+ -1 moreThe surveyor found the markers for the front of my property but could not find the markers along the back fence line. The existing fence was marked as being 0.5 ft inside my property line. The fence contractor found the marker buried deep exactly where Westar Alamo said it was going to be. This was a very accurate survey. Thank you.

Surveyor, Vence Trevino, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and thorough, ensuring that the survey was accurate. We are most appreciative for the quality service Westar Land Survey, and Vence Trevino in particular, provided.
Description of Work: Surveyor confirmed residential property boundaries. Additionally, surveyor then marked common property boundary, with additional stakes; to clearly define property line.

+ -1 moreWestar Alamo was the only land surveyor that I had contacted that actually called me back when they said they would. Several of the others offered to have someone contact me and they didn't. They were on time and very efficient. They notified me when they were there, when they needed access to the back yard, and when they were finished with the job. I received a copy of the survey via email about 3 days later, and a nice hard copy about a week later. Their pricing was in line with other companies, but I appreciated that they took the time to call me back, and work with me on setting an appointment for their services. Definitely recommend their services!

+ -1 moreUsing Angies list I contacted 5 different Survey companies via email. Westar Alamo Land Survey was one of the firms we contacted, and one of the 3 who responded with a quote on price and turnaround time within a few days. They offered the best price (by a good margin) and turnaround time over the other two, and so we picked them. They showed up to do the survey work the next day and completed the job in around 3 hours. I was impressed with the engineer and his assistant both their professionalism and demeanor. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.
Description of Work: We are in the process of obtaining a refinancing loan and the lender required a Title Survey as there was not one on file. The two man crew arrived the next day after we confirmed the order (Friday), set to work quickly and efficiently surveying and mapping our home and the land boundaries. we are in a semi-urban setting and bushes and trees abound to impede their access, but they were able to provide what I consider a very accurate map of the property. The survey itself was delivered via email on the following Monday and a hard copy arrived on Wednesday.
