Ware Roofing was excellent to work with. They were professional, knowledgable and fair with their pricing. Their crew was on time and cleaned up everything after done. They returned the second day just like they said and finished up the small remaining portion. Robert Ware and his son were friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Two other neighbors are hiring them cause of the work they did. Would recommend them to everyone.

The roof replacement was done promptly and well--we were pleased. The patio cover, however, was not ever done. Our proposal was for the roof replacement and "patio cover demo and installation". The date on the proposal was 5-30-13. We had excuses ranging from baby granddaughter being ill and rain to being stuck on another job. The following are dates that I called to see when they were going to get started on the patio cover (this doesn't count the calls I made that I didn't make a note of): July 8: I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could start. July 29: Called to see when they could get started--no response. Aug. 6: Called--his wife said he was working on another roof and he would call back--he never did. Aug. 30: Still no call back Sept. 13: I called and left a message that we were cancelling the patio cover work with him. I consider this record not only poor for the time allowed to expect the work to be completed, but I also consider it very unprofessional. I will not recommend Ware Roofing and Construction--they seem to be concerned only with big-paying jobs and leave you hanging for smaller jobs. S. Goodman

Yesterday morning I noticed some water dripping down from the ceiling and a huge water ring. In addition to that, the bedroom door casing was cracked and water logged along with the sheetrock. Due to the recent storm activity, I automatically assumed it was a roof leak. I called several roofers to see if someone could come out immediately but to no avail, especially since there had been some extensive hail in the area. Ware Roofing was recommended to me by a coworker. I called them and they came out that same afternoon. After inspecting the roof, they determined it was not the roof that was leaking, it was my water heater that is in the attic. They purchased a new one and installed it the same afternoon! I couldn't be happier! They didn't ask for any money up front and they installed it for $600, including the water heater. Today, they are back and repairing my ceiling, wall and door casing for $500 including material. Extremely professional and very pleasant demeanor. I will update my review once its complete and try to get some pics of the before and after of the repairs.
