Roger the scheduler was very friendly & empathetic to my need for a new water heater immediately. He schedule me same day service. All contractors were friendly & professional.

David & Charlie, were able to come earlier than originally scheduled to accommodate my schedule. They knew exactly what to do, tried the least expensive fix first, but had to pull the toilet due to severe line blockage. Cheaper cost than I had anticipated, which is always a plus!

I called Will's when I decided I needed the work done. A very friendly person answered the phone and scheduled a quote/call for that day. I think Ronnie showed up about an hour later! He replaced both hose bibs in about 20 minutes and also checked my water pressure. He indicated it was good. The he further explained the little 'housing' on the hose bib to me. I never knew what that was for before (apparently it's a pressure equalizer-type thing). I was extraordinarily happy withe the service I received. So happy, in fact, that I am calling them again this week to look at a shower issue I'm having! I gave them a "B" on price ONLY because I think all plumbing services are overpriced! But Will's was still less expensive than any others I looked at.

Ian arrived early in the given time frame. He came in and introduced himself. Then went right to work. He did a great job of communicating and keeping me informed of what he was doing. He worked very quickly and was very kind with my children who kept asking him questions.

Anthony was on time and performed all tasks well and efficiently.

Very professional, they had an idea on what was wrong and brought the right parts. They made it a point to offer exceptional service and they used very little of my time.

I had attempted to turn off the valves because the bathroom faucet was leaking. The valve broke and I attempted to replace the valve, but the compression ring would not come off. I called Will's Plumbing because I had shut off the water to the house and could not return it to service till the valve was replaced. They had a plumber out in about 20 minutes, gave me the option of either telling me how to remove the compression ring or them completing the installation. Since I was short of time, I had them complete the work. They were quick and efficient on the installation. Good value for the money.

Mike showed up promptly at 9:00 AM as scheduled. He was polite, efficient and easy to work with - great guy.

The service man showed up on time, explained the problem and solution, and performed the work.

This project began after a random guy stopped by the house (we just purchased and had up for re-sale) and told us that the plumbing was collapsed under the kitchen area. We asked a plumbing company we had done business with before for an estimate ($13,000) and thought it was quite high but knew this wasn't a simple project. That plumbing company had been at this property before and already had a disk from the previous year when they ran a camera through the lines. They told us there was the collapsed line under the house and we would need to bypass the plumbing under the house and add a lift station. I checked Angie's List and contacted Will's Plumbing after seeing such great reviews. We began with a couple of estimates back in August 2012. Ian came out to investigate to be able give us an estimate. Ian, a co-worker, and Cindy (from their office) spent time reviewing our existing disk but never saw a collapsed line that the other plumber claimed there was. To make sure they didn't miss anything they came up with a three step scope for the project that included costs. We also asked them for a worst case scenario, which they also did. Each step of the way, I was very informed and dealt with a very friendly staff. They had to tunnel under the house from two separate places and Pedro, the subcontractor who did the tunneling, was excellent. We completed the job last week for half the "other" guys estimate and it was fixed the right way. We can now put the house back on the market knowing the drain will function properly.

Fantastic! We called at 7:00 am a Friday night because we had no water. Plumber arrived within an hour &unclogged pipes. New softener installed on Monday. David was friendly efficient and knew what he was doing!

From my first call, our experience was great. An appointment was easily scheduled by Cindy and confirmed by Roger. The estimate given was significantly lower than those by other companies. Cindy went out of her way to help me locate (at the last minute!) the shower fixtures that I wanted but had been unable to find and arranged for their purchase at the company's discounted rate. She even offered to have the men pick up the toilet we had purchased elsewhere, on their way to our house, so that we would not be inconvenienced by having to haul it home ourselves. David and Charlie arrived punctually and each set to work on a different task. They worked efficiently and left their work areas spotless. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and pleasant to be around. I have rarely encountered a service company so responsive to its clients' needs and one in which EVERY team member is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. I have used several plumbing companies in the past, but will only use Will's Plumbing in the future.
