They called this morning to say they would be here between 11-1130 AM. They showed up at 10:24AM, accessed the backyard. One lowered the access panel on the control side and leaned it against the hot tub. They stared at the unit for 6 minutes, knocked on the door twice, and left. The service ticket says we could not find any leaks, call us Monday and tell us how much water has been lost. When we called, they lied and said they were on site for 15-20 minutes and didn't see any leaks. Had they looked up, they would have noticed the security camera..... When they returned, they drained the unit and placed it on blocks, saying, "Give us a call when it's full and we'll come right back." We started calling around noon, and were routed to various voice mails and sale associates. Finally the service manager said they were calling the techs but they were not responding. After talking to Jason the store manager it was determined they were on another job and not available to finish the job until Monday. He did ask us to start the unit up and find the leak. Now we have to take yet another day off because we simply find this company unreliable and incapable of telling the truth. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office for the lemon law. In the meantime I would advise all to give this company a second thought before spending money with them. I can also say, thinking back this started from the very beginning with them being late delivering the unit, and having to make multiple trips to start it up. Finally after several calls they said they don't show customers how to run the unit, "read the manual."
Description of Work: We bought a new spa from Watson's in July 2015. Since purchasing the spa, they have been out no less than ten times, replacing the pump, a electronic component, filters, etc. The unit is still leaking, so today they were supposed to drain it, place it on blocks, fill it, and correct the leaks.

Overall, they have seemed very good with prices and just talking to them they seemed nice and worked with my schedule completely, they seem like a good company. They seem to care more than others.

THE SALES PERSON THAT WE TALKED TO AT THIS STORE WAS STEPHEN NUNNELEE. HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT BRANDS OF TABLES. HE STEERED US TOWARDS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE POOL TABLE AND ALSO THE QUALITY OF THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION. ALSO, THIS STORE HAD A MUCH BETTER SELECTION THAN ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN.
