Will's Plumbing & Testing Service

i was initially pleased with the work but should have checked the job more carefully the first problem occurred when the master bath started running on it's own. the same problem I hired them to fix. when I took the lid off the tank the tube just broke off at the base! We turnned the water off over night , I called them and to their credit they sent Mathew first thing on Saturday morning. However the other bathroom started to do the same thing and I opened the tank and discovered they had not replaced the flapper as requested. By now I was miffed and called them again they said they would get back to me right away but this time it took several hours. The manager called and offered me a deal they would replace both toilets blah, blah, blah..... When I explained that the guest bathroom toilet was only 2 years old she said she had been led to believe the toilets were much older. I was led to the company by the description on this site " A family owned business for ......". Pshaw! They are a company in business to make a profit only and I am very disappointed!

We had already spent 2 days going though everything Home Depot had to offer for our clogged drain. It continued to get worse until there was standing water in our tub and everything from all other sources (sinks, washer, toilet, etc) was pushing water up through the tub drain. I was worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on a Saturday. My initial call was around 8:30 am and went to voicemail, but as I was leaving a message they were calling me back. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and courteous. I explained our problem and she said she would call her plumber and call me back with a time. It was that simple. Marc was there within 2 hours. It turned out the clog was outside our house. I had taken the kids out of the house to keep them from flushing toilets and running water, so I wasn't home to see how it was resolved and can't speak to those specific items. What I can say is that our water usage was back to normal within 2 hours of Marc showing up. He also said that if we use their service in the future he would be the one to return unless it was another emergency call and another plumber was on call. I like that this company will send out the same person, as that helps keep things consistent and cuts down the time in explaining previous work. I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time, but when I do I will call Will's Plumbing again.

Went great, fixed the problem. Very pleasant to work with. Ended up replacing entire tank mechanism. Hard water had corroded our existing setup. Also replaced the refrigerator water line valve in the wall which had started leaking recently.

Crew of two arrived on time at my house and worked about 6 to 7 hours removing a leaking 50-gallon water tank from my attic and replacing it with a tankless model. They were obviously very experienced at doing just this type of job, and did very fine work. This kind of job seems to require skills in many disciplines, including roofing, carpentry, electrical, natural gas plumbing, and of course, household water plumbing. Expensive, but the new equipment is great. I would recommend Will's plumbing to any homeowner.

Excellent!!! Will had total knowledge of my heTer and resolved it quickly and flushed my system for good measure. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone who wants a company that knows it’s business.

He unclogged the blockage and set the flusher so that the clogging would not reoccur.

I called Monday morning, they offered an appointment that afternoon which I had to decline, so they scheduled for first thing Tuesday morning. The crew (Matt & Joseph) arrived before 9 am, gave me a list and cost of what needed to be done, then got to work. This is the 3rd time I've called Will's, and have been totally satisfied with their work each time.

They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and got the job finished quickly. Would definitely hire again.

I could not believe a company with this ratin would go out to my rental property and TOTALLY miss a HUGE water leak in the walls of my kitchen. We had them go out and they tested for possible leaks. Josh called back stating there was no leak detected. We of course get a second opinion a day or so later. During that time the tenants started noticing water actively dripping from th recessed lights over the sink. Needless to say that portion of the ceiling and the entire right side of the wall was completely soaked due to a leak in the sub floor. This problem could have been address sooner had this tech found the leak when he came out. Poor service!!! We know there was damage already but tonthink we were about to pay this guy $600 just to cut in my wall and look to see if there was something else going on, cause “he” didn’t detect any leaks. They charged me for the service call and that was it!!!! We obviously didn’t go with this company and never will. Just wouldn’t trust them.

very well. after inspection, no additional work needed to be done. but gave me an estimate for a faucet to be replaced in the near future -- and the amount I need to budget to have work done, and the supplies i need to buy (faucet that I like).

They entered my home with my two young children inside when they were supposed to meet me at my home. They were rude and threw out wet insulation from my grass area of front lawn. Rude and would never recommend or hire again

Excellent. Mark has got to be one of the best employees at Will's. Having been in the service industry for 20+ years, I immediately was able to tell the pride that he takes in providing an outstanding service.

They said that there was no longer a leak. I paid for a service call, but had someone else come out the next day. The second company found and repaired the leak in the a/c pipe coming from the attic.

Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the kitchen sink is clogged! Will's Plumbing & Testing Service to the rescue!!! I called, and 30 minutes Josh was on his way!!! In no time he had the clog cleared, gave tips to prevent future problems, and had the Thanksgiving preparations were back on! Kudos to Josh for being personable and professional! Will definately use them for any plumbing needs.

Joshua and Derrick from Will's Plumbing did a great job of getting at the leak in a very confined space and completed the job in about an hours time. I appreciate their prompt reply and explanation of the work they were doing and planned to do. They also did a nice job of providing additional recommendations to prevent future problems.

When called, receptionist very friendly. Set up appointment for next day, which was a Saturday. Service man called early and asked if he could come. Looked over situation, told my husband what was needed and quoted price, but stated it would take most of the day. My husband agreed. The tech started immediately and finished the work as estimated. Very professional, quality work and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Called Sunday and appointment was scheduled for the next day from 12 to 2. Very nice receptionist. I received a call Monday around 9 saying they could come earlier, if desired. I agreed. Tech showed up at 10 and worked until 1'ish unclogging drain. Mark was the technician. He was very polite, informed me how to prevent the problem, cleaned up afterwards, and kept me updated during the work. I would definitively use this company again for repairs and will seek a future bid on a bathroom plumbing remodel.

I have two upstairs bathrooms which are back to back. There was a clog in one of the bathtubs. When I tried to snake it, I only succeeded in pushing the clog out of the trap and into the line. Then I had two clogged bathtubs instead of just one. I called Will's and got a prompt response. Jaime and the apprentice, Herman, knew immediately what I had done. Jaime recommended using the airgun and explained my options to me. They were able to dislodge the clog and have had no problems since then. I received my discount and was happy with the results.
