Plumbing to investigate. After looking around and inspecting the tub, he found a place in the drywall in a closet where he could get behind the tub and take a look at it; there was mold inside and the tub's waste valve was leaking. There were also cracks in the grout around the tub. He replaced the valve and gave us advice on removing the mold and repairing the grout ourselves. He was very professional and helpful, and we would definitely hire him again.

Estimate done promptly and in good detail: Kitchen cabinet remodel: smaller sink located several inches over from old sink; single drain Multiple visits are required. Once the old cabinets were removed, Ian came to move the plumbing to accommodate the new sink & cabinet He opened the wall to access pipes; removed old pipes; reconfigured the drain, connections, and pipes with new copper; prepared fittings to receive disposal & dishwasher when the new counter top is installed. He explained all the steps and "chatted" as he worked. He was very skilled and careful about each of the steps he did. He also added a recessed connection for icemaker behind the refrigerator. He cleaned up thoroughly each time when he was done. Once he was gone I was repairing the wall and accidently dinged the new copper pipe - to my horror! I called him and he walked me through the immediate first-aid. He arranged to come first thing the next morning to make needed repairs. Fortunately, the damage was minimal but still required him to replace the punctured pipe. He did it quickly and expertly while assuring me that this happens. There was and additional charge which was unanticipated in the estimate, but which was also expected. He gave me some tips for continuing my wall repair which I followed! Once my new cabinets were in he came and Installed my temporary sink. The countertop is not yet installed. When it is, he will return to take out the temporary sink, reinstall the disposal & dishwasher. So far, the experience has been outstanding! I expect that to continue.

The plumber was prompt and courteous and quoted us a price for the repair of $1100 and returned early the next morning. They initially cut the wrong pipe in the wall and then spent most of the day to break into the tile floor and slab to repair that pipe. They ran a new cold water line through the attic and reconnected the bathroom. All in all it was much longer than the estimated time but they stood by the quoted price, The reason they cut the wrong line is that the builder had put the pipes in backward under the kitchen sink and they did not check before they cut into the wrong pipe. They kept us informed and were professional and honest about their mistake.

Two day job over the weekend. Expensive but needed. Quality of work and professionalism is excellent.
