Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

They overcharged for something that should have been a pretty simple repair service. I asked for a breakdown of costs and labor and I really never got this from them. They were unwilling to adjust their costs when I complained, and he took advantage of me and my tenants. I have never complained about anyone's service before and I was just disappointed with their customer service.

It went will from start to finish. Very professional & prompt.

This company has been out 2 times this past year. The staff on the phone is courteous and accommodating. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and well trained in customer service. They carefully clean up the area where they have worked. I would not hesistate to call them again if needed.

Whenever we need the plumbing services Will's always comes out and does an excellent job!! In this particular case the standby plumber had to be called since it was a Saturday. The repairs took about forty-five minutes and the problem was solved. We would recommend Will's to anyone, any time, any place!!

Will's Plumbing came by when we had asked them to. They assessed the situation and made the appropriate fixes. The gentleman went out of his way to obtain the relatively unique parts that he needed in order to keep the costs down. The guy demonstrated his expertise, he was very courteous and personable, and he discussed options to help keep some of the costs down.

When the plumber arrived he assested the situation and gave me a firm estimate as to the cost. I agreed to the work and as things progressed he found (due to age of the equipment) there were a number of other problems. He did his best to solve these problems and did not charge me for the time it took to figure out the problems. He had to replace an additional part and gave me a clear cost on the additional work. Overall I was very happy with the work and the price. He also put everything in the closet back to the way it was when he found it.

All well for heater but original problem they completely misdiagnosed. I had to have my sprinkler repair man fix it even though it was a plumbing job. At first they charged me $182.43 but I negotiated a lower price due to inconvenience.

They came out and told me that I had fixed the issue when I tightened up myself. So they ended up coming out and charging me $40.00 to tell me that I fixed the problem myself, rather than having me check it over the phone before they come out and charge me a fee. My apologies for taking this long to reply to the provider's response. The provider keeps responding to the customer as "he". The comments were actually left by my wife, which is a she. At the time she wrote the review, we had only been back at our home after my wife had just finished a six week radiation treatment for cancer at a treatment center out of town. We are just now starting to readjust to life hence the amount of time that has passed since the provider responded. I personally was shocked by the completely unprofessional response left by this business's spokesperson. The snarky and unprofessional tone of this person should be enough for anyone reading this to stay away. This person is right. We don't know anything about leaky plumbing which was the purpose of the call to begin with. But evidently this business doesn't know how to craft a thoughtful response to a customer. Empathy may be a skill that is lacking and also shows in the response. We were going through a tough time. If there were any phone calls made to follow up, they may not have been responded to due to the many times we were back at the treatment center ensuring the cancer hadn't returned. The fact that the leak had been fixed after a consult with the technician over the phone was a good thing. We just didn't understand why they felt the need to convince us a visit was still needed. My wife admits she may have been emotionally driven to leave the comment she did but the response was uncalled for. Next time consider the fact that something may be going on in people's lives that you're not aware of.

Great experience on a bad day!!! I woke up this morning and found out that my toilets, sinks, tubs and showers were all backing up into the house. I checked out Angie's List and read some reviews and thought I would give Will's Plumbing a try. Called around 11:30am and spoke to Cindy, who was very nice and understanding about my situation. She told me she would contact Eddie the tech and for me not to worry that help was on the way. Eddie showed up around 12:20pm new exactly what to do and fix the problem. I wish everyone could have this type of outstanding customer service when picking a company from Angie's List. Will's Plumbing certainly sets the standard in customer satisfaction.. We noticed water on the wall and the floor of downstairs laundry which is located directly below the master bathroom upstairs. I found Will's Plumbing on Angie's List and after reading the many great reviews, I called them on Wednesday morning. They were able send out Eddie and Ian a few hours later that same day. I work from home so it was appreciated that they were able to work quickly and quitely to find the problem. They found the problem, explained what needed to be done and once I gave the ok, they got it taken care of right away. The company also proved their honesty. I hadn't noticed that my credit card was charged twicw for the repair but a couple of weeks later I received a phone apologizing for the mistake and I was mailed a refund check for the duplicate charge. The whole experience was quick and hassle free and I will definitely be calling them if any other plumbing problems arise.

This is the second time I had someone from Will's come out for the same problem. They seem to have a good reputation but are expensive. The plumber was called out to repair the outdoor water spigot. This company was the one who installed all the plumbing in the whole house when it was new construction, 6 years ago. Last year I discovered the outdoor spigot had a constant drip and I called them out to repair it. The spigot was a "freeze protected" faucet that extended back into the wall about a foot where there was a part (bearing, I thinik) that needed to be replaced. The plumber replaced everything and left with a promise I'd hear back from the company about splitting the costs of the repairs. The total repair would include cutting into the sheetrock inside the house and replacing the faucet, bearing, insulation, sheetrock, and any other water damage that may be hiding behind the sheetrock Both times the plumber came out, a temporary "fix" was applied with a promise of a return call from the company to schedule the final repair. I asked them to go back to the company and have them call me to confirm whether they were going to stand good for their part of the cost of the repairs. The company never called back to schedule a return appointment to finallg rectify the problem.

From start to finish it was a good experiences. I will use them again.

Anthony was on time with a courtesy call before arrival. He looked things over and got right to work. He took the time ti explain the process when asked and gave us our Angie's List discount.

Went well of course, didn't totally co as expected but problems were overcome & communication was excellent.
